I used to love stopping by for a quick bite and was very happy they offered chicken breast in a meal instead of pieces and parts of chicken, usually dark meat. Unfortunately, the chicken breast no longer exists. What I mean is there is no meat in the breading for the sesame chicken. Basically you are eating dough balls. It still has a good flavor, I still love the mixed vegetables, but I want some meat, not just breading. The cream cheese Rangoon's are still delicious if you get them nice and fresh. That is about a 50-50 split on getting them nice and fresh. Half of the time they will be cold and the cream cheese will be lumpy. All I can say is this company had better get their proverbial crap together or they are going to go down in flames just like every other restaurant that thinks subpar food is acceptable. read more

This location needs to adjust its hours of operation. Although they have it listed to close at 10:00 pm, they stop making fresh entrees and start cleaning up as early as 8:30 pm. In fact, you can't even order after 8:45 pm on door dash, despite them closing at 10:00 pm. This location needs a new management team so they can get this crew in order. The current crew is rude, unwilling to accommodate during business hours, and more worried about clocking out and going home than serving customers. I won't be back to this location. Instead, I'll drive to the Baybrook location if I decide I want Panda Express. read more

This was my first time at this location, but it looks like your typical Panda Express. I liked the sesame chicken, but I was not a fan of the Beijing beef. They gave me a good amount of food though, which doesn't always happen. It's drive thru only at the moment, so I can't speak on the inside of the restaurant or the dine in service. Went there on a Thursday about 11:30am. I was the only customer to be served. Was greeted quickly with a smile by staff member and asked what I would like to order. Placed my order and was offered other options, but declined. Rang up order and was out in less than 5 minutes. I have visited this location plenty of times and have always been impressed by the friendly staff and quick service. Food is always hot and delicious. This is the type of service that you don't get in many restaurants or fast food places. It's this type of great service that keeps me coming back. I haven't had Panda Express in a little over two years since I ate it so much in college and became burnt out. So today (November 11th, 2020) I decided to give it another try and ordered the two entree w/ a side (Orange chicken, egg roll, and lo mein noodles). Firstly, the service was very rushed and not welcoming but I didn't put too much energy into it because I just wanted my food. Secondly, as I'm eating my food everything was okay until I broke my chicken egg roll in half. That's when I LOST IT. I looked up what the egg roll was suppose to look like in the inside but it was basically the opposite. Whew! Hopes were dashed at a Wednesday evening stop for a quick, warm dinner before some shopping. Unfortunately they don't have the system down. The setup doesn't allow you to see the menu while you stand in line, which slowed down the ordering process for newbies. Add to that the fact that they ran our of fried rice--whaaaaat?! Five people waited for their food in front of us for the simplest item on an Asian menu! The food was good once we got it, but it took way too long for maybe five families on a weekday evening within a fifteen-minute span. The staff was not friendly but not necessarily rude, though my mom said they are usually short and seem irritated to serve people. I guess we caught them on a good day. We usually hit up Panda Express on our dreaded grocery shopping night. You really can't go wrong with most of their dishes, although I tend to stay away from the fried dishes, like Orange Chicken, which is tasty, but fried. LOL. I always get the veggies instead of chow mein or rice, so this makes for a pretty healthy meal. This location can be hit or miss though, as sometimes when we arrive, they don't have veggies and have to make more, which means they are going to be very al dente style (too crispy). But for what it is, a quick meal that is fresh and tasty, it's definitely a winner in my book! read more

I like Panda Express in general because when I'm on a diet, its a great way to get a filling tasty meal that's inexpensive and stays within my calorie count. I purposely drive 10 minutes out of my way to this location rather than go to the closer Panda Express because this location always has fresher food and better portion sizes. When I'm on a diet I probably go to this Panda Express at least once every two weeks. They are friendly and get my order correct on the first try. It's not the most authentic Chinese food, but I haven't found another place for takeout where I can get so much to eat for so few calories and still be satisfied. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I arrived at 6:15p with 2 cars in front of me. Got to the window at 6:22 so I thought it would be a quick and easy trip. I ordered 1 plate with Orange Chicken and Beef Broccoli with fried rice, 1 plate with Kung Pao Chicken and Firecracker Chicken Breast with chow mein, 4 egg rolls and an extra side of fried rice. Get to the window and the orange chicken will be a 8 min wait so I replaced with Peking Pork. Waited while she packed up food then she came back to window and said it'll be 5 min for the Kung Pao. I said I may as well wait for the orange chicken if I'm waiting for the Kung Pao. She said she would still give me Peking Pork for the wait. She also gave me a drink while I waited. I pulled up away from window and waited with a toddler and a screaming baby in the car. Took a sip of my drink and it was flat. I watched as 3 different cars drove off behind me because the wait was too long. Finally at 7:00p she finally brought my food. I get home to realize there was no Peking Pork and no fried rice. A 45 min wait just to not get my whole order. Don't call this fast food if it's not. I could have gone to an actual restaurant and sat to eat in that time frame AND not had to hear my children screaming because they were hungry! Even worse, they didn't get their food because the fried rice that I never got was for them! Something needs to be done about this place. The service is HORRIFIC. They listed brown rice on their display, but stated that they would need an hour and a half for a new batch. This is by far the worst Panda Express in the area. The last 5 times I've ordered food from their drive-thru, they've consistently under serve me the amount of food that I paid for. My last drive-thru order, they only put enough fried rice to barely cover the white bottom of the styrofoam container. They gave 2 piece of chicken with my string bean chicken entree and 3 little nugget size chicken with my sweet fire chicken breast. Don't expect to satisfy your hunger when you order food from this location especially if you're placing a drive-thru order. Buy your food somewhere else where you can get your money's worth and not feel like you're getting ripped off. read more
