Today's visit to PE was terrible. The orange chicken was bland, zero orange zest.. then I had some chicken with pineapple and red peppers- it tasted like it was from yesterday mixed in with today's fresh chicken.. I threw away the protein because if these two tasted this bad- the quality of the other protein was just as bad if not worse. My wife had the new plate where it's 3/4 broccoli and 1/4 protein- even she said her teriyaki chicken was off, and the "steamed" broccoli was partially steamed. It's like Panda is joining the line of sheep where quality drops but prices keep going up. Even my fried rice was over cooked- mushy fried rice... Not a good visit... this location is disappointing as it's only earning 2 stars.. over all.. if this location doesn't improve, I'll be driving past here on my way to a different PE when in the mood for "fresh" Chinese food... read more

I've been here in the past and you could tell some people work harder than others and it seemed like they were always out of things. I went today and everyone was working hard and most things were filled and looked fresh. I placed an online order for pick up and it was done 5 mins sooner than expected and I got a text when it was ready. Food was good and portions were pretty decent too. read more

I'm surprised by these reviews! I don't eat Panda often (maybe once or twice a year). I've been to this location probably three times as I work nearby. This time, I needed something quick so I went through the drive-through. My experience this time, and my others, have always been positive. The employee was helpful and nice. I ordered a panda bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. It was hot and flavorful. The chicken had really good flavor and the noodles were cooked well.! Have been several times and the chow mein is ALWAYS soggy. Not just the noddles but all of their food. It might be because they don't get a lot of customers, which sucks, but there should be a best practice that food gets turned over after a period of time. You can tell the food has been sitting because the onions and the cabbage have broken down to almost nothing -because they've been sitting in the hot pans. The noodles are mushy. Chow mein is made out of egg noodles and it should be springy. The vegetables should be fresh and crunchy. I get that this is fast food. I don't think that my standard is overly high though. Panda makes noodles fresh! They have the big fridges with fresh veggies in the store. I've been to many pandas that have somewhat fresh food available any time you go. This panda express has never provided that experience for me. It should be fresher than this. I'm sad this is the Panda we have by our house. read more

Great location. But here's a complaint for corporate. I ordered orange chicken. Was handed orange breading. Each the size of dog kibble. Panda is facing margin pressures amidst inflation. They can either 1. maintain prices and decrease chicken size / quality, or they can 2. maintain chicken size / quality and increase prices. The second option will leave me slightly frustrated with the economy. The first option will have me never going back to Panda because it would now be competing with McDonalds on quality, at a much higher price. read more

Got home and they shorted me my honey sesame chicken and gave me the smallest portion of beef I have ever gotten before at ANY Panda Express I have visited. It's about as good as Panda Express can get, and probably one of the best experiences I've had with Panda so far. Service was fast and the gal helping us in the drive-thru was really nice. When we got our food, it seemed relatively fresh and still warm (except for their noodles, they were pretty cold). This location is notorious for getting my order wrong, never having popular menu items available, and closing early. I live locally and have been here over 20 times (sad I know). I only come back because of the convenience, and I regret it almost every time. The food is fine. Chicken is sometimes crunchy and the rice is sometimes under or over cooked. That is if they even have food available. I usually have to wait on the curb for about 10 minutes to get a normal plate. The employees don't seem to care about customer service. Drive thru is terrible and inside is just as frustrating. They love to close 15-20 minutes early too. I have driven home multiple times to find that my order was incorrect or missing items (usually missing items, like a lot!). Panda is usually great. It's just that this location and staff are subpar. I've visited this location on three separate occasions and each time I was completely dissatisfied with the quality of their food. During my initial visit, the fried rice was extremely salty and inedible (does Panda Express usually salt their rice?), the second time the honey sesame chicken was soggy, and the third time the orange chicken was literally too spicy to eat. I have never had a problem with orange chicken ever being spicy at any other location. When I was given that spicy orange chicken during my most recent and final visit, I went back to express my frustration and ask for a new entree. However, I was quite surprised that the supervisor was going to charge me for a completely new bowl. I then explained that I didn't think it would be right for me to pay for a new bowl because whoever cooked the food the first time obviously didn't do it correctly. The supervisor agreed and replaced my meal, but got my order wrong. Long story short, I will not be visiting this location again. They are consistently disappointing. read more

I went into the drive through today and they didn't allow to make two separate orders in the drive through. The manager made me go back through the empty drive through to make my second order. There is no logic, other than the "manager won't let me ,policy". Plus, I was not given soy sauce or chopsticks. If this policy is do to drive through time concern, then allow a second order to be done and have the customer drive around to pick it up. P.S. the drive through lady was very nice. read more

This panda is the worst panda I've ever been to. Wouldn't let us order separately, and when we wanted to change something to our order before we finished ordering they said no they wouldn't change it. They also didn't give us any sauce for our teriyaki chicken and when we went back they asked us to get back in the drive thru line (which was 10 cars long) just to get sauce they forgot. I ordered an egg roll and they forgot my sweet and sour sauce so my husband went in to grab be some, the should have been zero problem since we bought an egg roll we should have gotten our safe so as my husband was tell the worker she called him a liar and said they put it in the bag. He told them that they actually didn't and that's why he was inside. The worker then proceeded to say that she was going to come out to the car and check my bag and then decided to toss the sauce to my husband and say whatever. VERY VERY u professional and rude staff.
