Food is great, always busy at this location but for the most part they are speedy at getting your food out. I'm giving this location 2 stars because the associate JACKY was EXTREMELY RUDE and needs to learn proper customer service skills. I was in a rush ordering and right off the bat she needed me to speak at an unrealistically slow pace in order to properly get my order down. When i gave the slightest indication that I did not have time to speak slow enough she cut me off in the middle of my sentence and said in an agitated tone of voice that she would get the manager for me when I had not even asked for one. She didn't apologize for the rude interruption and simply walked away. Later when I asked another associate for her name the associate immediately asked "why was she rude to you because she was all mad in the back about something" the fact that Jacky doesn't know how to deal with in a rush customers shows her POOR customer service abilities. This was probably the worst lunch I have ever eaten. Ordered broccoli soup and 1/2 tuna sandwich...first of all it took over 20 minutes for my food to arrive...the soup was tasty but less than lukewarm and I opened the tuna sandwich to take out the onions and noticed one large hunk of tuna in the middle of the bread. Rather than asking them to remake it since I was now running late on my lunch break, I asked for a packet of mayo to try and at least savage some of my sandwich...well after 15 mins still no mayo. I stood at the counter and waited for another 5 mins before any one even noticed I was there. At that point I just gave up and walked out. Very quick, good food with a nice atmosphere. The counter staff are very friendly and make suggestions to keep customer costs down. The free wi-fi helps. Had a horrible experience. First, my son ordered a "you pick 2" with chicken tortellini, and the cheddar broccoli. Well apparently they don't offer the tortellini in the "you pick 2" paid $9 for a small side of tortellini. The plate wasn't even half way full! Second I ordered the chicken Greek. Simple right? Greek salad add some chicken and done, well apparently it isn't that easy, while I was waiting to get my food, another customer walked up and said she ordered the chicken Greek last time she was there, and there was no chicken. I thought oh wow, that sucks but there is no way they will make the same mistake twice right? Oh boy was I wrong! Got home, started taking all the food out. And guess who didn't get chicken in their "chicken Greek salad" looked at the receipt. And I paid for the chicken, but didn't get it. Don't think I'll be going here again. Oh and the baguettes were ROCK hard. Shame on this location, every other location I visit is way better. This one just sucks! read more

Panera Bread really is a great place for lunch; particularly business lunches come to mind. Everything is always fresh, the sandwiches are delicious, and as little as I like soup, I like theirs! We had never been to Panera Bread, with all the advertising lately we decided to try it. Very disappointing. We will never go back. We walked up to the counter half hour before they were closing thinking we had enough time to eat. We explained to the cashier we had never been there before and if she would explain the menu to us and the pricing. She did not know how to explain and told us it depended on what we ordered, she left us more or less to figure it out. She did not give us our beverage glass when we ordered and did not explain that water cups were with the beverage bar. When the girl that delivered the food came to the table we had to ask for the beverage glasses after calling her back to the table and she then looked at our receipt to see what we ordered. There was a man on the computer who kept getting up and down from his table until it became evident he was a part of management or corporate management. The service was horrible and slow food delivery, even though there were only three customers in the restaurant. The food was over priced for the portion size you receive. We went to the counter upon leaving to take home some desserts and they informed us they were closed. There was no mention from the "waiter" or the counter person they would be closing soon if we wanted to consider any other selections before they closed. I would not have considered them "fast food" but after trying them, they have poorer customer service than many fast food restaurants. I love coming here in the morning and having a bagel with some hazelnut coffee. The atmosphere is great. Real earthy colors with either classical or jazz playing in the background. All the staff I've interacted with is friendly and the food is delicious. There's also a small bakery on the side. I usually get my sandwich and toast breads from here and I'm completely satisfied. A friend and I ate a whole loaf unaccompanied by anything else; it was that good. Couldn't give it the 5 stars because there's no "wow" factor. It's a great place to eat and relax after a long day or before school or work, but it doesn't necessarily make your jaw drop. read more

I was in the area and wanted to try their new flatbreads. Girl at the counter was very nice and patient with me as I was undecided as to what to get. Ended up with the Mediterranean and a Fuji Apple Salad; it didn't take that long either until my food was ready. Lunched at the nearby park down the street. The Mediterranean Flatbed was really good and the Fuji Apple salad was unique and delicious. I'd definitely come back but probably not too often, they're pretty pricey for their portions. read more

Me and my husband were there for lunch and I had order the green goddess cob chicken salad which I order every single time I'm there well Sandra took my order wrong . I was served the Greek salad we let them know it wasn't what I had order the server was trying to fix it. As we waited the manager Kathy came out and instead of apologizing to us about the order being wrong she stared arguing with us about the order being right . Love The convenience of ordering online or at the kiosk if it's busy. Only problem you have to check your order because it's always incorrect. They either short you something or totally give you the incorrect item. Asked for a baguette as a side but they totally forgot it and had to wait got my drink even after my order was up. Both a large baguette and asked for it to be sliced but they totally missed that. Also I no longer see the option on customization to add spinach to my salad. They used to cola at 8 but now close later so that really helps. Staff is usually pretty friendly and food is good wish they used other greens besides romaine. Current sitting here at 8am, waiting for them to refill the coffee... After I've already waiting in line to purchase coffees and pastries. So now my pastries will just get cold before I can get any coffee. Not a great way to start the day! Don't think this is the first time, my family and I come here every weekend because it's close by. That's all 6-8 of us when we come visit my grandparents. Service is a hit or miss each week, there is only one girl that bothered to know my dad's name and actually greet us. Other staff act like they cannot bothered. Another thing I find annoying is that there is only one big table in the whole place that can fit 8-10 people! If you're going to do that, please have a sign that says its reserved for that amount of people. Today like a few other days, there are only THREE people sitting big there at this BIG table!!?! While my grandma in a wheelchair along with the rest of our big group is stuck sitting squeezed tightly in a 4 person table. Really? I love Panera, I often get the sandwich and soup duo. The French onion is delicious, and everything is so fresh. I love that my Panera card gets me a free coffee in the month of May, and I can get a dollar pastry. The staff is always so lovely, nice, helpful. I attempted to give a woman who served me my food a tip, but she kindly declined it. She seemed really happy about her job, and looked like she got paid enough. This says a lot about the management, and how well they treat their staff. The only bad thing I can say is that the pastries are not thar good, they are often not flavorful enough and sort of dry. But I'm never one to complain about the small stuff. It's just great to go in, get a coffee, and a four cheese soufflé and eat. read more

Food is delicious! Ordered via Rapid pick up online. When we arrived we were told that the bread I ordered was not available so I requested a refund for that part of my order and was told that is not an option since the order was prepaid online. After some debate I had to choose an alternative bread that I did not want. When the order was all packaged we asked "are the 2 breakfast sandwiches in here" and were assured the order was complete. Once we arrived home we discovered that one sandwich was missing. After a 15 minute phone call (on hold twice) we should now be seeing a refund of $4.19.
