BUT, it is now a day later and I still feel amazing. Gregg is great. He is professional, educated and very thorough. This is now the third different approach to the same problem. Chiropractor, physical therapy and now Rolfing. Hands down, Rolfing is a superior treatment. I've booked my next session and am very excited since I've already seen results. Optimistic that Gregg is gonna relieve this problem once and for all. Plus his dog, Ama who hangs out in the office, is the cutest and most chill dog. Highly recommend this place.

During my one hour reflexology, Veronica gave me the option of also including my hands and ears. I took her up on that and left feeling amazing! It's the only time I had reflexology and left feeling like I had a deep tissue massage. The foot peel was equally wonderful. I thought it may have me taking most of the 30 minutes soaking my feet but it didn't to my delight. Everything was done while on the massage table. The treatment made my feet feel as soft as I guess they were the day I was born. I'll be going back soon for a warm bamboo massage and warm stone facial. I can't wait! I highly recommend this spa!

Matt is highly knowledgeable and it was a full body experience in mind, body, and soul. There's a distinct difference between the typical relaxation massage and therapeutic. Matt's approach extends beyond the technical elements of a massage and encompasses everything from body mechanics, life style, diet, mental, and everything in-between. His experience with chronic pain allowed us to develop a plan extending beyond sessions allowing me to find relaxation, relief, and a better outlook on life. His work felt like he restructured my whole self. Matt himself is welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable, allowing you to relax knowing you're in good hands. I highly recommend Matt and Seed & Path when it comes to offering high quality massage that gives you solutions over just a bit of temporary comfort.
