His combination of Swedish gymnastics allows for a deep, thorough massage that hits all the right spots. The price is a great value as well. He has two great locations and flexible times. I've never had a bad massage from Jeff. He is supportive and his work compliments many other healthy choices like seeing the doctor, getting active and good eating. He also always tells me what he's doing and why, so there are no surprises. He supports overall health and has taught me a lot about how my muscles work. Trauma informed, too. Great gift for a friend, too.

Optimistic that Gregg is gonna relieve this problem once and for all. Plus his dog, Ama who hangs out in the office, is the cutest and most chill dog. Highly recommend this place.

Matt is highly knowledgeable and it was a full body experience in mind, body, and soul. There's a distinct difference between the typical relaxation massage and therapeutic. Matt's approach extends beyond the technical elements of a massage and encompasses everything from body mechanics, life style, diet, mental, and everything in-between. His experience with chronic pain allowed us to develop a plan extending beyond sessions allowing me to find relaxation, relief, and a better outlook on life. His work felt like he restructured my whole self. Matt himself is welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable, allowing you to relax knowing you're in good hands. I highly recommend Matt and Seed & Path when it comes to offering high quality massage that gives you solutions over just a bit of temporary comfort.

My previous masseur from Rhode Island completed a full head to toe massage including emphasis on my back area in only 75 minutes which also included a foot scrubbing all well as hot towel treatment on my back and feet. Jeff M. tried to work on my back for over an hour. He did not complete what I needed in terms of muscular massage relief. He then worked on the backs of both legs, my neck and upper chest. I felt cheated paying $135. He never even asked if I felt that the massage was satisfactory. He seemed to not care. He only asked if I wanted to book another appointment. I said no. Would I recommend Jeff M.? No. Would I return for a massage with him? No.
