This is an apples-to-apples review. Compared to other Panda Express cafes, and compared to all other fast food places -- this one is a winner. We were there at a non-meal-rush time -- about 2pm on a Friday. Only 4 tables occupied at the time. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I expect Panda Express to taste like (PE is husband's favorite fast food.... so I've eaten a lot of PEs, from one coast to the other.) Usually, my biggest complaint is that PE food is cold before you can get it to the table. By the time you walk through 25feet of cafeteria line and stop to pay and chat and pick a drink and find the flatware -- the food is stone cold and has a texture like rubber-bands. However -- we got our meals in to-go boxes and it was still steaming hot when we got to the car. I always get a plateful of the veggies with a couple of entrees -- and sure enough, the veggies were fork-tender without being mushy. Entrees were hot, but not overcooked (as can sometimes happen with a steam-table.) Husband's steamed white rice was also perfect (it sometimes turns to paste if left on the steamer table for too long) -- so they are keeping the food at the right temp. Not much else to say. May 10, 2026 I placed mobile order that was not ready when I got there the lead (Walter who I believe lied about his name) was to busy talking to an employee about " Dykes" and showing photos of said "Dykes" instead of working on the mobile orders .. would not recommend disappointing experience.. they tired communicating in Spanish which back fired because I speak Spanish .. Just got home and opened my two entrée meal and it is absolutely terrible. The beef and broccoli has no flavor. The broccoli is total mush. The beef is dried out. There's absolutely no flavoring in the rice and it's not all cooked. I came across chunks the size of a marble that are glob together. It says if they didn't add any seasoning. The noodles taste like they're almost ready to go rancid. I just wasted $11. read more

Ordered ahead on the app 45 minutes early for pickup at a specific time due to a known constraint I had later that evening. Arrived 5 min after requested pickup time only to find that they hadn't even started my order yet. When I pointed that out I got a very short condescending "we are right in the middle of our dinner rush" and further ignored. Did I mention I stood at the pickup area for a good 3 minutes more (now almost 10 minutes past my request) being dutifully ignored by multiple employees. Like no s#1t Sherlock, I can see you are busy I know you have a rush which is *why* *I* *ordered* *ahead* *for* a *scheduled* *pickup*. So, if doing that is irrelevant and your not going to honor my virtual place in line favoring only people standing in front of you (which by the way I watched you fulfill at least 7 orders while I was standing there holding my ****) then why offer it as an option? By the way, I ordered from your website and not a 3rd party delivery app and it's not like you aren't just plopping crap from a bulk pan into a styrofoam tray as opposed to actually needing time to cook to order. And, after a very short drive back home everything was stone cold and entree portions were nearly non existent. Utter garbage and terrible service. I really like this Panda Express because they have orange chicken. From my experience some only have either orange chicken or sweet and sour chicken. The service is pretty quick but it is a little loud in there. But that's too be expected during busy hours. It's only around $10 for a 3 item/foods plate. read more

Ate at Panda tonight In McMinnville, OR. Worst PE we've ever experienced. Small servings by Maddie who had a sour attitude. Three small pieces in my green beans with chicken. Same for my husband who had broccoli with beef. Almost no beef. Again smaller servings than we've ever had. Plus I got charged for a shrimp entree but didn't have one. As a large national chain you expect a certain level of service and quality. Tonight was a less than great visit. Got there just after 8 (like 8:15) and asked if they were about to close. The server said, well, yes. (they close at 10). There were a number of customers kind of hanging out, most of the food containers were sad and empty. Seems everybody was waiting for fresh food. We thought about leaving, that would have been the smart move. Fresh Chow Main and a Orange Chicken. No flavor in the slightly undercooked noodles, the chicken was drowned in sugar sauce. The food is always good but there is no sense of leadership at this location. I understand it's kids' first jobs but there needs to be someone to teach them how to problem solve. Excellent food. The POTSTICKERS & EGG ROLLS are often NOT made. I appreciate the WHOLE GRAIN BROWN RICE! Need more employees to fix the entrees and missing items. I try and order online to save my family from waiting in line but you do not have all your food options online that is available at the location. Other locations have the food options online and it makes it a lot easier. You don't show teriyaki chicken as an option. No one will answer your phones, ever. No complaints about the food. It was exactly what we expected from a Panda Express. I will say however, it was embarrassing and sad to watch one of the employees, Hayley, bully and degrade another employee (didn't get that girls name) in front of everyone. She was unbelievably rude and pushed her out of the way a few times. By the way Hayley was talking to her my guess is she is new but rather than taking opportunities to teach her she just scolded her multiple times in front of customers. This location has the worst customer service I have ever received. They were busy and the girl behine the counter was extremely rude. When we paid she basically threw the cup and bag at us and walked away. She looked annoyed to even be there. They were out of most of their food and when asked how long it would be for ragoons she rolled her eyes and yelled at the cooks behind her. Servers was impatient. The table was dirty even though the restaurant was empty. The Beijing beef tasted like paint!!! The vegetables where not cooked and where also cold. My boyfriend and I both decided to eat dinner here since we have loved previous Panda Express's in the past. The service was good, and we were waited on quickly, but when we sat down to eat both of our meals were lukewarm. They tasted fine, but definitely should have been hotter.
