Family dinner made easy via the 5 Person Family Meal base cost $40. Our order included the Fried Rice that was basic but tasty, Super Greens (because They did not have Chow Mein ready) but was a nice healthy option, as for entrees Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Beijing Beef each of which were well made. Note the Beijing Beef is noted spicy and though I could smell the spice the dish had no heat. We also got some yummy Chicken Egg Rolls that had a wrapping crunchy on the outside, and moist and chewy on the inside. I'm from San Francisco, and found the quality of the cooking more then acceptable, and a nice change of pace to be provided with Fortune Cookies, there were also ample soy and sauce packets in the cute themed packing Box. The location was busy which for me is a requirement of any restaurant that batch cooks food for customers. Overall a good experience that provided us dinner after a long busy day. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed a pick up order, and waited 10 minutes at the register before someone acknowledged me. Absolutely no customer service, what a joke of an establishment. My wife was waiting in line to order a drink, and when it was her turn, AJ told her that he would help the next person first. What little self awareness, to not even know who is next in line. Gave us one set of chopsticks, and didn't have any straws for the drink. Should've flushed my cash down the toilet, would've been a better use of the money. Terrible experience. read more

This is the worst panda in town and they are pretty consistent at being bad. I drove completely out of my way because I had a craving for the honey walnut shrimp. The front door was all walled off and made you walk around the side of the building. The door on that side of the building is completely busted with the handle hanging by a thread. By then I had to go to the bathroom, but learned upon entering that there are no locks on the stall doors, so I'll just hold it till I get home. Made it to the counter, only to find out that they're out of honey walnut shrimp. At this point, I just left. I ate there around 3:30 and the food wasn't very good. I had the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Mushroom Chicken with Chow Mein. The Mushroom Chicken was so bland that I asked for salt and pepper, which they do not supply. The Honey Walnut was gross, it tasted like it wasn't washed and the crust wasn't really on the shrimp. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Caught food poisoning from the food at this location. They use old oil to fry their food. I never complain when I've gotten bad food from Restaurants but this in this case I had to say something after being sick for two days after eating from this establishment. NEVER AGAIN will I eat any kind of Panda Express! Customer beware!!!! On another note, it was 35 degrees outside and in felt like 29 degrees in the store! As I stood in line I kid you not, people could actually see their breath if they took a large yawn. All the employees were wearing two sweaters except for the cook who had some relief by the stove and fryers. Also the line was wrapped around the building and the call in orders were sitting on a table getting cold. The owner must really keep a tight budget at this place to not keep the heat on for their employees. If I worked there I would call the Texas Workforce and complain about the conditions. BE PREPARED TO WAIT! First off let me say that I know restaurants are taking both mandated and and non mandated precautions such as limiting their hours and capacity. I completely understand and for the most part I am great full that companies go the extra mile to make sure the public stays healthy. I do not take issue with the fact that they only let 5 people in this location at a time. That being said... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have been to this location during the pandemic there have been massive missteps to expedite orders in an efficient manor. If you place an online or mobile order you are still required to wait in the same line as everyone that has yet to order. Even if it is prepaid. I was not aware of this rule as I approached a line about 15 people long waiting patiently outside of the store in 104 degree weather and in the sun. The line wrapped around the side of the building and I thought to myself "surely that line is for people that have to order." I walked past a few folks asking if they were waiting to order and most said yes but a few got out of line and followed me to the door as they had placed mobile orders as well. We walked in and began searching through the pile of other mobile orders. I quickly laid eyes on mine and was just about to grab it when we were quickly escorted out of the store and made aware of the rules. I asked as we were leaving why they didn't take advantage of other doors to call out to go orders or position an employee there to pass out orders instead of leaving them on the tables to get cold. I was told they would not do that. They could also very easily limit the number of people ordering to 4 and allow one person at a time to come in and pick up their order but again the answer was no. At this point I used a few colorful words and left the store to stand in line. This wasn't the first time with waiting issues either. I have waited an hour past my stated pick up time due to the lack of efficiency at this store. Hate to say it but I won't be back to their cold to go orders in the future... Panda. It's like the McDonald's or Chik-Fil-A Of Asian food. My issues with Panda are mostly about cleanliness. It seems like every Panda I go to has a filthy kitchen and Toilet. I can't think of an exception, and I've been to Several , probably 10 or more . Most of those were in Texas and Cali. My other complaint is that they wait too long to replenish items. For example, I was in a Panda a few days ago, they were about to run out of broccoli beef. They literally had 1 more serving. The manager waited until there was an order requiring more than one , before he dropped Some broccoli into the pot. Therefore, I had to stand in line for 10-15 minutes while dude cooked the Broccoli Beef. Why? I'm sure some Panda stockholder is cheering Somewhere. Customer service? Nah , the bean counters are the only ones who matter now. The Food is always Panda, noodles are pretty good, rice is meh, side greens are cut to fit a lion's mouth. Their beef is greasy and often un-chewable , they use the cheapest cuts I'm sure. The rest is pretty good for fast food. It is the rare semi-healthy fast option. I eat here for the low calories. I put soy , hot mustard and chili sauce on all of it, so it's got my kind of flavor. Clean up the restaurants Panda, it's a bad look for you. Otherwise, keep doing what you do. read more

