If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. In particular the manager Pedro. At the drive through I ordered 2, repeat 2 plates. 1 broccoli and beef with fried rice and 1 orange chicken with chow mein. I also asked for 2 orders of egg rolls. The girl at the drive through says, "You can substitute an entre for the eggs rolls. I say sounds great. Get home and the are two egg rolls with chow mein and no orange chicken. I called the "manager," and I use that term loosely, and even thou they rung it up that way, I told him I wanted the main entre of orange chicken. Instead of saying our mistake he says, they confirmed the order twice. Lie, they did not confirm. So, even though I originally ordered two plates; one broccoli and beef with fried rice and one orange chicken with chow mein, he took the word of his high school drive through girl instead of me. I told him on the phone, use some common sense. He said don't talk to me like that. I said, "well then use some common sense." He then said he can no longer help me. I drove back to place and he then refused to give me orange chicken without paying for a new order. Even though I brought the order back. He would not give me my receipt back after giving more attitude. I did call corporate. They were helpful. Pedro should be fired. I won't eat at ANY Panda until he is. I wanted to toss my order on the floor, and he dared me to, repeatedly. Oh, how I wanted to! read more

Kevin, my apologies to you and your staff because this update is long overdue!…read more Let's be honest. My initial review was written shortly after they had opened and, as anyone knows who has taken on a new venture, sometimes it just takes some time to work out the kinks. Anyway, Kevin contacted me to tell me that they had made some improvements and invited me to come give them another shot. He even paid for our dinner. My second experience was totally different! The service was great and the food was cooked just how I like it, with nice fresh veggies. In fact, I enjoyed my meal so much that I even came back the next day for lunch! I've been back a few other times as well. Their menu is extensive, their prices are very reasonable (with excellent specials), their cabbage soup is super delicious, they will honor your special requests and they aim to please! If it's not to your liking they will do their best to make it right! With that type of committment to pleasing the customer, I highly recommend that you give Chopstix a try! I ordered the orange chicken bowl with noodles (noodles are a dollar extra). I paid over 17 dollars, which included a drink and an egg roll. During the ordering process I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I didn't. I guess I should have, found out the hard way. My co-worker ended up leaving a tip and he got his food first, his portion looked decent and well prepared. He received his food on a tray with utensils and napkins. About eight minutes later I got my plate from someone in the kitchen, no utensils, no napkins and no tray. My orange chicken (the little that was there) was mainly small pieces (four pieces actually had chicken) and the majority was fried batter. I'll probably not return. The food, service and the bang for my buck is much better at several other restaurants like Pho Chinese, Lin's, Asian Buffet, Lotus Inn and Khan's. Good luck.

The lack of customer service and professionalism made the entire experience frustrating.
