My wife wanted to give Jollibee another try because of how much her friends hyped it up. Honestly, our first experience and impression were just okay, so we figured maybe we missed something the first time. After trying it again... it's still just alright. Nothing too special. The chicken is crispy and flavorful, but also very oily. Their spaghetti is super sweet and not really something I crave, but at the same time, it feels like one of those items you just have to order when you're there. Jollibee has a way of making me feel like a jolly little kid. I don't typically come here but since I had the Jolly Spaghetti from the Mira Mesa location in San Diego, I have been craving this sweet spaghetti. While visiting Las Vegas this past weekend, we stopped by here straight from the airport. we came during lunch hour and the place was packed - all the tables were occupied. I really liked the service here and the food that we came back a second time on the same weekend. I just couldn't get enough of that spaghetti and a delicious Guava Quencher or Pineapple Quencher. Their Chickenjoy was delicious too - piping hot and super crunchy! The service from Davon and another gentleman (can't remember his name) was great! There was an older lady "cleaning" who wasn't really helpful though. We ordered their Palabok Fiesta Family Meal, which surprisingly and perfectly fed our party. It was delicious. Just beware of all the construction. It was a bit difficult getting into the lot if you're not from the area. when i tell you i was SO excited to try jollibee ... was SO disappointed, specially about the overhyped spaghetti that tasted like spaghettios with bbq sauce which apparently is what they were going for? the adobo fried rice tasted like uncle ben made it. First time visiting here. It's in a seafood city surrounded by the usual suspects. Grill city, Chow King, etc. Ordered the Original chicken sandwich and got my beeper. It was pretty busy. I hadn't had Jollibee fried chicken in a while and was really craving it, so I decided to order delivery for dinner. Along with the chicken, I also tried the cheeseburger and a small order of fries. The burger was okay overall (I'm personally not a fan of the pickles), and the fries were fine. The real highlight, as always, was the fried chicken. I ordered the original, and it came out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside--exactly what I was hoping for. The food was packaged well and came with a side of gravy, which is always a nice touch. Since this was a delivery order, I don't have much to say about the in-store service or the vibe of the restaurant. I did notice only two small packets of ketchup were included, which felt a bit light, but it wasn't a big issue. Overall, I'm reminded why Jollibee is known for its chicken. Two piece chicken spicy was the same hot, juicy experience normally found in the Philippines, and the gravy just puts it over the top, and goes great with the adobo rice, and a pineapple drink. The Palabok had a nice amount of sauce and was delicious, and went well with lychee ice tea. Here comes the real star, mango peach pie, and a hot ube pie that taste like a sweet potato pie, the crisp outer crust and the hot ube was an amazing combination, however the mango peach pie is still my favorite. Never disappoints, no matter which Jollibee I get food from. The flavors and quality are always consistent! I ordered thru GrubHub this time and it arrived nicely packed and still hot. I got the 2 piece Chickenjoy w/2 sides! The fried chicken was moist, crispy, and everything you'd hope your fried chicken to be. Their chicken is hella good and the gravy, ooooh dip the chicken in the gravy, it's fire! You'll never want to eat your fried chicken any other way. I love the mashed potatoes and gravy, so creamy and delicious! The adobo rice was so tasty and had perfect chunks of chicken adobo in it. Trying a new Jolibee location in Las Vegas, located inside the seafood city. The cashiers were very nice, table and seating was very comfortable. It feels very at home in this jolibee since there were many people talking and engaging in discussions and a lot of families sitting down to enjoy a meal. It feels like being in the Philipines when you are sorrounded by many people in a comfortable environment where you get to sit and talk to one another without feeling discomfort. And so far, I can tell you that the spaghetti is very fresh and yummy, loved the sweetness. My favorite item on the menu is the Ube Pie because the crust is so crispy, which is my favorite thing in the world. Who doesn't love a good crisp? Speaking of crispy, the chicken is maximum crispy. I popped in the Jollibee. I've eaten here before never had the spicy chicken. It was in the evening time and they were very very busy. You can eat there or take it with you but sometimes it's very crowded upbeat atmosphere They gave me a pager. That's how busy they were. I always order the Chicken Joy with 1 or 2 pieces of dark meat with spaghetti. Even though I'm filipino, my parents never cooked filipino spaghetti. We had no idea this place was located inside a food court style Filipino marketplace, which includes other eateries and an entire grocery store with fresh seafood and much more. We were greeted with a friendly smile and the cashier actually found ways for us to save money on our order, which was very nice. The food was hot and fresh, served fairly quickly. We were even served a small cup of delicious gravy with our meal, which we used for the chicken, french fries and potatoes. The spicy chicken sandwich was crunchy, thick and juicy; served with raw jalapeno slices. The spicy bone-in chicken was very spicy, and one piece was just a little bit stringy. Good biscuits. The mashed potatoes were excellent, with little chunks of potatoes and great gravy. The Angus beef cheeseburger was fantastic! And, so were the fries. They were almost like the double fried style crispy fries. Their Pineapple Quencher drink was very satisfying. A large area is available for seating. Terrible customer service! I ordered 2 orders for my sports team to be delivered to my school for a special occasion. Ordered earlier in the day for a 4:15 delivery time. I receive a delivering cancellation email literally within the hour of when the order was supposed to be delivered. I called Jobee because that is the number that they told me to call with any questions. I speak to the manager who proceeds to tell me that my order was picked up by DoorDash, their delivery partner, and they canceled it not Jollibee. Get the number to customer service for DoorDash where I am then told that it actually was Jollibee that canceled and the order was never assigned a delivery driver. So she straight lied to me. I get a call back from Jollibee where she proceeded to tell me that she has no idea why it was canceled and there's nothing they can do unless I replace the order. Completely unapologetic, and unaccommodating. Very rude and very disappointing because I get Jollibee for my team every year f a team dinner for the end of season. read more

