I have been to this place many times and given them multiple chances to prove that they are worth my business and I've been sadly disappointed EVERY time! The final straw was after waiting in the drive thru line for more than 20 minutes to order (with only 1 car in front of me) to get home and find my order completely wrong. Where on Earth does Shanghai Angus Steak and Broccoli Beef (not spicy) sound like Black Pepper Chicken and Beijing Beef (spicy)???? My BF doesn't eat spicy food so the entire meal was ruined and the chicken wasn't even cooked to the point that I would feed it to my dog. I purchased a coupon book, as a fund raisers. One of the coupons was for Panda Express, on the coupon it listed the participating location, which happen to be Racine, WI on Washington. The staff are very unfriendly. The choice of entrees are never there. Today four dishes were empty. This is not the first time this has happen to us. I think we are tired of trying to eat there. The worst service EVER. Everytime i go here they say 7 mins for something and that 7 turns into 20. I absolutely do not recommend this one to anybody. 1 star only cause my wife loves the food. I went in to get order and stood for an extra 7 mins with no "sir I'll be right with you" or even a smile. One girl doing all the work. One guy by the grill just standing and watching the other girl who took our order was just robotic and never moved faster than 1 mph and dazed stare like she just got dropped off in a foreign country. HORRIBLE service. I had a pickup order ready for 4:15 and when I arrived at Panda Express they did NOT even know there was a pick up order. I sat and waited 20 minutes for my food and the workers did not even apologize and just sat around. To top it all off my order was wrong. I will NEVER eat there again. read more

I like to come here during my lunch break but I won't anymore because they are always running out of the popular options. If you are willing to wait for a new batch to be cooked they will give the fresh food to other guests in line and then when they get a chance they bring some out to you. If they do have what you want it is sometimes cold and overly chewy. Not a good experience! read more

The service was terrible. There were multiple people on break and not enough staff in back to help. I went in over 2 hours before they close, and they said that they were out of multiple entrees and sides, and were not making any more. Manager did not help at all, very slow service, and the food that they were serving was old and cold. Will not be going back to this panda location. If i could give less stars i would! i got there after ordering 30 min. ahead of time, was then met with a "well it will be another 20 min. for your food because we had to thaw out the chicken" I said this is horrible, i ordered ahead of time - the cook then gets mean and starts yelling at me telling me who cares and why bitch because regardless i have to wait. Then she goes back to the grill and is staring at me still talking crap about me like i can not hear. I make a comment to the "guy in charge" and he says yeah i am very sorry for her this is not the first complaint we have on her but we have a 3 strike policy so there is nothing i can do.....I then say i wont wait 20 min. i have children with and i substituted the item. I leave get about 4 blocks away and get a call that i was given the wrong order. I have to turn back around and run back in - in the pouring rain to get the right meal. You would think this is the end of the horrible service? NOPE I then email a complaint to the corporate office and they say they will be in touch 2-3 business days later......its been 6 and nothing I have to follow up. Worst place ever I'm a former employee and the food here is so bad for you so much starch and sugar i always hated working here the managers and corporate do not care about there workers unless there asian and they don't care about what you have to do unless you're making them money if i could i would stop people from coming in. there were times where we had old meat and they told us to sell it any way never recommend any one go there because you never know how old the meat and other things are and i can tell you one thing the cooking area had a pretty nasty mold problem near where we cooked the food. I ordered Orange Chicken with Bacon in the drive-through. They made sure to charge me the extra money for the order but then only gave me Orange Chicken. When I got back to the office and noticed their mistake, I called them up. The clerk who answered said that she remembered my order and that she was sure she got the Chicken from the Chicken and Bacon Bowl but that the bacon must have all been at the bottom of that bowl and didn't make it to the take out container. One of the worst excuses for a mistake I have heard. Instead of an apology I got an excuse. She then said that she would note that I didn't get "enough" bacon and that is why they were going to comp me a fee entrée next time I come in - I had to correct her again and tell her NO bacon. I know fast-food is not an easy job and people can be jerks but I was not a jerk either in the drive-through or on the phone. Went through drive through. Female took my order. Waiting for food at the window for at least 10 minutes while 3 of them stood around talking in front of the drive through window. Did not tell us "sorry for the wait." Then one of the three told a male to come to the window to take care of us. He told me the cost, gave the money and got my change. He then gave me my order that was put together by one of the three standing around talking. Got home and the order was completely wrong. We also did not get any utensils or fortune cookies. $14 for poor service and an incorrect order. I called and the GM said we would get a free bowl next time but made an excuse that there was someone new at the window and they did not know. If they weren't so busy chatting in front of the drive through window maybe they would have time to train folks, verify and complete orders for customers.
