I love the place and the ambiance, the restaurant is located on the best community's on phx. The food was kinda spicy tho, it was still good and delicious, the service was great, the cashier was nice. The restaurant very clean so 9.5/10

Worst panda ever!!!! Managers and Owners employees are closing before hours!! Went to the driver thru at 8:45pm Sunday June 6th no cars moved for 14 min at all. Tried to go inside but doors were locked. Someone how came out (costumer) opened it for me and when tried to order, she didn't let me, she said only drive thru, and I said " It is not moving at all " then she said you have to wait. Not coming back to this location again that's why they gave 2 stars, employees don't care.

Orange chicken. Came out nice and hot!
John J.

Been eating here's few times a month since they first opened. Good fast food that usually comes out hot and fresh (note that I only ever utilize the drive thru). Biggest complaint is that they are often out of specialty items, so I often end up just getting double orange chicken. They rarely ever get my order wrong, but they almost always forget to include extra sauce I ask for when ordering. This location no longer does hot sides of the red sweet and sour sauce, which now comes in a packet. While I miss the hot temperature, the sauce in the packet has a nice flavor and doesn't lack just because it's a packet of sauce.

Cream Cheese Rangoons (3) with no cream cheese inside, major fail on server and cooks for not catching this!

I went because to this location because it was the closest to the store I was working in that day and was so looking forward to the cream cheese rangoon however 2 of the 3 did not have cream cheese inside and the third was so over cooked the cream cheese was hard as a rock, wouldn't NEVER recommend going to this location! Also I got the honey sesame chicken and got a bunch of the yellow peppers and green beans but only 4 pieces of chicken. Very disappointing and left me so hungry I had to get a second lunch from somewhere else. Definitely not worth the $12 they charged for what amounted to a bowl of white rice. Tried to review with a zero star rating but was forced to give 1 star that they do not deserve!

I am so disgusted by my experience that it literally made me physically ill. I rarely eat at panda but decided to run through the drive through for a quick lunch. I get through with eating half of my food and notice an odd looking "vegetable" only to realize it's not a vegetable it's a COCKROACH. I called the store immediately and they were less than concerned. Their response was "oh, hmm I don't know where it would have come from we don't have roaches here." I've reported this to corporate and the health department but that's not going to ever take away the mental image of finding a giant roach in my food. DO NOT EAT HERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Mushroom chicken bowl w/ half veggies and half chow mein

My go to order and it always tastes good. Quick service so no complaints. Though it wasn't anything special.

Honey Sesame and poor veggie rolls
Brad W.

Pretty standard meal here before noon. The honey sesame chicken is pretty good with white meat chicken, but they should cut the stems off the green beans. The veggie spring rolls tasted a bit sweet and had poor taste. One of them was tossed. The white rice was cooked well and my free item with coupon was the Sweet Fire Chicken breast, which is ok, but not as good as the honey version. They still upcharge for steak and shrimp though.

I'm not sure what this is but it broke I'm my mouth while I was having lunch... I'm hoping it's chicken bone with marrow but I'm unsure.

The food is always good, but this is by far the slowest service I have ever had at any panda express. It always takes them forever.

The Maple Tots were suuuuper good. I got the Salt & Vinegar and Peach dry rubs and they were good, but the flavor lacked a little. A little more dry rub would be great. But the Peach and Mango Habanero sauces were good. I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes chicken and tots.

Super friendly and polite staff. 2nd best part is that it's clean. That kind of where the good ends., They offer a healthier option to traditionally fried chicken spots, but air frying just doesn't cut it. There is no crispiness to the chicken and don't get me started on the soggy tots. Literally the only thing that makes tots work is the crispness of them. I didn't finish my order and my kids refused to eat theirs. Not to add insult to injury but my dog wouldn't eat it either. I'm not trying to be mean. I just the honest truth. Wait... I stand corrected. There was one more good thing here. Their sauces actually worked. They had a like bbq and honey mustard mix that was great. Too bad it could save the chicken. Give me that sauce with Cane's or Popeyes any day. Sorry... it just wasn't good or close to it.

