My food was still piping hot AND I received a complimentary bone-in wing order and a full sized Sprite liter. Morale of the story: Absolutely terrible service and untrained drivers…read more Ordered a large pizza and cheese sticks at 11:51am took over an hour for them to even finish. around 1:30pm it says it was delivered (it was never delivered), had to call the store at 2pm saying my pizza was never delivered and the person on the phone was very rude and the driver who "delivered" my pizza said he delivered it to my door (was never at my door) so he delivered it to the wrong address after confirming with him over the phone my address. After he confirmed with the driver, then person on the phone said it would be another 2 hours before another pizza could be delivered. this is on a Thursday at 2pm btw. I then asked for a refund and the person sounded like it was the biggest task of his life to do. When he was finished he never even told me goodbye or anything he just hung up. This is absolutely terrible service and they really need to train their drivers better to both listen and read because what person who hasnt graduated elementary school cant read 7 numbers. Never ordering here again.

Everything you'd hope for out of fried chicken. The service wasn't super fast. But it was the lunch rush and they were keeping up pretty well. And the staff were super nice and calm under pressure.
