Most of it seemed pretty fresh though you could see a few aged pieces of broccoli here and there. I sampled many items and although everything had a good flavor many dishes seem like they may be hard to distinguish from one another if you were blindfolded. The salmon was the standout for me which is sort of funny (Cajun salmon being the best item in a Chinese restaurant). All in all it's not bad for Schuylkill county and I would probably return. The fact that this did not occur with me there communicates very clearly one thing: the staff had an issue with their skin color. If it takes having a white person like myself for the staff to treat you nicely and not with suspicion, then that is an enormous issue. Having seen other reviews of this place as well, it paints a very clear picture that the staff are extremely intolerant. Such a shame, as the food itself was great. But I refuse to give my business to a place that so openly disrespected my wife and mother-in law.
