If this is not they need to post it on Facebook or something. It takes me a good 15 minutes to drive there so me wasting my time driving there only to have them be closed is frustrating. Plus the people aren't nearly as friendly as they used to be there. There is one woman who I really really like. They used to be. I like everybody who worked there they were all super friendly, super outgoing. Now you get people behind the counter where we barely even talk to you. The baked goods were fantastic! The sticky date cake is crazy good! It weighs a million pounds and is so thick and just the perfect texture. We also got the lemon yogurt cookie which was soft and tangy, 10/10. They have a cool little retail space for various alcohols, non-alcoholic beverages, food, tea etc. I was happy to buy some local loose leaf tea, and there were a ton to choose from! Service was fine. And yes, I'm very picky on the fish.) The rice tastes perfect. I've only found two sushi restaurants that I reeeaaally enjoy and this is one of them (other one being Akai Hana in Columbus). Not all grocery store sushi is created equal! And a tip: get there at 9:30-10am and if they don't have what you're looking for in the display case at that time, ask the chef for it (they're always happy to help). That will be the freshest sushi in town. Also, everyone who works there is actually local and the sales directly help -them.- Oh! And you need to try a Buckeye roll, they're so good! But I've liked everything I've gotten from this place, so you can't really go wrong (but the Buckeye -is- the best. Haha)
