Google search brought up their site based on the condition I was looking to have addressed. I have…read moreused acupuncture in the past at other locations and have had incredible success. I should have known something wasn't right when I called to inquire and was told the consult was free UNLESS you decided not to go with their services. Than you would be charged. Seems like a hustle to me! I knew once again from the past that acupuncture had served me well so I setup the consult. The paperwork was sent to me via email and I received 2 calls asking where it was in under 24 hours. Aggressive to say the least. Isn't this type of service supposed to be about calming? These people were stressing the heck out of me over a pile of papers. Came in for the consult and the office parking is HORRIBLE to say the least. Yikes! The office itself is beautiful and very zen. Deb at the front desk was the one aggressively pursuing me over the paperwork but once she had it in her hands she was a very nice lady for the most part. Alyson Kramer is who I saw for the consult and at the end she stated "are we good to start?" She literally meant RIGHT NOW! Pressure tactic yet again!! I signed a form that was for a package of treatments and it was not inexpensive!!! Felt like I was at a car wash buying a book of washes. Based on her treatment plan she planned to have me blast through this $$ in under a month and a half. Unreasonable at best and not fully discussed until AFTER the first treatment and back out to Deb for scheduling. I missed one treatment because we can confusion on the appointment and I had not received a call or text which that did for all the other appointments. Four appointments were attended as I was spreading out PT along with the acupuncture which was discuss during this consult. They didn't want me going back to back or on the same days. Each appointment was a treasure hunt. Different treatment not focusing on the source area which was ridiculous. I felt ZERO confidence in Alyson and terminated treatment. A settlement was reached on remaining money and we went our separate ways. Find somewhere else and compare prices, services and anything you can find. A pretty office doesn't make for a good treatment source.

I have been going for weekly acupuncture for 8 months now. Originally for infertility, and now throughout my pregnancy. It has been vital in my self-care toolbox & wellbeing. I don't foresee a time where any individual would not benefit from adding acupuncture to their care. Every room is clean, calm + inviting. I drive further to be able to have treatment here, and every week is a treat. I highly recommend this female owned + operated business to all my friends and family!

I asked the owner if he could reduce the price on future visits, since I was retired. He said he would, and I was pleased. However, rather than reducing the price for the same service, as I expected, he changed the formula, taking out nutrients to reduce the cost. I had 3 additional IV therapies. None of them helped me at all and the last one resulted in me being bed ridden for the entire next day! I explained this to the owner, and requested a refund for the treatment. His response included- "If your symptoms persist, we suggest you visit a hospital"! He also said it wasn't their fault! Since I was OK when I went there the previous afternoon, and the next day couldn't get out of bed due to headaches and severe fatigue, I do not think it was a coincidence! I asked for a refund for the last treatment. He refused. The cost was $263. End result was that I spent a total of $993. and got 2 days of relief....Do not recommend for long covid relief!

