I love Panera. This is just the newest location, which happens to be closer to my home, therefore, I love it more. Delicious food that is fast but not fast food because it's healthy and fresh. My favorite salad is the green goddess. My favorite sandwich is the chipotle chicken avocado melt. My favorite soup, the French onion. But that's not taking into account the seasonal offers. I'm all over that pumpkin soup when it's available. And that salad with all the strawberries and blueberries in the poppyseed dressing... Yummo! read more

I have never eaten here before and I most likely will never again. Don't get me wrong...the food was pretty decent but really overpriced. Considering me and my fiancé both ordered the half sandwich and (I had a bowl of bacon mac and cheese and my fiancé had a bowl of chili). And with fountain drinks for a total of over $40. The service was pretty decent. But the ambiance wasn't what I expected. After halfway through our meal I looked up on the blind by our window and there was a huge cockroach just seating pretty. Yuck. We had the pick 2, my mom and I. Mom had the pictured one of the chicken, apple, pecan salad and the autumn squash soup cup. The cup was pretty big for her. For myself I had the chicken avocado melt on ciabatta bread, with a bowl of the summer squash soup, because I LOVE this soup. I get the same thing every time I'm at Panera. I had the Green Goddess Grilled Chicken Salad and a Chicken Noodle Soup. The salad was fresh with a decent portion, and all the ingredients tasted great. The soup was excellent, but it was only lukewarm instead of properly hot. The price could be a bit lower, but overall, it was worth it. I always enjoy coming here--the food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Panera is one of my favorite spots! read more

Let me start off with what an amazing manager they had in staff today during lunch. I know it can get busy especially at 12 for lunch and for her to go out of her way is worth its weight in gold. DoorDash driver that picked up my order could not follow simple GPS directions nor follow my clearly noted extra information on the exact building I am in resulting in him just leaving my food in front of a random building on the 10 acre south dade government center property. After my battle with DoorDash the result was to have the merchant (Panera Bread) call DoorDash to have the order redelivered at the expense of DoorDash. After explaining this to her she agreed to go ahead and try to make this right even though it was no fault of her store (talk about great customer service) during heavy lunch hour. In the end DoorDash honored the order and even though it was two hours after I placed it the order arrived got and fresh. Thank you for going the extra mile it does make a difference. read more

Welcoming Panera Bread to Cutler Bay as the hot new lunch spot for locals, visitors and the business community! This location is excellent, just off of South Dixie Highway in the Point Royale Shopping Center it's super accessible. Complete with outdoor dining and a drive thru, they designed this location for literally all walks of life. The inside is bright, warm and welcoming with tons of natural light and plenty of open seating. When I visited it was day 3 of opening week and it was pretty packed with people, but I was amazed at how awesome the service was and how quickly my food was prepared. I ordered a half sandwich and soup with chips, papaya green tea and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delicious, per usual. During my meal, the managers came around and asked all the customers if they were okay and satisfied with their service and food. It was a great touch and hopefully an even better sign of things to come for the brand new Panera Bread location. read more

I'm a Panera fanatic, I know what I want (always the same thing) so though my order is complex, I'm fast with it. I pull up and let the girl know I'll be doing the pick 2. I ask if they have the squash soup and she tells me "only on online ordering and for members." Perfect, I'm a member. I pull up to the line and sign into my account. But wait! Where's the soup? It's not here. I continue to look, nothing. It's my turn at the window. I let the girl know that I wasn't able to find it only for her to tell me "yeah, it's not there, they just told me." Um ok. I tell her I'll still do the pick two anyways and begin to tell her my order. She gives me this annoyed face before I even began, lol I can't wait to see the attitude she's gonna give me after my detailed order. I ask for my salad, minus a few items and double everything else. (IE lettuce, tomato, pecans, apples, and two dressings on the side) I even tell her I'm aware I'm gonna pay extra. As mentioned previously, I order the same thing every single time! I then ask if they have anything pumpkin for dessert, she's even more annoyed and makes it known. Super dismissive and rude. No pumpkin. I ask for a chocolate chip cookie. None. I ask for a brownie. Doesn't say a single thing to me. I assume I'm also not getting that so I say, 'whatever I don't need anything, just add a strawberry lemonade." No "ok" or "yes", just "$22 dollars." I give her my card and wait for her to give it back as I talk and laugh with my friend. She didn't like this so while she has my card in her hand and done with my transaction, she slams the window closed on us. Lol. It was funny. She opens it about a minute or so later with my drink and my card. Surprised to see the drink, I take it with a smile. When I get to my friends house I open the bag. There was a brownie inside, also a surprise. However, my grilled cheese was disgusting. The paper was stuck to the cheese, the bread was soggy and not even slightly toasted. I didn't even attempt to eat it. I then open my salad, the piece de resistance...or so I was hoping. My extra tomatoes turned out to be 4 in total, not even exaggerating. The apples were plenty, but everything else was not. My double sauces turned out to be less than one in total, both less than half way filled. And I paid extra for all of this. I know she wasn't happy with taking my order and she didn't want to serve me, but I didn't deserve to be charged extra for items I didn't receive. I repeated my order twice and it seemed as no one understood English very well. But they did understand it well enough to give me the biggest attitude and closing the window. As I waited for my order it was wrong AGAIN. I wanted a refund and they said I had to come in the store... I left got home and the looked at both sandwiches and the avocado was brown and smelled bad... I called the store spoke to the manager( a Latin women,she was coughing profusely). This location is HORRIBLE! So went through drive thru to place order. Asked about adding a cookie to order and was told due to rules they have during lunch hours they are not allowed to add to orders. Blank face. Ok so a cookie will mess up an order? I'm confused. I looked behind me and there were no people behind me not one single car. Not only that, they will cash you out as if they have given you your order and make you pull up to the front to wait 10-15mins for your food. I ordered breakfast through the Panera Bread App. Door Dash delivered someone else's order. Didn't realize until he was long gone. I friend for an HOUR to call Panera. Someone keeps disconnecting the call. Tried calling the Dasher. Not his problem. He delivered what they gave him. I am currently on hold with DOORDASH for the last 1/2 hour!! I love this location. Line isn't always too long and if it is they move fast. I had a tough day yesterday , maybe the girl at drive through noticed and she was so so kind and handed me a cookie before I left. Made me cry of gratitude when I drove off. I also always have a unique request for a chicken Cesar sandwich (which is off the menu now) and they always make it for me. 4 out of five times they get it right but they're quick to resolve it when it's not. You easily check in online and within minutes, my food has been delivered. The employees are friendly and patient. I used the convenience of the curbside pickup. It was very quick and simple. Food was made exactly as requested in a timely manner.

