Dumplings were a perfect complement to the egg drop. The steamed dumplings were good but not great. The bourbon chicken seemed a bit overcooked and hubby liked his General's chicken. The service is excellent Mrs. Lee dotes on you like a mother and Mr. Lee is an awesome cook. When my husband and I lived out of town we always stopped by to see them. I am vegetarian and they are always very accommodating with my dietary needs and make me special things that aren't on the menu. I recommend trying some of the Korean food. The food was ok. It's been sitting for a while so some of it had dried out a bit. The mushrooms were really good and I liked the honey chicken. The hot & sour soup was very sour, not at all spicy. The restaurant was clean and e few people did come in to eat. I probably wouldn't come back but they were very nice and I understand the food may sit out a little longer since most people probably don't realize the buffet is open with covid.