The absolute worst Panda Express ever, used app for delivery for the 6th consecutive time and EVERY TIME they have shorted my order somehow, they forget to send a La Carte items, or I can't tell you how many veggie rolls I ordered and never received. Mother wanted to try this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. They were very nice workers and they kept the dining area so clean. There was a lady always on watch to clean or mop the floors. I was on a strict diet, and they were so nice to pick a few pieces from a few dishes to make sure I had plenty to eat. The food tasted really good that day. Both times I've waited outside in the lovely Texas heat for 20+ minutes for my order, only for the entire line of people behind me to be cleared out before my food comes out. Employees act like the soy sauce packets come out of their paychecks. Both orders, I've asked for extra soy sauce and haven't received a single packet either time. We ordered in store and took food home. We live 20 miles away. When we got home and opened the containers we realized food was missing. We paid for food we did not receive!!! I then called the restaurant to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. I then called Panda Express Corporate Office and no one answered the phone. Then I spent ten minutes writing feedback online. I can almost promise you no one will contact me. I will go back to that restaurant tomorrow and voice my complaints in person. Saturday was my first visit to a Panda Express and I enjoyed it. The wife and I were at TX Central Marketplace participating in the Cars for the Cure Car Show. My first impression was that the place was very clean. The staff seemed friendly and as we gazed at the offerings, samples were offered to help us decide which entree we would like. I had the Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken with Chow Mein noodles and a spring roll. My wife had the Black Pepper Chicken and Beijing Beef with fried rice. I was definetly full when finished eating and my wife couldn't finish the rice. The food tasted good and the employees were very cheerful and polite which is nice. This Panda Express serves the same Panda Express food you would find anywhere in the country. The main difference at this Panda is how slow the food service line is. The trays of food are almost always near empty, I don't think I've made it out of this Panda once without waiting for them to cook another batch of some dish I wanted, regardless if I come during the busy times or the slow times. Otherwise, this Panda is in a brand new strip mall so it's clean, and the servers are pleasant. Just don't come here if you are in a hurry. read more

This panda typically does well for us however tonight was a different story. We arrived at panda around 8:20 and they were already locking the doors right behind us 40 minutes before they closed. The line was sort of long. As we waited about 10 minutes in a worker announced that they were probably going to be out of a lot of things so come up and see if they have it so we wouldn't be standing in line for longer. She also mentioned they were closing in "10 minutes" however it was only 8:30. I went up and asked if they had the things we needed and they did. There were 6 of us and they had everything we wanted to order I feel as if she said this to make people leave so she didn't have to serve them. read more

If I could rate this business a zero, I would. I stood in line for 25 minutes. During this time, the staff filled two online orders for every one in-person order. When I arrived, I checked and there was plenty of walnut shrimp, orange chicken, chow mien, and rice. That covered what we needed. By the time I got to order, there were only two walnut shrimp left and they had not started cooking anymore. I was told it would be another six minutes. There was barely one scoop of rice left. Basically, this restaurant thinks it is smarter to fulfill orders for people who are not yet in the restaurant and have the food sit for pick up, instead of filling orders for people standing right in front of them. I understand the necessity to fill online orders; however, maybe a one to one ratio is more fitting and would keep in-person customers happy also.