I've never had a more sad review of Jollibee, but I also couldn't use my rewards that I had in the app or didn't have an opportunity to put my rewards either so I got no points added. Even before coming to the store, I tried ordering on the app but noticed you can't edit any items. My boyfriend doesn't eat pork so there was no option of removing it until going to the restaurant. I was pretty disappointed especially since I didn't even know till I got back to my hotel, rice is the main part of the dish so I truly expected it to be there. I did end up going back because again I truly missed jollibee and I went early morning and my food was correct this time and staff seemed more awake. Whenever I'm at the UNLV area, I make it a point to visit Jollibee. Not once had I been to the university and missed coming here. It's probably because the restaurant is reminiscent of my childhood, of home, and of course, I still do have the cravings for their palabok and crispy chicken. Jollibee is a fastfood chain and glad to see that they're living up to it by providing easy, and fast service. It didn't take 5 minutes for my food to arrive the last time I was there. I highly recommend the crispy chicken, palabok and the ube pie. Don't forget to mix in the calamansi juice that comes in a packet to your palabok. Mix it so the sauce saturates the noodles. The crispy chicken comes with gravy! It's clean and well-maintained. The soda area is well kept which is refreshing to see after seeing some dodgy looking ones at many other places. Not a lot of parking but there is more parking on the side of the building. There is no drive thur, so you do have to park and go inside. Super busy inside, bright lights and hard to read the menu from a far. There is meal deals which seem to be more cost efficient if you are with a few people. Chicken is delicious, juicy meat and crispy exterior very flavorful. French fries were great light salt, straight crispy fries. Mash potatoes and gravy was smooth and great. Spaghetti was slightly sweet but also savory with ground beef pieces and pieces of hot dog. Last but not least the pies, ordered both the Ube and Peach Mango both had great exterior crust crispy. Insides were decent I'm not a huge sweet person so for me I wouldn't eat them regularly but they were good. Ube was more thick creamy and peach mango was jelly like with chunks. I ordered online so it would be ready when we got there. We walked in and the restaurant was very clean and bright. We stood by the pick up counter and it took a minute for us to be acknowledged, but once they did they were very friendly!! We still had to wait a little bit but nothing to crazy! We ordered a family bucket with 3 sides 2 mash potatoes and adobe rice and then I got a side of the spaghetti. The chicken was just as they described it crispy on the out side juicy on the inside! The spaghetti is definitely different I would say it's good just not what I expected even though I heard it was sweet but it also has a herb flavor. As a Filipina who has lived in America all her life and has only had Jollibee a couple times while visiting the Philippines as a kid, I was so excited to move less than 10 mins away from a Jollibee! The line is never too long and moves quickly. When you come here you have to get the spicy fried chicken and some spaghetti. We go for one of the bucket treat combos, I think choice "B", which comes with a 6pc fried chicken bucket, a family size spaghetti, and 3 peach mango pies. My husband is a chicken tender guy though, so we sometimes substitute the fried chicken for tenders. They will give you two tenders for one piece of fried chicken, so you get 12 tenders!! That's incredible. The tenders are HUGE too. I've seen people complain about the spaghetti flavor, but that's because they probably aren't used to it lol. This is my dream spaghetti, and yes I can eat the whole family size LOL. The peach mango pies are unmatchable. You cannot get anything close to those anywhere else. I'm not a big fan of their burgers, they lack flavor in my opinion. The chicken sandwiches are good, I enjoy the spicy one. Fries are crispy. We also love the pineapple juice! Removed a star because the staff usually isn't the most friendly, and their drink station is almost always out of syrup and nobody fixes it, even though they seem to always have a dining room attendant. Even with that, the dining room usually isn't clean. Also I know it isn't exactly their fault, but sometimes there are some sketchy people just hanging out in their dining room looking at you and I'm not a fan of that. I take my food home from now on. Ill start by saying, when we have ordered from this location, it has usually been through a delivery app. I am not mobile and have no other option due to a personal situation. We have gone months between orders from this restaurant - due to regular inconsistencies in service from Jollibee over numerous past orders. On more than one occasion, the order will arrive with significant portions of the meal missing... as in, many items were never sent but we were charged for them. This has just happened again. I had ordered a meal for myself and my family - the order arrived sealed and with all of the items we ordered listed on the receipt that was attached to the delivery. However, when opening the order.. we found several items missing. Since we ordered through a delivery app, we "Are not entitled to a refund from this establishment" - and that is due to the numerous times that Jollibee has sent the incorrect order. Attempting to call the establishment, only gets you a recorded message claiming that all associates are busy - and that is after an extensive amount of time listening to the phone ring. There is no option to speak to anyone, or even leave a message. It's very disheartening, especially since the price of everything has increased and we can't even rely on an establishment to get the order correct. It's the : "You had one job" sentiment. Another fail from Jollibee - and now, once again, we just don't have the items we've ordered and will not even receive a refund. This is easily the 6th or 7th time over the last couple of years that this has happened. Better Luck to you!
