I received a Disney Princess Rapunzel Tiara Ring as a gift and am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and Pandora's take upon the matter. The ring was paid for in cash, and while we do not have the receipt, it is still well within Pandora's one-year warranty period. Despite this, the ring is already bent, and two stones have fallen out after minimal, normal wear. This is clearly a manufacturing or quality, not customer misuse. I visited my local Pandora store locations in Naples, Florida, expecting Pandora to stand behind its product and honor its warranty. Instead, both locations refused to help in any way, no repair, no replacement, and no attempt at a reasonable solution. The staff was dismissive and unwilling to take accountability. What makes this inexcusable that I am seeking accountability and a proper resolution under Pandora's one year warranty I am seeking a replacement ring or exchange for another Pandora product or store credit basic remedies any reputable jewelry brand should provide. A ring should not bend or lose stones shortly after purchase, particularly from a brand that markets itself as premium jewelry. Refusing to provide any resolution for a defective item within the warranty period is unacceptable and misleading to customers. If Pandora does not honor its own warranty or offer fair solutions like replacement or store credit, customers deserve to know before spending their money here. read more

Amazing store and incredible service! Store always looks very clean and team is so accommodating

I have been shopping at Pandora for 16 years at least. The representative were always very helpful and accommodating in any store I went too. At store this store there. has been a changed in management. This store is not helpful at all. At other store If I had a pandora charm damaged it was always replaced. I have a total of.10 bracelets and they are all full with charms. Plus I purchased bracelets for family, friends and now I started my granddaughters. Never will we buy another piece of Pandora jewelry. I was told I wear mine to often which damages the charms and Pandora could care less about it. I've never had any issues with any piece I've bought from a private jeweler even years later. So buyer beware Pandora isn't worth the over prices it charges. read more

My girlfriend loves the brand and has over 500+ invested in this bs, but you guys sell those rings and anything like they are made indestructible and that they dont fade or change color, well 2 months into having it the ring changes color we didn't want to go to the store because we know the excuses your employees always put like today selena tells my girlfriend that its her fault and she should had taken care of it? Im sorry what? When i got them your sales person said and I remember clearly, "This ring will never fail or change colors or if we have a problem pls bring it in" guess what the ring is black and most of the rings from you guys They are either missing a stone or fading and i really should had read the last reviews from like 3 months ago because they are not wrong ill rather pay up a jeweler and not waste so much money on fantasy jewels or if i really wanted to give her trash rings i would had consider paparazzi jewelry that i never seen one fade and thats a Chinese brand so i really think there is some work to put into how you talk to people there to return you guys jewelry that you guys always talk about lasting so much and this and that. Had an absolutely amazing experience here. My mother and I began at the Mercato Pandora which is absolutely horrific. Do not even waste your time going there. They do not care about the customers. This pandora in coconut point genuinely cares about the customers and making them happy. Jasmine M is incredible and was so willing to help with everything. From the start she was so friendly and helpful. She was patient with us while we decided which rings were our favorite. She then helped us In dealing with my mothers broken ring. All of the workers are so friendly and helpful here. They also have a huge variety of product. Definitely use this pandora over Mercato one!! My experience here was incredible, and thank you Jasmine for being so patient and friendly!!!! read more

Rude staff! My daughter bought me a bracelet and 2 charms for my birthday. She gave me a gift receipt with it but when I got there they told me it was only for the bracelet. I asked them if they could look it up since they were purchased on the same day and they told me no she should have got he gift receipt for everything. She is only 18 and assumed they would have given it to her when she told them it was a gift. read more

I recently shopped in this Pandora after purchasing some items on a cruise. One of the charms was defective, didn't stay closed. I wouldn't have thought to ask them to help but the salesperson noticed the defect and offered to have it sent back to the company. I was told that they do not repair, but replace. She explained that it would take some time and asked if I was willing to wait 4-6 weeks, hey you're doing me a favor why wouldn't I? When the item was replaced they called, not once but twice. Sorry I didn't respond to them. When I pickup my charm tthey offered to clean my bracelet and put the charm on. I was thrilled to have a clean like new bracelet. Staff was great. read more

The staff is rude and snobbish, my mother received a bracelet as a Christmas gift and went in to make a purchase she did not understand how or when to use the clip, charm, and spacers. The staff was annoyed with her questions and treated her poorly, now she is the kindest 84 year old women you have ever met. The clerk told us this is very high quality and I replied that I shop at Tiffanys where I'm treated better than this, now thats HIGH QUALITY!!!!!! Shame on them. read more

I have a very sentimental charm that in less than a years time the enamel chipped. I brought the charm back to this location of purchase for it to be repaired under the warranty. They told me it takes about 30 days to get back and someone would call me. During this time no one called me, left a voicemail, or any form of notification to tell me my charm was retired. Now, apparently when charms are broken and retired they can only offer a swap up to same value but refuse to give you your money back in the same form of original payment. Why would I be wanting to swap my charm if I was originally there to repair it??? This was not customer service to any standard.. Pandora itself expresses how important these beautiful sentimental pieces are, yet no one apologized that my charm could not be repaired and/or apologized that they failed to contact me. I had to phone the store and figure out where my charm was. That whole statement defeats the exact purpose of what the company upholds. I will be contacting corporate myself to see if they are able to resolve this situation. I cannot believe the lack of service and understanding I did not receive.. not even a simple we are sorry. I have loved this brand but if Pandora Corp. is not able to repair my valued charm I will never purchase from this company or gift these to anyone ever again. My charm was not even a year old and because it was retired they did not abide to the warranty policy... what kind of service is that? read more
