She was kind enough to offer me a replacement, and promptly chopped up another one and added me a bag. Unfortunately this one was just as cold as the other one. Needless to say I will not return to this place as unsafe food temperature is something I don't mess with. It serves me right for cheating on Soriano's down the street who never misses. A manager should demonstrate professionalism, respect, and the ability to manage difficult situations none of which were shown here.
