There was plenty of parking near the entrance. The inside is a lot bigger than I expected. It was very clean. It took us a minute to figure out the ordering process. The menu was pretty good. The employees were patient with us. After ordering and paying we found our seats and posted a number. Our food was delivered to the table. The sandwiches were delicious. I couldn't eat but half. My sister took me here for lunch after I got my first set of sutures removed from my hand, and I must say that the cashier named Lyric is super friendly and attentive. She greeted us as soon as we walked in and helped me to decide on soup and a sandwich. I had only been to Panera a couple of times, but I remember them as having decent tasting food and not being overly seasoned; the perfect quick bite when you're on the go. At Panera, everyday is a great day to try something new. This location is close to the airport and pretty awesome! You'll find them near Walmart Supercenter, on Eastern and Russell, right by Patrick. They're in a nice area with ample parking. Inside is spacious, clean, bright and cozy with plenty of seating for a table, high top, and bench. The place has an inviting atmosphere, relaxing vibe, free Wi-fi, and they play really good music. You can do a counter order for dine-in, they give a buzzer to notify when the food is ready. For quick service, they offer Rapid Pick-Up when you order online or through the app. They even have three kiosks onsite to view menu, place order, make purchase, and there's a drive-thru. Menu offers a nice selection of hot and cold sandwiches, salad, soup & mac, baked goods and pastry, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and smoothies. The self-service coffee is pretty good. They offer cafe blend dark roast, hazelnut, light roast, decaf, as well as hot water for tea, and you get complimentary refills. Other beverages are smoothies and iced latte. I selected the Panera Duet "You Pick 2" where you choose any two entrees. I tried Half Tuna Salad Sandwich ($6.99) with tomato soup, amazing! Tuna salad is delicious! It's light and creamy, paired with crisp mixed greens and ripened tomatoes on rustic sourdough bread, very tasty with a cup of tomato puree soup that's velvety smooth, zesty and comforting, has hints of red pepper and oregano, topped with crunchy sea salt croutons, YUM! I do love a great salad, and Panera makes it fantastic! I had Mediterranean Greens with Grains ($9.99), very filling and plentiful for sharing. It's a big portion with loads of mixed greens, tossed in a tangy dressing, has whole grain farro & rice blend, hummus, feta cheese, red onions, sweet peppers, sliced cucumbers, and shawarma seasoning, salad is savory and really good! Another salad to try is Balsamic Greens with Grains ($9.99). This salad has a generous serving of mixed greens, crisp romaine and lettuce tossed in balsamic vinaigrette, topped with whole grain farro & rice blend, sliced cucumbers, mild pepperoncini peppers, fresh avocado, feta cheese, pumpkin seeds, and drizzled with green goddess dressing, very delicious! Salad complements wonderfully with Mexican Street Corn Chowder (cup $6.79, bowl $8.49), it's a new item. The chowder has sweet kernel corn with fire-roasted poblano peppers and russet potatoes, chile powder, a hint of lime juice, super flavorful and tasty with blue corn tortilla strips. When you buy an entree, it comes with a complimentary side, you get a choice of apple, potato chips, or French baguette, or you can try a premium option like a fruit cup (+$2.39). I had a Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait, which is light and yummy. They have a nice selection of baked goods. Desserts and pastries are half off with an entree purchase. I got the Cranberry Orange slice (regular $4.29, combo deal $2.15), superb! The sliced cake is fluffy and moist, they use sour cream which is great! It has fantastic orange flavor and whole cranberries, topped with crunchy sugar crystals, so yummy and not too sweet. The sliced cake is amazing with Hazelnut coffee (medium, $2.99), freshly brewed and strong. Kitchen Sink Cookie ($4.79) is another favorite! Soft chewy cookie, good for sharing, has a unique blend of salty and sweet, with semi-sweet chocolate, a caramel confection, bits of crunchy pretzels, topped with flake salt, it's quite appealing and very good! Service from Shelley, Gibson, Maritza is exceptional and outstanding! Everyone in the staff is welcoming, courteous, and accommodating. Shelley is very kind, warm, and friendly. She recommended the Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea, it has a lovely sweetness and refreshing, I love it! They also have Unsweetened Iced Tea and Agave Lemonade. read more

