Let's see....the price is more than most casual full service restaurants. The service is basically walk to a machine for your order while a dozen people behind the counter dodge your question. Then when you finally ask a simple question you get treated like trash. The food is awful. The serving sizes are for toddlers. The restaurant somehow is always filthy regardless of what time you're there. I always dreaded any time my kid asked to go but it has officially hit rock bottom and I absolutely refuse to ever step foot in this horrible place again!!! Meh. I love Panera Bread and I think some locations are good! I just don't think this particular location is worth a visit. Average at best. The staff is pretty friendly and the bathrooms are clean. But we're here for the food, right? So let's get into why I can't give it more than 3-stars. I got a to-go order for myself and a friend. We got the Chicken Chipotle Flatbread Pizza, 1/2 Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, and a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar soup. The soup is always delish! (If you want a dupe recipe that tastes exactly the same, but slightly elevated, message me.) However, we were pretty disappointed in the sandwich and the flatbread. I think the flatbread would've been a whole lot better if they included all the ingredients on it. I don't know if I want to spend $10.79 to try it again with the risk of them leaving off ingredients again. If you don't stan cilantro, you would've probably been okay with this flatbread, but I was disappointed because a sprinkling of cilantro (which is supposed to be standard on this flatbread) would've elevated the taste. The one we got was... just flat. Not an exciting flavor profile. Also, they blobbed all the bacon right into the middle, as well as the chicken, so most of the pizza was just plain cheese. The sandwich had very little avocado on it, just a couple small little chunks on one side. Most of the cheese was melted off of it onto the outside, sticking to the bread and the wrapper. So the majority of the sandwich was cheeseless. Sloppy work, y'all. And it makes the sandwich kinda boring because you don't get the full taste of avocado and cheese in each bite. All-in-all, if you come to this location, check your food before you drive home, that way you can make sure all the ingredients are present and evenly distributed. And if they're not, have them re-make it! Don't pay $25.00 for a mediocre flatbread, bowl of soup, and half a sandwich! read more

They should have cancelled the order or texted to call the store, not indicated that the order was ready for pick up. I agree with other reviews that say some locations are good and some locations are not. This one is definitely not. Manager was not the nicest. Cashier typed in my order wrong (honest mistake). When I realized it was wrong at the table, went back up to the counter and asked if they could throw a few slices of turkey on the sandwich. Manager gave me all sorts of attitude. she explained there was a price difference and wanted me to go back to the register to refund the entire order and re-ring it at the correct price which was probably only a dollar or two more. After her complaining to me about food prices, she finally threw me a few slices of turkey On a sidenote, I had stopped going to Panera for a while because the pricing got too expensive and I feel the food quality has gone downhill a bit. The soups used to be great, but last few years have become very watery. I was really put off by the attitude this manager gave me tonight. She should've just apologized for the cashier's mistake and given me a few slices of turkey and sent me on my way. Ruined the entire experience. read more

I was excited to try this breakfast wrap. I got the bacon, scrambled egg, and tomato wrap with a green passion smoothie. The smoothie is fabulous as always. Just make sure you get it double blended so to prevent spinach in your teeth. I was disappointed with the wrap. The egg was paper thin. The wrap and bacon were chewy. The kids had soup, the broccoli cheddar was good, but the chicken noodle looked and tasted like dish water. My new Asian Chicken Salad was swimming in dressing and was seriously lacking chicken. About 5 bites on a $12 salad. They also now add caffeine to their lemonade- gross. The final straw was the deplorable condition of the restroom. read more

Called to place a pick up order the next day. Wouldn't allow that, told me I had to do it on line. So I did. Then found out I didn't need to bring coffee, so went in person into the store to cancel that part of order, but they didn't know how to do it. Said just advise them when I arrive the next day and they would take it off. I asked them to leave a note for catering to be sure and take it off before I get there. Arrived the next morning, coffee was never removed and no note left for catering. I asked for coffee to be removed, and was told they had to cancel our whole order and start over. Ordered a dozen and a half bagels and 2 tubs of cream cheese, I get to work and open the bag and they gave me a bakers dozen (13). I call them and after sitting on hold for 7 min. the manager says " there are only 13 bagels in a dozen and a half" I finally convince him that is not correct, look at your menu board, he says "ok come get the 5 bagels we owe you or I will give you a credit". I asked to have them delivered since it was their mistake and he said he didn't have anyone, so I had to go back to the store myself ( truly inconvenient). The manager said he would have them waiting, they were not. I asked to speak to the manager , guess who the manager was, the same guy that packed my order! This is just like every other Panera you'll visit. Nothing about this location will stand out, but the service is usually quick enough that it makes it better than many others. There are 4 self serve kiosks when you walk in that make the experience better and quicker if you know what you want, or even if you don't. It's also nice to be able to see exactly what's on your food and being able to customize it. However, I usually do the Pick 2 and last time I went my Pick 2 cost close to $16 after getting fruit as a side and that's just honestly a bit pricy for a fast food place. read more

