Best massage I've ever had I couldn't believe she only charge $60 for an hour. I'm not particularly into all the fancy frills of many chain or large salons. What I care about is strictly the massage , I carry HEAVY knots on shoulders back and neck very painful ones, where I carry stress. Usually when I say firm or hard it's never enough to rid my body of all the knots. She understood and felt those knots and paid special attention to those areas really doing what needed to be done. Even stretching my necks arms legs and feet out(which I needed). The stretch I had after the massage was amazing I was able to bend all the way down without pain and actually turn my head normal. I will be back

absolutely HORRIBLE I guess this is what I get for trying to book a massage in a strip mall…read more I give my credit card information online set up an appointment only to find out when I get there that they didn't even book the appointment! I reschedule for the following week mind you I have to take a day off of work just to do this because I live in New Hampshire and work in Massachusetts then they call me two days before my appointment telling me my massage therapist went on leave and they have to reschedule me not for the same time with a male when I wanted a female and couldn't even do the same date and time again mind you I have to take a day off work to do this so I haven't even had my massage yet and already had a terrible experience twice do not recommend them!! if you want a real massage go to a real spa.

Whatever you do, DO NOT sign up for a membership with this company. They cannot hold onto employees…read moreand will cancel appointments that have been made months in advance because they have such a high turnover of staff. When you start to accumulate credits, you cannot do anything about it because every time you make a new appointment, they're cancelled 70% of the time. Not a huge deal if you have a flexible schedule and can come in whenever but super frustrating for working families and or single parents. If you try to cancel your membership, they give you two months to use all your credits or you lose them. (Which again is ridiculous if they keep cancelling appointments). Also, when I called to cancel due to frustrations with trying to get in for a massage, the manager Samantha told me that I "didn't come for several months and that's why I had accrued credits so it was really my fault that I had so many credits to use. My husband had passed away and she had the gall to make a statement like that to a customer. Then she hung up on me. I will never use this company again.

Sharon at Zen Lounge is an easy 10/10. If you've been searching for a masseuse in southern NH, look…read moreno further. I first visited Sharon several months ago in attempt to get some relief from the tight back and shoulders accompanying an on-going repeated strain injury from computer use. I had tried other masseuses in the area but wasn't pleased with their services. I found that many massage therapists don't give the pressure I'm after, and I'd leave my massage feeling totally unsatisfied. This is decidedly not the case with Sharon. She's very knowledgeable about anatomy and knows when and where and how to apply pressure. I can feel the knots loosening and breaking up as she kneads my back with her hands, arms, and elbows. What else can you ask for??! Additionally, the space is inviting, clean, and comfortable and parking super easy. I couldn't recommend Zen Lounge enough. Sharon has magic hands no doubt!
