I purchased the steamed dumplings and wonton soup. Both are delicious. I was sad not to get any crunchy noodles, but I think you have to ask for them to get them. The dumplings are homemade. They're really good. The guy at the counter said they're a mixture between pork and chicken. I like the dipping sauce too. read more

Ordered sweet n sour chicken of which my brother is a picky connoisseur of that dish He was impressed and sauce was just fine. Not bad. Not good, either. It may not be authentic Chinese cuisine, but the sesame chicken lunch special from Wong's was the thing on this Lunar New Year. The meal was surprisingly ample from the entrée itself to the fried rice. And speaking of those two items, the fried rice was tasty. The chicken was a tad too sweet, but was decent after putting on some sambal from my pantry. The accompanying hot and sour soup came to me lukewarm, as well as bore a flavor that was displeasing. I went with this place because it randomly appeared on my Uber Eats. If anything, the packaging was solid, and my driver dropped it off on time. read more

Called last week for delivery. It was prompt, and the order was correct. Super easy ordering and contactless delivery. We enjoyed the Singapore Mei Fun and egg drop soup. I don't think I'll order the S&S chicken again. The S&S sauce was pink. Generic is the best I can come up with to describe the sauce. I also got the cream cheese Rangoon's. They seemed homemade (yum) and they were fried perfectly. Service is important to me, and it was definitely 5-star worthy. read more

You are much better off driving to LaMarque and going to Best Wok. You can even actually sit down and eat there. This place only has togo orders. The food here is cheaply made and it certainly tastes the part. I will never eat at this place again. We got a menu in the mail from them and decided to try it out. AMAZING. called in to order for delivery and everyone was so friendly, from the first person that answered to the delivery driver. The food came quickly and was still hot (which is awesome because sometimes when we order from Uber eats or favor it's cold)! Ordered wonton soup, hot and sour soup and broccoli. Picked up on my way home from work and later discovered that they gave me egg drop soup instead of won ton. I am allergic to eggs so I called them, they did not offer to refund me or give me the correct soup. Very disappointing experience!!!! I only gave this place one star so that I could write a review. Absolutely the worst experience and food in the area. Take your money elsewhere. We ordered the broccoli beef (tough and gross), the sesame chicken (actually very nice), and the Mongolian beef (hotter than hell and tough), and cheese puffs (good when fresh). The Mongolian beef was on the lunch menu in BLACK, so I ordered it thinking it was not going to burn my mouth off; big mistake. Once I took the bite and drowned myself in water, then milk, I called the restaurant, not to be rude but to inquire as to why it was black if it was so hot. I called and told the driver who answered the phone why I was calling and he asked me to hold while he told the manager. I heard as the manager asked how much I ate and why I ordered a hot item. When the driver came back on I asked to speak to the manager who clearly has his priorities wrong. When the manager got on the phone he told me its a spicy item and I ordered it. I explained again that it was in black not red ink and how was I to know. He finally after arguing with me says he will replace my lunch some other time?!? Seriously? I'm hungry! So he says what would I like and I said the sesame chicken is fine and then he said there would be an extra charge for the sesame chicken?! I said they were the same price and he tells me it must be a misprint!!! Once again...how is this my fault? When I asked for my money back because now I don't trust them to make me another entree, he yelled fine and hung up on me! I didn't know if they were bringing it or if we needed to pick it up so I called back. This time a woman picked up who angrily said in 11 years they never had a problem and that the driver would bring the money. Well, we will see....I waited and so far no driver yet...but I assure you, I will get my $6.98 back...if not on principle alone! Absolutely the worst experience and food in the area. Here the excuses: waited an hour for the food: driver got lost; the recipe for vegetable fried rice only calls for 2 pieces of broccoli: why there were no vegetables; crab Rangoon is like a crab cake cheese puffs have cheese no crab: why do they look like hot Mochi balls (every Chinese restaurant I have been to is made with cream cheese). Owner delivered me "cheese puffs" 2 hours later, guess what they had imitation crab like every other restaurant. The cashew chicken had so many carrots it was horrible. Asked for new food all together, they said no. The owner didn't even want to see it. I was told they have been in business 12 years so that speaks for itself. I guess being the only delivery in this small town gives them the right to be rude and serve disgusting cheap food. They hung up on me 2 times and put me on hold for 10 minutes. read more

We ordered from Wongs express tonight. We ordered garlic chicken and curry chicken Both dishes were 90% onion and less than 10% chicken. I called to complain and was told that both dishes were mainly vegetables. In my opinion if the dishes were mainly onions the dishes should be Calle garlic onion and curry onion. I'll admit that I've been receiving delivery from this restaurant for years. We get it maybe twice a year though. Yesterday, my son and I received an order, and within an hour after eating, he got violently ill. Extreme stomach pains and vomiting. I too began to feel ill in my stomach. This morning, my son had to stay home from school because of his severe symptoms. Mine also increased to the point where I spent a good part of the morning in the bathroom. This afternoon when I finally had enough strength to drive, I went back to the restaurant with the remaining part of our food (we only ate half of what we ordered), I explained to the owners what had happened. I asked for a refund, but instead they told me they could not refund my money. I didn't even receive an apology, even though I told them that I've spent a lot of money with them over the years. You can make up your own mind if you wish to order food at this establishment, but this experience for me will keep me from ever spending another penny at this place. read more

I like just the basics to be don well, not great well. People are nice place looks good. I've tried them twice now and the food has absolutely no taste, none Hot and sour soup is hot and mean the stove top temperature hot not pepper hot. Our large family enjoys Wong's Chinese food very much, and have it delivered usually a couple of times each month. The family favorite is the lo mein followed by the orange chicken and sesame chicken. The cheese puffs are prepared a little differently than what I have typically had in Chinese restaurants but very tasty even so. A really big factor in Wong's favor for a large family like ours is the reasonable prices, and the delivery is always within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, we would highly recommend Wong's to anyone looking for delicious, reasonably priced Chinese food in the Santa Fe area. read more
