Worst experience at this location around 3:50pm. Purchased a kids meal, rice and orange chicken for my 6 yr old. A few minutes into eating found a long hair in the food that wasn't my texture nor my family's hair. My 77 yr old mother went to get a refund and was greeted by a rude woman- she told my mom that she had the wrong receipt. My mom came back to the car, got the righty receipt and was told by the same rude heavier woman that refunds are not allowed and they only do remakes. The same woman started laughing at my mom until she came back out. I went in to try and speak to a manger- (who would not give his name) I was told their policy is not to refund- even if there was a hair in your food. I was told the police was called- so waited for 20 mins in Good Will parking lot. The police didn't show up. As I was leaving the entire staff was laughing as if hair in food was some-type of inside joke. There is a reason this place is poorly rated. I'm writing corporate for an investigation.. read more

Every time we come here I often wonder if anyone including management cares or takes pride in the food or service. When they first opened they were great, food was hot, service was fast and the overall experience was excellent. Unfortunately, I can no longer say this is the case. If you expect to pay for fresh, hot quality food you will not get it. My wife and I ordered super greens which should have been called super browns. The were wilted, overcooked and looked like they had sat in the tray for hours. The Beijing beef was not hot and overly chewy and the Orange chicken was tough. I was on a high school field trip to Florida. There was at least 50 kids on the bus and we had a "time limit " to get our food, eat it and leave (at 9pm). 10 to 15 kids were missing from our bus because of the lines, time and lack of working. Some kids came back with no food at all due to the following listed before. From my experience, their attitude was uncalled for. Many lying about food being "sold out" even thought the food was sitting right there, employees were locking doors before closing time. Slowest location EVER! Spent 15 mins in line because Panda Express as a franchise is quite reputable. However, this location was an extreme letdown. Short on employees servicing customers, and the tables were all filthy. Quality of food this go around was just "meh" as well. If this location is looking to retain their A rating, I'd suggest starting with the concerns listed above. Observed multiple guests leaving once they experienced the line. After waiting a few minutes I walk inside and one of the workers ask me for the name of the order and I tell them, she then proceeds to tell me that it's not done yet and needs another 5 minutes (keep in mind the food was originally supposed to be done at 11:30 and they had already pushed it back to 11:54) so it's 12:10 now and I'm seeing people who got there after me, leaving before me. They forgot to drop out order of pot stickers and after ten minutes I asked about them and they were very apologetic and gave us several more pit stickers free for the wait. Cashier is completely clueless as to how to perform her duties-Obviously she has NOT been trained and local management does NOT know how to train the employees or management could care less. Received our food and it was just above COLD but only by a few degrees, it was NOT even luke warm. They were out of numerous items. Had to bring our food home, place in microwave and heat it up in order to eat it. This location is a complete DISGRACE not only to the Panda Express name but also to the food industry as a whole. While this may have been normal behavior for your team, I was utterly impressed with how patient and understanding they all were with him. They gave him recommendations on what else he may like, and even described in detail the way each one would taste before he sampled it. The worst Panda I've been to anywhere in the country. This store may advertise they're open 11am - 9pm but they're really not. They open with a reduced menu and they start closing down at about 8pm with a reduced menu. The kicker is, they don't tell you they're reduced menu until you've ALREADY ORDERED. Then you chose something else off the menu and they tell you THAT item isn't available. It's like a game of "stump the costumer" who has to look at a menu and guess which items are available..
