Update: I'm taking my time to update my rating and review. Since the time I posted my review, I've gone back on multiple occasions and I am extremely pleased with the outcomes. The flavor is all on point now. I have yet to experience another disappointment. I love Panda Express, however I don't love this Panda Express. Location is great, the building is top notch, yet the food is completely lack luster. I wrote it off the first couple of times I tried it as being new with new cooks and what not, however nothing has changed. The chow mein was cooked fresh, yet the noodles still felt stale in texture and lacking cabbage for that extra crunch. I had to add extra soy sauce and chili sauce just to give it any semblance of flavor. The Honey Walnut shrimp was on point, hence the 2 star review and not a 1 star. The egg rolls were crunchy, but only because they were over cooked. Not even being doused in Teriyaki Sauce could cover the taste of over cooked eggroll. I can't say "I'll never go back", but I'm hoping they up their game because it pales in comparison to the location by the mall read more

Someone needs to train the cook...First time I'm disappointed. The broccoli beef was pale..its supposed to be in a rich brown sauce...it looked boiled not stir fried....the fried rice too... they didn't fry it. It was like white rice with lumps of egg a speck of carrot...not fried, no soy sauce... bland... bleh. read more

Well if you want the correct food that you ordered off their website, I would recommend just go to panda express because they don't know how to properly read off the orders they receive I received broccoli and beef when I ordered shrimp and chicken. at least the fried rice was correct. I was having a lovely day when I enter this toxic, job-hating environment where the employees did not want to engage with my family at all. I ordered broccoli and beef, paid & sat down. After one bite I saw the black hair( I have brown hair). My mother calmly asked if they could fix it and one of the employees proceeded to tell her there was no hair and that their employees wore hair nets. No one had a hair net, not even the men making the food. We asked to speak to the manager which is accordingly Ana. They did not exchange it nor give us the bowl back. I read the reviews while sitting there while everyone was eating their food. Every singe review was realistic. The staff is so unwelcoming. Rude. Do not recommend at all. I ordered an Orange Chicken bowl with noodles to go and when I started eating there was a hair inside my chicken. I pulled it out and put it on top of the container back in the bag. So I go back to get a refund and the manager Ana didn't believe that we had a hair inside the food so she didn't wanna refund me the money and was very rude. I tried talking to Pedro and he completely blew me off and said he didn't wanna talk to me because we had already spoke with Ana. So I'm standing there trying to understand why instead of making it right they don't want to refund me and don't wanna talk with me and have me Google corporate because when I asked for the number they said I can just look for it myself. unprofessional and very rude! So I came to Panda Express on sunshine strip to get my daughter and I a bowl of orange chicken and noodles I was disgusted to see a hair in my chicken. So I went back to get a refund and my husband went in and was talking to Ana at the register and Pedro manager and she had attitude right off the bat saying she didn't see a hair. I took it out and put it on top of the bowl once I closed it. So she says I can't refund you both just replace one and I told her why would I want to eat there again. So she said if u want a refund call corporate, and this is paying with cash. So she didn't wanna give me the phone number, she told me to Google it. I tried talking to Pedro and he didn't wanna help or talk to me either. What I don't get is how do you treat people like this when it's your food that your making. Today I was so looking forward to my usual meal plate which I always order, Kow pow chicken , Fried rice and an egg roll, my huge disapointment was the kow pow chicken as in the past it aways included fire roasted peppers, but when I got home I opened my tray it had pepper flakes, not roasted peppers, what happened??????? Pretty disappointed in this location. We tried twice today. First time we went we couldn't even leave with food after we waited for a bit because the cook pulled the teriyaki chicken early and the young lady cutting it for us saw that it was extremely under-cooked. No apologies as they returned our money either. We really love Panda and on our way home tonight we thought let's give it another shot. We ordered 40+ dollars of food for our family only to get home and discover the rice was dry and old as well as the shrimp being very scarce. We tried to call in the incident and was told we would receive a call back in a few minutes after they asked for our order number off the receipt. No call back. :( Very disappointed I called back and was told they have to check cameras to see if the shrimp count was low and the rice was dry. It was a young man named Alfonso in charge. Ordered orange chicken with noodles. Noodles were inedible, not fully cooked! Also ordered egg rolls, which were great. Asked for condiments but they failed to put any in my bag.
