Our family loves Panda! One of our guilty pleasures! So glad we have one in our hotel! We got a bigger plate with Chow Mein and all orange chicken. Price was $13.70, which is a couple bucks higher than we pay in Houston but split between 3 of us, that's not bad at all for Vegas! A medium side was $4.60. Service was EXCELLENT. I came here with my friends at 7:05pm on a Sunday evening to grab food really quick as we had something else planned to do. I got the 2 entree plate and medium drink combo. I got fried rice with honey sesame chicken and orange chicken. The cashier was Oscar and he was friendly. All The staff say "Hi, Welcome" when guest enter, which is pretty cool. We ate inside. It did start to get a little busy. The orange chicken was good, with no complaints. The honey sesame chicken was not as good. I had gotten it from a different location the day prior and it was delicious. The rice by itself was a bit flavorless, to me. It tasted fine when I paired it with the chicken. 11/12/2022 after checking into Grand Hilton Vacation Club Elara we were hungry. Panda Express was not far from the timeshare so we ordered a plate of orange chicken and Beijing beef with half fried rice and half chow mein, my husband ordered beef broccoli (they ran out of Beijing beef ) and honey walnut shrimp with fried rice. Beef broccoli had too much sauce and the fried rice was hard and grainy. It wasn't cooked long enough. On a positive note, staff was friendly and price is reasonable. Happy eats!! read more

This Panda Express is located at the Planet Hollywood in the Miracle Mile Shopping area. I needed something quick and asian food is my comfort food. They were busy but still offered great service. The workers were friendly, gave decent portions, the food was fresh and tasted really good. I was quite surprised how good the food was here. I asked for hot sauce and they give it to me without any issue and even gave me extra soy sauce. There is seating inside (and I think a few tables within the mall near the "rainfall" feature). Walking through the concrete jungle of the Las Vegas Strip, I was being attacked by the hunger bug. By the time I got near the Rainforest (Cafe), the bug had turned into a beast. Coming to my rescue the Panda killed the hunger beast. Transitioning from metaphor to first hand experience, a couple of weeks ago when visiting the Winder Wonderland attractions on the Las Vegas Strip, I became very hungry. I had just visited the Bellagio Conservatory Winter Wonderland along with many attractions between Flamingo Road and the Palazzo. By the time I left the Bellagio Hotel it was obvious that I was not going to make it to the Ice Rink at the Boulevard Pool, the Crystals Christmas Tree, Fashion Show, and other Winter Wonderlands without satisfying my hunger. Taking action, I crossed the Cosmopolitan - Planet Hollywood pedestrian bridge into the upper level mall that leads to the Harmon Road pedestrian bridge. Right by the Rainforest Cafe I made a beeline into Panda Express. Regardless that I have one check-in here, there have been a few visits here. One of them was with my dad a few years ago. I believe there was a time or two that I stopped here for the Chicken egg roll. At $2, the chicken egg roll is good holdover food. Similar to a McDonald's $1 menu item. However, on this visit, my hunger was so extreme that after chowing down the chicken egg roll, I ordered dinner. Panda Express is what the industry considers fast casual food. You choose your sides and entrees from a presentation of food at the counter. From there you pay and bring the food to the table. The Pepsi fountain beverages are self service. The one flaw with the Panda Express system where the food is on trays is what I refer to as the Panda syndrome. This is when there is so little food on the tray that it looks like cooking oil. In the past, the Panda syndrome has led me out of their restaurants. Fortunately there was no Panda syndrome during this visit. From the appealing presentation of Chinese food, I ordered a side of fried rice, an entree of chow mein, and a second entree of sweet fire chicken breast. The price was $9.50. After adding a medium fountain Pepsi at $2.90 the total came out to $13.42 after taxes. If this pricing was off the Las Vegas Strip and before 4 PM, I would argue that there are better deals at several Chinese restaurants serving lunch specials. Upon ordering a friendly woman greeted me. She had the giggles. She apologized that her coworker friend had said something that made her giggle. In a way, it was service with a smile. When I asked for soy sauce (for the fried rice) and hot chili sauce (for the sweet fire chicken breast) she hooked me up with a lot of packets. On this December Tuesday, there were a few patrons. I sat in a comfortable booth overlooking a panda portrait. Overcoming the hunger bug, I enjoyed what was on my plate. Where Panda Express exceeds over many Chinese restaurants is their chow mein noodles. Where at quite a few Chinese restaurants, soft chow mein noodles are bland filler at Panda they are flavorful. After adding soy sauce to the fried rice, it was likewise delectable. Sprucing up the sweet fire chicken breast with hot chili sauce, it was also music to my taste buds. I enjoyed every bite depleting the food on the plastic tray along with the hunger bug. Panda Express is up there as one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Fortunately there are six locations serving the Las Vegas Strip. When the hunger bug attacks me on the Las Vegas Strip, it is nice to know that the Panda will come to the rescue. read more

I like the overall Panda chain although its not considered authentic Chinese food. Its OK value for a variety of food in a box where food taste are consistent at all the branches I've been to In regards to this specific store, I like it more than the other ones on the Strip (vs the Miracle Mile mall and the 24hour food court near the Adidas store/MGM). Its has a larger dining area which is relatively clean. Line moves quickly. Samples are available. Food generally available vs waiting for items. Kitchen looks bigger than other stores which gives the feeling of more cleanliness. One tip is to fill out the survey online and bring that receipt with the code next time and you will get a free entree. The ceiling of the mall has a sky motif; suddenly I heard thunder, the sky turned a bit dark (remember, this is inside the mall) and it started to rain. Drops of water fell from the ceiling into a pool below. It truly simulated a spring shower. Cool. But I came for the food. And that was awful. I ordered beef with broccoli. To quote Clara Peller -- remember her? -- "where's the beef?" I got over-priced broccoli, with a side of tasteless over-cooked noodles. Our flight got in a lot earlier than expected, and we were starving.. We happened across this place to grab a quick snack before meeting people for lunch... It was surprisingly delicious! The manager, Oliver, was friendly and accommodating (I tried a lot of samples of the spicy food first to make sure it wasn't too hot since I'm a wimp). I'm giving this five stars because for a chain, cafeteria style restaurant, the food is quite tasty, fresh and fast. I got the Beijing beef and Pacific shrimp! The lady at the cash register was a little bit rude. I asked if I could have an extra plate for us to split the meal and she looked at me like I was crazy. We didn't get any napkins, so I asked her if I could have some. As she's staring at the register, she waves me off and says "behind you." Okay lady. I sat down, smelled the food, and smiled. I only had a banana and some tater tots for breakfast/brunch and it was about 2:30PM, so I was starving! I took a bite of the chicken and string bean and it totally hit the spot. I pretty much devoured my half of the food, and sat there rubbing my little food belly.
