They didn't have anything at this location they ran out of: plain bagels, poppyseed bagels, muffin tops, and blueberry muffins and my friends croissant was burnt. wtf? and their chai tea tasted like essential oils, i wouldn't recommend. the service was absurd it took almost 30-45 mins for them to serve our food and they kept coming to my table asking for substitutions. how does a breakfast/lunch place not have bagels???? jk the food was pretty good. all the facts above are true tho... read more

I always have excellent customer service at this Panera!! I drive from Gainesville to eat here because Barbara, one of the managers, always ensures excellence!! The one time I had an issue she corrected it and was very nice. She always remembers me and greets me so kindly!! The drive thru girls are fabulous!!!! read more

The worst service I have ever seen from a Panera. Tried to chat online to a Panera person and she cut me off. Bowl of soup is not full plus it was not hot. Had to wait 20 minutes for order on Sunday and was the only one inline. I think we were are having a party inside the kitchen. Not the first time.... Usually pretty good but must be a new manager on duty. They were out of baguettes, paninis were cold in the middle, all the tables were nasty (I had to wipe ours down), dishes left out on two other tables during our entire meal and there was a giant chunk of chicken fat in my panini. My wife also said the bathroom was dirty. We were one of four tables eating. Someone needs to get the staff in order or no more broccoli cheddar soup (one of my faves) for me. I hardly ever leave bad reviews but D'ville Panera needs to tighten up. read more

My wife and I have ordered from this location many times and each and every time there were issues with our food! The quality of the food in which they brought out to us were horrible! When we got salads the leaves were bad, soggy, and withered. They always forget the ingredients requested and become upset when it is brought to their attention. I have ordered breakfast food also from this location which looks like a child made it. It was slapped together like someone didn't think that a human being was going to eat it. Their customer service sucks! They barely speak to you unless they are apologizing for messing up your order. I would NOT recommend using their services at this location. I highly suggest going to the Cumming location a few exits up on 14. My family and I will never order from this location again. read more

I would give them 0 stars, but that isn't a choice. My company eats here everyday, spends $800 at a time on gift certificates at least 3 times a year, if not more to hand out to our clients. Panera is constantly messing up our meal more then they get it right. last week the freezer froze my lettuce ( it was ice and how no one noticed is beyond me) so I called to let them know and ask that they make it right because their food is kindly expensive and they did make it right both times. Yesterday I had a free you pick 2 that I earned as a reward for going to Panera all the time and my order was completely wrong, they gave me Mac N Cheese instead of Broccoli and Cheddar, again no big deal, I called was told it would be fixed come back through tomorrow and you will be given another you pick 2. When I got there the GM Michelle was not to nice and said they can no long comp me on my meals (that they mess up). I will not be spending another dime here. Michelle literally cute her nose off to spite her face. My company probably spends 5-7K a year with them. Not very good business practice to get on to the customer (who spends tons of money a year at your store) and not your team who keeps messing up the orders. read more

My team members and I get Panera to go 4 days a week and have for quite sometime. We also purchase about $5000/yr in gift cards from them per year. Over the last 2 months the food quality has taken a serious nose dive. We have received salads on 3 occasions that was completely frozen. We ordered soups on 2 other occasions and received mac and cheese. Natually they need to know about the issues of their team so we called each time to let them know. They comped the food each time there was an issue. The manager, Michelle, got upset because we call each time when the food is wrong and berated us today. She said she understood we want what we ordered and the quality to be good but she can't keep comping meals. I asked her if she has addressed it with her team as it is not my issue, it is hers and her team. I proceeded to tell her I would let corporate know and her response was, "no problem." Today was the last straw for me.. ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 dark chocolate cookies and the cookies were unbelievably old and stale! My Fiancé went inside to replace them for 2 chocolate chipper cookies and they are both hard as a rock!! Highly dissatisfied. We come here way too often for this kind of service and food. read more

Today was my first visit to this new location...won't be back anytime soon. We were a party of four and it turned out, she, the cashier, got everyone of our orders wrong. When the sandwiches came, they were not what we ordered and thats when we discovered the order taking at the register was wrong. the manager was informed so he was aware of the situation. We did get two complementary dash for our troubles. Once the order got straightened out we got our sandwiches. Two of the sandwiches were "okay" and mine, the Chipotle Chicken Avacado Melt" was awful. There was very little chicken, very little avocado, and a glob of chipotle. Basically it was a grilled warm piece of bread w some melted cheese in between. Very disappointed in the sandwiches. read more

This is a fairly new Panera. They really need to work on the people that they hire. Every time I go, there are no clean tables Nbody has asked to refill our drinks and nobody offered to remove our plates. I know it's a casual restaurant and pretty much self serve but they really need to work on cleaning the place up. read more

Food was delicious and surprisingly (after reading previous reviews) our cashier was super friendly. BUT that is about all I can say to justify the 2 stars. The floors and tables were all sticky (even my 9 year old son noticed!). There seemed to be an overall spirit of laziness among the employees. Several were sitting around the dining area on their cell phones and one was even taking a NAP at a booth. It was as if they had all been up partying together all night and suffering their hangovers together at work. Further evidence of this laziness was in the bathroom where the toilet paper dispensers were empty and huge rolls of tp lay on top of them for you to manage yourself. The food here is okay, but the staff may need some work. I've visited this location a few times in the past couple weeks and they never have croissants,regardless of what time a day you go. I've also gotten two to go orders twice now and twice they have simply not included my two bakery items I added onto my husband and I's you pick twos, and another time when going through the drive through. When I ordered pickup once the manager even called to ask what pastry I wanted instead since they were yet again out of something else, but instead of putting in something else just left both out all together. I also asked for my chicken salad on the side once and it was, but it was also barely a scoop. For a corporate restaurant they could definitely use a little help from corporate. read more

I brought high school students here on a field trip and the employees treated us like we were a problem even though they waited patiently in line and didn't argue even when they allowed other customers to go ahead of my students. They were extremely slow bringing our food and couldn't seem to find the person the food belonged to. Orders were also wrong. Not sure why the cashier was sighing as I ordered 4 food items and 2 coffees to go as if I were bothering her? Customer service does not seem to be a top priority at this location which I think management should be concerned with. Train and supervise your employees on how customers should be treated. Won't bother coming back to this location as this was not the first time I experienced bothering their employees by ordering food. read more