If the person we interacted with tonight is the owner of this location, I can confidently say…read moreSundance Spas in Amherst, NH won't be in business in a few more years. The level of un-professionalism my wife, myself, and daughter experienced tonight was shocking--so much so that I'm still in disbelief. How this individual manages to sell any hot tubs is beyond me. We visited Sundance Spas for the first time today, on January 16th at 5:30 PM. We wanted to see the Sundance Cameo in person after weeks of serious research. We're ready to purchase a luxury hot tub, and we very easily may have purchased this one tonight if the experience was 100% different. When we arrived, the store was completely empty despite the lights being on and the door open (they close at 6 PM). After walking around awkwardly for over five minutes, someone finally emerged from the back. He didn't introduce himself at all. He just gave us a "hey" and walked over. He was tall, older, with spiked gray hair and an arrogant, annoyed demeanor. I've done my research, so I knew most of the details about the Cameo already. However, I had a few specific questions about the spacing, depth, and warranty that I wanted clarified. Unfortunately, this man clearly wasn't in the mood to provide answers or even basic customer service. When my daughter sat in the tub and couldn't reach the headrest, (which he looked annoyed she was even doing so and made sure to tell her to take her shoes off), I jokingly mentioned we might need a hot tub booster seat for her. His response was a sarcastic "I guess ...." I then asked about the warranty of the steel frames and he said, "10 years." My wife followed up, asking if he knew why it was only 10 years, and he snidely replied, "What, you need more?" He then added, "How do I know? You'd have to call corporate, I don't make them". The way this came out too was so rude sounding. That surprised us...my wife and I looked at each other like "what was that" lol From there I said something along the lines of: "I'm getting some bad vibes here, so I think we're going to leave now. We came in ready to possibly buy this Cameo, just had a few questions, but apparently you're not interested in selling it. So, we started to walk out and I said "Have a good night"....He quickly replied..."Sensitive, huh?" LOL I laughed in disbelief and was about to turn around to respond but my wife stopped me. I have to say...I'm SO glad we visited this store, because it saved us from a long-term headache dealing with this dealer. We were literally prepared to spend the $18,500 cash tonight on this. But what this guy for some crazy reason doesn't understand is that for a family making an investment like this, they don't just look at the product, they look at the experience, as once you buy the tub, you will be tied to that that dealer. The relationship matters more than the hot tub, since they perform the service for next 10x or more years. Here's my FREE advice to the Owner/Management of Sundance Spas in Amherst NH. If this gentleman is a salesman...fire him...he is going to sink your business. If this gentleman is the owner...get into a non-cusomer service business, because you are not cut out for this. If you are the owner and do want some real advice, here it is: Start by developing a customer-first culture. Greet your customers with a smile. Introduce yourself. Shake their hands. Ask how you can help them and provide thoughtful answers to their questions. This is basic customer experience. When you show genuine care for your customers, your business will thrive naturally. People will be so impressed with your service that they'll leave glowing reviews without being asked. In the hot tub industry, it's not just about the product--it's about building relationships that span generations. To potential customers: do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Imagine having to deal with someone like this regarding a warranty?....lol no thanks.

I paid $106 for 5 visits at $80 plus got eye protection for $4 and a single use bronzer, how did the total come to $106. The single use bronzer was $22??? They would not assist me when asking about products or services. Super rude the whole time. When I got out of the tanning booth the door to the room was open. It took me about 5 minutes to put lotion on and get dressed and the staff kept walking by with rude comments to rush me, mind you the place was empty. So I left and went out to my car and realized I left my brand new vape in the room because of being rushed so went back in to grab it and the two woman were like nope it's not here. I know it was because I seen it fall out of my hoodie and thought don't forget to grab that before leaving. Overall experience 0/10!!!!! Would highly NOT RECOMMEND. They also have lots of tanning/health products for sale if you're interested in those things. I liked the fact that the rooms were very clean and private, and even have Alexa to give voice commands to play music, or to control the tv that's also in the room to watch your favorite shows. I did the infrared sauna "intro" and was fairly pleased with the results. I have a sauna at home but it's a big walk-in box whereas this is a lay-down egg-shaped bed that your head is outside. I was worried this would be claustrophobic but it's not at all. With your head being out, and the fact that you can lift it and stop anytime, made it super comfortable. The bed also gives you the option to engage a fan to cool down your head, as well as a vibration massage which felt great. It gets pretty hot when you do the fat burning option, but I was disappointed that I didn't sweat as much as I do at home (the main reason I went was to sweat and detoxify), which I'm thinking means I should turn the fan off next time so my face doesn't get cooled off and maybe that would help. But if you don't want to sweat or don't care about the sweat part, you'll be good to go with the default settings. The only other thing I didn't like about my experience was the confusing prices that I didn't feel were communicated transparently until I showed up. I had to drive a bit to get here, and I showed up thinking my trial was free (as it says on the website) but in order to do a full 30 minutes you have to pay $35. (After the first time, it's $50 for 30 minutes unless you buy a package, in which case it's a little cheaper) They also informed me when I was paying that I also I had to buy two garments (one reusable and one not) that were $12 total. So I went in thinking this would be free and walked out paying $47. Not very cool. I would be fine with the price if that was very clearly explained to me in advance. So just be aware (and ask beforehand) about hidden fees.
