My wife and I have been to a lot of Panera's. When in the Milburn area we decided to stop at this location, we both had the You pick 2. I had the Napa Almond Salad Sandwich with Broccoli Cheddar Soup and my wife had the Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwich with Broccoli Cheddar Soup. The sandwiches and soups were excellent, my wife's soup was filled to the top but my soup was only filled half way up the cup. Many of the tables were not wiped down and had crumbs and liquid on them. I have ate from this location a few times now, never inside, always from orders that people brought to my job for a party. I have had a few of their bagels for breakfast and some of their sandwiches for lunch. Overall, I would rate their food average. The bagels are better than Dunkin, but not as good as a local mom and pop bagel shop. Same for the sandwiches. Just average. I believe this establishment falls under "fast food", so you cant expect best quality of products for fast food places. But, for something to be prepared quick, it gets the job done. This store is rated 2/5 for a reason. The employees are not trained on curbside pick ups. Ordered 3 times and all 3 were subpar experience. Yesterday avocado was missing in avocado egg sandwich. All 3 days I had to wait 15 minutes beyond promised pick up times even though no other customers were in the store. Today the delivery person proceeded to chit chat about how I should press I'm here and they don't "randomly" come out for curbside orders. I do not want to chit chat. They could just call the customers whose orders are ready, or at least notice that cars are waiting outside. There are options for people with different dietary restrictions and there are also a lot of healthy options for a snack, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This particular location is very spacious and casual. There is free WiFi and a bathroom so it's a great place to work or get a quick bite. I know my favorites and usually appreciate a consistent level of quality from Panera Breads, regardless of location. But the food here did not meet standards. Have seen it go downhill over the years in terms of staff competence and turnover. They need to empty the trash more often. They need to listen when customers order. You know, make it seem like they care that we choose to spend our discretionary income THERE instead of another sandwich and soup mill. The food is still pretty good, but come on. For these prices, a little service may fairly be expected. came to this location as I was in the area and wanted to eat Panera. this place is very long so it was nice to see a lot of secluded seating where I can just really be in my comfort zone. there's a parking lot out front which is convenient, and then ordered on the kiosk. once my order was ready it came to my table via my buzzer so I didn't have to move, and I was able to help myself to water with their water cups/mugs. the food here isn't as good or plentiful as the other locations but it was doable. there's also wifi so you can do your work here and chill if need be. otherwise, the staff and nice and the place is clean. not bad read more

1- The manager Bill has a nasty attitude and poor customer service. I honestly don't know how he is the manager there because this isn't the first time I've had an issue with him and I've heard other people complain that he's nasty. No one seems to care there either. When you call to speak to a manager, most of the time no one picks up. Panera is probably my favorite of the "fast food bakery" chains. Their bread is always fresh, and they offer a wide array of sandwiches, paninis, soups, and salads with unique combinations. They recently started serving "Crispani" pizzas with extra-thin crusts. I don't think I've ever been disappointed with a meal from Panera, which is saying a lot! My other favorite thing about Panera is that most locations offer free WiFi! This is a great advantage to outlets like Starbucks that charge a fee to use the network. The convenient location of this branch on Morris Turnpike makes it a good place to stop for a quick meal if you are passing through the area. read more

I have dined in both by ordering in person and at the kiosk, as well as ordered through the app and there always seems to be an issue with the order. Issues have included items missing, wrong items, items made incorrectly, and extended wait times. Unfortunately I have also met some very rude/curt employees on several occasions. This location is poorly managed, probably because management itself turns over often at this location. 5th time buying a coffee cup for Hazlenut Coffee, and they DO NOT have it available. The last 3 times, I had to tell someone that they are out of the coffee, and THEN they start to figure out what to do next -- no one is monitoring coffee levels in the mornings at least. And operationally, they are just confused. This time and the last time, they decide to brew other coffee flavors (like Dark Roast) instead of Hazlenut -- EVEN THOUGH the flavor they are choosing to brew is NOT even 1/2 gone on the counter carafe. Does this make sense? You run out of a specific flavor of coffee, so you go and brew ANOTHER flavor. This happened the last two times I've been there. Thus you have to wait approx 15 minutes to get a cup of the flavor you want. Also today, when ordering a bagel with my coffee, the server discovered that they were out of plates, only AFTER toasting my bagel. So you had to wait again to have people find/bring out clean plates from the back. Seriously, no plates? And if they run out, they don't have more ready to go in the back? They have to wash and dry them only at that point when they run out of them in the front? Cold toasted bagels aren't fun, are they? A quick look around, and the place is a mess. There's spilled milk literally all over the coffee station counter. Tons of garbage, paper wrappers, dirt on the floor behind the counters (seriously, take a look the next time you're in there). And oh yeah, don't ever get a lemon by the drink stand. While I"m writing this, I'm watching an employee pick up lemons that fell on the counter with her own bare hands and then simply put them back into the lemon bin for other customers to take later.