First time at Zaxby's, here's my thoughts…read more.. ‍: Bathroom and inside is very clean! : Chicken was great, not sure if it compares to Raising Canes, but both chicken fingers are really good. : Fries are great. I like how they have their own seasoning for the fries! I haven't seen a fast food restaurant besides Freddys in my area have a fry seasoning in their French fries. Yummy! : My grandma ordered the Blue Zalad and thought it was awesome. She said the chicken and lettuce was fresh and tasty. The blue cheese dressing was good too. Sauces: The Zax Sauce did NOT disappoint. I've heard great things from my friends about this sauce and pretty much came here to see what all the craze was about! To be honest, I loved it! : The cookies were great! I loved how the chocolate chips made its way through each bite of the cookie. For $2.99, you can get three cookies. : The bread was alright, probably my least favorite part of my meal. It wasn't as good as Raising Canes. It was just a grilled piece of toast. : It's around $10-$15 per person, which isn't bad, but still a little much. For three fingers, a toast, and a drink, it was $10. Service: The service was good. The lady who took my order was kind and patient as I looked at the menu for what to order. My food came zippy quick, and began eating in no time! Did you know this is the first location besides the East Coast area? Yep! Zaxby's was an enjoyable dinner. I see myself coming back here again for that sauce and fries, ha ha!

We ordered a four-piece chicken strip meal, but what we received were extremely small pieces that looked more like nuggets than chicken strips. This is not what we expected, especially for a company opening a new location in Arizona. The portion size was unacceptable and felt like a rip-off. There were many employees working at the time, yet several appeared to be standing around while basic cleanliness and food quality were lacking. I do want to note that the young woman who assisted us was very sweet and helpful, and she was the only positive part of this visit. My husband had already eaten one piece before realizing the issue, but as you can see, the remaining pieces are unbelievably small and should not be labeled as "strips." Overall, this was a very poor first experience, and unfortunately, it will also be our last

I watched as countless orders were fulfilled as I sat there in drive thru Gravy? Well that was a joke. Thinned out so much it had the consistency of water. We tried it (she grabbed and gobbled up that Honey Glazed Chicken Biscuit) and I've been back two more times since! The #26 Biscuit&Gravy Meal comes with a Buscuit / Gravy / Hashbrown Sticks and a Drink. The Gravy is deliciously made, good and creamy with tasty bits of sausage... The Biscuits are perfectly made, not too soft... And the Hashbrown Sticks are golden fried with the perfect crunch! I like to pour a lil' bit of the gravy over the biscuit to soften it up a tad... then I 'quarter' that bad boy. Once I cut it into 4 lil' triangles, I add more gravy (which seeps down the cracks)... lol *Hungry yet? Since there's enough gravy to go 'round, I dip them hashbrown sticks into it and the Partay is on and pa~pa~PoPpin'! I warsh alla that down with a Crispy Cold Coke (that's mixed Just right everytime)! *As a note: Whataburger's drinks are HUGE...(that's a medium in the pics)! Oh, and my Wife thoroughly ENJOYED the HoneyGlazed Chicken Biscuit! *Keep in mind Whataburger serves their B-fast from 11p ~ 11a (plenty time to swang by)! Coincidently, as a former AeroSpace Food Technician, I made tons of the breakfast gravy for hungry Military Soldiers/Personnel, but I would never try it, even though it was insanely popular! Folks would literally get out of line if they came in and we didn't have it...which didn't really bother me too much, since I was cookin' 300+ eggs (scrambled, fried, over easy, an every type of omelet known...) ...ahh, the 'Good ol' Days' ~ The 'Military Term' for the (Breakfast) Gravy is *S.O.S. and since I keep my reviews G~rated, *Google it.. (I do remember that most of the patrons LOVED it on toast...) ~ The acronym is prolly why I wasn't interested in trying it back then! Ohh ... and speaking of the Military, Whataburger 'raises the whole dadgum bar' by offering FREE Coffee DAILY to us Military Peeps (Active/Vets)! You can't beat that witha stick! ENJOY! ***And a CooL Thank You to all of the Whataburger Staff around the Valley! Special ShoutOuts to Ared O. (in Queen Creek) and Oliver (in Gilbert) for EXCELLENT Customer Service! BRAVO!!!