This is my second visit to this store and this one had to be the worst. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich. The attached picture will show you that this is nowhere near a credible sandwich. It contains a few pieces of chicken with BBQ smeared on both sides. It waa supposed to also have melted white cheddar cheese on it. Nowhere is there any cheese on this sandwich. I should have returned it as soon as I opened it. Stopped in for a quick pick 2 lunch. Ordered the toasted Italian sandwich and the Cobb salad. The service was fast and friendly, the ambiance in store was great, I made it in before the big rush. My order was packed well and ready in less than 5 mins. Utensils and napkins were added in without having to request them. I ate my meal in my office nearby and enjoyed my meal. The bread was soft and the sandwich was well seasoned and portioned. The salad was delicious and the greens were fresh. I bought two meals to pick two meals. This was mine. The service was terrible. They were understaffed and nobody was there to help with the kiosk. People sat in the restaurant and did not know or did not say anything nice Panera. They're on Eastern and Russell y'all gotta do better And your people that you have fixing your food. Y'all need to make sure the food is hot and not hard or day old or what have you and your sandwiches look like the sandwiches? This is terrible. read more

This is a brand new Panera Bread in the Harry Reid Marketplace near the Walmart Supercenter. This is a cozy and spacious eatery that occupies the former Peter Piper. To me Panera Bread is Panera Coffee and cookies. I am a fan of their chocolate chip cookies and coffee. The Coffee is self service and the price point of $3.01 includes complimentary refills. There is an abundance of tables to enjoy the Coffee. When I walked in the two women at the counter greeted me right away. There was no wait for the coffee since it was self service. I haven't dined inside one of these locations in a while as I usually order carryout via the app. I was surprised to find out they replaced all the cashiers with kiosks now to order. Surprisingly this made the process feel a lot longer since everyone in line before us had to scroll through each page of options to select instead of seeing a full menu posted on a wall. A couple of items were missing from our order after picking up our plates from the food window and it was a bit annoying having to try and get someone's attention from the window since there is now no one working at the counter. The manager that noticed us and helped us was very nice. I just feel like this switch to kiosks/no cointer service is not in the best interest of this place considering theres a full pastry display that you cannot see in the counter when you have to order at a kiosk at the other side of the dining room. Bright, open, basically begging for a crowd of yoga moms. I just got a coffee, nothing wild. It did its job. Internet was pretty slow, it was going to take me 2 hours to download a 500mb file. This is a great location near a lot of industrial buildings and the airport. The drive thru is very convenient and I have used it for lunch and pickup orders through the app. Their cookies and brownies are huge and delicious. Whenever I take a 12 pack to my office, barbecue or any party really they are a big hit. Especially the candy cookie! The estimated times for pickup are very accurate and you get a lot of order status notifications. I know I talked mostly about cookies, but one of the reasons I go here is for their salads or the pick 2 option with a soup and sandwich. They have a lot of healthy options and they always have great service too. Panera also has a rewards program that uses phone number and/or email. this location will gladly serve you a sandwich with rotten lettuce and avocado along with spoiled green goddess dressing. i used to eat panera almost every day or sometimes multiple times a day and they have the capability of making good sandwiches, (VERY RARELY) but most of the time they sloppily toss together spoiled ingredients between some bread and make you pay $7 for it I could go on and on for hours about my horrible experiences at this panera. Just NEVER COME HERE seriously i would add a picture if i would have even been able to take one because it was so horrible i couldnt bear to look at it any longer. i was holding back tears while taking a second bite. its been weeks since this happened and when my friend thinks about it they start gagging every time. Forgot to mention we ordered two sandwiches with different customizations and they both came as the exact same disgusting slop. We contacted support and they said someone would help us within 1-3 business days, yet we have not been replied to yet, after weeks have passed. I politely asked the Panera associate if they can warm up the food, she pointed out the window and told me if my food is cold warm it up in the microwave, myself? 2 soups, 1 sandwich and a 2 for 2, $41 otd and had a 25% off coupon that the "general manager" would not honor because of "franchise owned or not." Idk what the deal with the GM was but he would not budge. And to tell a loyal guest that it's not for "my store" like he owns Panera. Well, my family, friends and I will not frequent this location and will have to think about dining at Panera moving forward, especially if they have people like Ben Villalvaso(the GM out of all people) ready to turn people away. Like as if it was coming out of his own pocket. Be aware of this location people. One thing to note, absolutely no one was wearing name tags except Ben. The guy with the pink shirt, don't know if it's someone higher than Ben, but no name tag on him either. Our cashier(had to find her name on receipt) had mucus hanging out of her nose while I was ordering. Not her fault but instead of Ben telling her that the coupon is not valid at "his" location, he should be giving her a heads up to clean her nose out.
