Cooks are viciously making the orders that others are placing, and you can hear the constant sizzling of hot dogs on their grills. They have bar seating on the other side along with a bunch of tables close by but they were all taken since it was prime dinner time at 7:30pm on The Strip and people were walking all around the area. We decided to eat over at a nearby taco joint in the end. Both of us got their D.U.I. Dog, which has pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a ton of cilantro and chipotle aioli (a mayonnaise kind of sauce). Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas! Also a great hot dog stand with immensely tasty dogs.

We've tried food from Guy Fieri's sit down restaurant in Phoenix when we lived there and it was surprisingly good so we gave this place a try. The sandwich was presented well (very nice for fast food) and most importantly the chicken in the sandwich was moist and tender. It also was fried nicely. I can't say for sure but I suspect that Guy's recipe wasn't followed because his food in Phoenix was powerfully flavorful. This sandwich that I tried had very little flavors of any kind.