I feel that the young staff at this location does great, they very helpful kind and respectful. They made a mistake with my order but quickly apologized and fixed it. Great customer service from the young staff, Now the older lady manager there should take notes from the young staff when it comes to customer service she should actually look at the customers when speaking to them too and should be more respectful to their employees aswell seen this manager be extremely rude to the young staff there in front of customers. The GM of this store should seriously come and see how this lady runs this store she definitely needs more training in being a leader she lacks that tremendously. read more

I usually go to the Panera closer to Florida city but decided to try this new location since it was on my way and boy do I regret it. I think the person taking the order was new because he kept repeating what I ordered and when I finally got up to the drive through window, he didn't have my order ready, and was asking me again what I ordered. I had to wait 15 minutes off to the side for 4 bagels toasted plain, a coffee and a fountain drink. When they brought out the order to my car the guy was casually walking as if not a care in the world. The bagels were cold, the coffee was not what I had asked and it was also cold, and my soft drink was missing which meant another few minutes for him to go inside and grab it. I go to this location often because we live around the corner. I depend on the Rapid Order for my breakfast on the way to work at least twice a week. I had family in from out of town. Had a busy day and wanted a quick simple dinner. What else....order from Panera. My daughter went inside to order several dinners, including a kids meal. Returned home after waiting a bit ... no problem. The order was missing a salad, the kids meal, a sandwich and the chips from two meals! My daughter heading back as I called to complain spoke to the manager gave her what was missing. This was not the first time an order was incorrect. I just never complained. The manager assured me all would be handled and ready for her. I ask her to add a cookie or two. No problem was her response. Returned home the bag as she assured was complete....chips and cookies. This Panera Bread store is definitely not meeting the standard! I ordered two egg cheese and bacon breakfast sandwiches, toast bagel with cream cheese, small hot chocolate and regular caramel latte. The sandwiches look like crap and they give me a like warm coffee. I told the lady the coffee was cold and she took it back. She handed me another one that was slightly warmer and was just basically milk. Very disappointed. Do not go to this Panera Bread, go to the next closest one. read more

I've been hooked on Panera's soup bowls lately and lucky for me they just opened this one very close to my house. This is my go-to-place when I'm not in the mood to eat heavy food. The staff here is very nice and attentive. I have no complaints! I've never gotten off at this location. Only dealt with the drive thru but I'm sure I'll go visit the restaurant inside one of these days. In the meantime I'll keep on enjoying their variety of soups and my favorite sandwich- tuna! Their driver wasn't even there to pick up our order at that point. After 40 minutes, we called back and the driver "still wasn't back". I was concerned for the driver's safety. The assistant manager Tay, assured me he was fine. They said we can cancel your order or have another manager bring the order (why not offer that the first time?) So, I indicated that canceling the order should be a starting point for the customer in this case. He then hung up on me, continued to hang up on me the next 4 times I called (I can show the phone records to his manager). Well I love Panera and I hate giving bad reviews but this Panera is having growing pains and needs some time to flow a little smoother. I'm not sure if they are just really busy but here's my honest review which I hope I can update soon. As Panera is my top choice for lunches and sometimes dinner. first, there are no signs anywhere where to stand pick up order here nothing so everyone is just standing around wondering where they are supposed to order or pick up. 2nd, one of the kiosks wasn't working properly which is not good bc it's meant to get ppl in and out. Finally, got to register to order bc all the other machines were taken and unfortunately they ran out of broccoli cheddar soup. I know it's in high demand bc it's my fav and it's delicious but it was 9:15 when we walked in. That's 45 min until closing!!!! Not ok! Needless to say I'm going to be back bc it's 5 minutes from my house but not before thinking twice bf I walk in and having to be disappointed that they run out of items when it's later in the evening. Staff- super nice., Cleanliness- absolutely clean and very well kept. I love that they have the bagels covered in clear baskets and u can see them but u don't have a ton of ppl breathing there germs all over them! Drive thru is so slow that three people actually backed out of the line to leave or go inside. Employee didn't ask for my phone number until I reminded her. I've been coming to this Panera for a while now. When they first opened it was a mess, but they have come a long way and are by far the best one I have been to now. Food is the standard Panera food that you will get at any other Panera. The service is however superb. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Renee at the front is such a sweetheart.