The food was fine. Cooked and prepared correctly. My rating is a reflection of the fact that I bought a large drink at the self order kiosk and was told afterward that they were out of large cups. I was offered two regular cups or a refund that can take 5-7 business days. I'm not sure how any of that is a positive iconic experience for your customers. In addition to that, facility appearance was rough, with dirty carpet, crumbs everywhere, dirty plate, etc. Management should take a good look at what they are doing and not doing and your IT team needs a better system to deliver refunds to your customers for misleading them during the ordering process. read more

I got the pick two option, and the bbq chicken mac that I got was great but the steak and cheese panini was not at all. The met was like in a ball almost in the middle of the bread leaving no meat on either end of the panini. Also the meat tasted a little off. I've had better from them before. The only reason that this got 2 stars instead of 1 was because we love Panera food, and with most of their things standardized it's pretty hard to mess that up. With that being said, this is one of the worst Panera's I've gone to in quite a while. The service is typically slow there, it takes longer to get things ordered and made from this Panera in comparison to my other experiences at other Panera's. They are consistently not putting items in our bag that we pay for. Menu items are not cheap here, so it is really frustrating to get home and realize they didn't get your order right. I understand mistakes happen, everyone is human, but in the past 6 months we have had 3 forgotten items. Tonight actually made 4. We looked in the bag prior to leaving and they packed it so that it appeared everything was in there. Got it home and there was a salad missing. It's frustrating, more money down the drain and another meal that someone in my family didn't get. It might be time to start going out of our way to find a different Panera. read more

I love this Panera bread location the restaurant is always super clean, and you can order rapid pickup from the self serve kiosks, I have a modified diet so it's easier for me to use the Kiosk then have to explain what to add/take away from a meal, even when it's busy I've never waited more than 8 minutes for my food. I ordered a group meal for a small gathering/my daughters birthday. It was over 20 minutes late and not nearly what I ordered or paid for. The quantities listed in their group soups are not nearly enough to feed the suggested serving size and is grossly overpriced for what you get. I've tried voicing this to 4 different managers and supervisors and they continue to but they blame on me. Service is improved. The food is chain food so its not really going to change place to place. Interior design layout is horrid and outlet access can be sparse at times. Since there is not much in the area to cover this type of market you are left with this location which has improved on the things it can. The rest you just have to live with. read more

I went in to use a coupon, which I was told only lasted until 10:30am. And I could only use it for oatmeal at the time I went in. Which didn't make sense. My sandwich, chicken frontega, was cold. The cheese was not even melted. It was in chunks, the entire sandwich seemed like it needed to be in the panini longer. I usually love it, but today it was lacking majorly. First time here, and first time for the girl at the counter who apparently worked at a different Panera. She took my order, including that I wanted the ciabatta bread toasted, just the bread, not the sandwich. Order comes up, whole sandwich is toasted. The young lady at the order pick up said they can't toast the bread, I said every other Panera does, she called the manager over, she said the same thing but with a bit of a snarly attitude. I give 2 stars for the friendly cashier because this visit went down hill from that point. The two soups we ordered were just OK. The creamy tomato a bit bitter for my taste. The chicken and Wild Rice was tastless. The grilled paninis were a huge disappointment. What's up with the change of bread? The quality of the bread is so not what it used to be. They have better quality specialty breads at Giant Eagle. The sandwiches were just terrible should have been at least warm thru out. I'm thinking that the panini press was not working correctly. This was just another example of less quality for more money. Two bowls of soup and two sandwiches for $26. Zero complaints about this location. Store is clean, I've never experienced rude or sub-par service, food comes out consistent. Sometimes my food that is supposed to be hot comes out barely lukewarm, but it's still edible, and not really (IMO) worth complaining to anyone about. We have been doing quite a bit of traveling in this place was and I switch from the typical burger joint that you might have to gravitate to if you don't know the local area.
