The salmon was the standout for me which is sort of funny (Cajun salmon being the best item in a Chinese restaurant). All in all it's not bad for Schuylkill county and I would probably return. The fact that this did not occur with me there communicates very clearly one thing: the staff had an issue with their skin color. If it takes having a white person like myself for the staff to treat you nicely and not with suspicion, then that is an enormous issue. Having seen other reviews of this place as well, it paints a very clear picture that the staff are extremely intolerant. Such a shame, as the food itself was great. But I refuse to give my business to a place that so openly disrespected my wife and mother-in law.

The sauce they use with the main item is really good and the shrimp were large. I'm somewhat picky with my Fried Rice, but that was also good, along with the Egg Roll. My only gripes is it looks horribly dated on the inside (I'm guessing Hegin's isn't a goldmine for restauranteurs). It needs to be cleaned up and updated , because it would be jolting to anyone walking in who's new in town (it was to us).
