    Rude /Mean worker!
    Pat S.

Customer service!! I Was treated (not the first time) very rudely by worker/cashier at the register upon checkout. She was very Cold and rude and had just "chewed out" a co-worker in front of and in earshot of myself and other customers - for something that I saw as a kind jester by the seemingly innocent employee. As a result I will definitely think long snd hard about visiting this store again..Periodt!

Small kung pao chicken and a medium broccoli beef. Do you see a difference? I do, in my check!

I ordered a small kung pao chicken and medium broccoli beef. Take a look at the picture. Do you see a difference? I see it in my receipt but what about the food?

Stopped by the drive-through for a quick bite to eat for dinner, this was very convenient seeming it was hot and I did not want to step into the hot weather. We ordered a bowl of orange chicken with rice and vegetables and also a bowl without vegetables, I know I know you need to eat your vegetables, right? I need to apologize for my haste, I forgot to take pictures of the bowls, but I can tell you they were really good. The customer service is great, hard-working youngsters who are friendly courteous, and attentive. The interior is spacious with plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy your meal. Plenty of parking, and handicapped stalls at the front entrance

    Crazy and shady.

Shameful. Nothing but Zucchini when you ask for Kung Pao Chicken. Without a doubt the most upset my family has been.

Five stars for me once again! I ordered 95 bowls for my team members at work. I'm happy, they let me pay ahead, on day of food pick up, they were on time as agreed! Their staff helped me load boxes of food to my car, thank you! Food was great and everyone's was happy! They also gave us utensils chopsticks , sauces and fortune cookies! All was good! Will continue to give you our business.

Stay away from this place unless you want hair in your food. I opened my Chow Mein and I discovered human hair on all four flaps of my take out carton/box. This is TRULY GROSS!! NO MORE PANDA EXPRESS for this one-time fan. NO WAY!!

Do they still make the burrito/bing at this location?

For the last couple times, they said that they didn't have it. I made sure to call ahead of time to save me the trip and trouble.

Is it true that at this location they make burritos?

Hi Ariadne. Yes! This location offers our Wraps. Hope to see you soon!

Is there an increased price for half and half base? (chow mein and vegetables for example) edit:…

Val, you're right! they don't and you can actually get any of the side as a half and half option - like 1/2 brown rice (did you know they have this?!?) and 1/2 mixed veggies or 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 chow mein.

Overall, the food was excellent, even my Asian parents, who can be pretty critical when it comes to Chinese food, gave most dishes high marks. The crispy noodles had great texture, the West Lake beef soup was comforting and flavorful, and the eggplant portions were generous. The service was what I'd describe as classic Chinese restaurant service. The waitress came across as a little rushed and occasionally seemed slightly annoyed, but she was still attentive and accommodated everything we asked for without any issues. Our food came out at a reasonable pace, and we never felt forgotten or had to chase anyone down. The atmosphere had its own unique charm. The restaurant was playing early-2000s hip-hop while a Chinese gangster drama played on the TV, which made for an unexpectedly entertaining backdrop. The restroom was also clean, which is always appreciated. My only real criticism is the sweet and sour pork. The batter itself was crispy and well executed, but too many of the pieces were mostly breading wrapped around bone with very little meat. It was the one dish I probably wouldn't order again. Even with that one miss, everything else was strong enough that we left very satisfied.

The beef chow mein was good-- while it was lacking some wok hay, the noodles were fried to perfection. Flavor was lacking as well. The beef brisket was tender and the flavor was there but it was slightly tangy/sour-- on the border of doing bad? I've never had this dish taste sour. The typhoon ribs were filled with fried garlic and the ribs came out hot and crispy! I recommend this dish if you like salt and pepper shrimp/chicken-- this is a fun alrernative Service was better than the avg Chinese restaurant. We were 1/3 parties so I'm not sure if it changes when it gets busy. There's plenty of parking.

The menu has pictures and describes what is included with each noodle dish. The signature noodles I ordered came with crispy pork and beef, and both were delicious. Guilin Rice Noodle vs. Taiwanese Rice Noodle…read more This was totally different from what I had envisioned when I first walked in a couple of months ago. At first, I was a little skeptical because the inside was quite dark, and the ambiance wasn't really what I preferred. But since I was already there, I decided to give it a try. I ordered a soup-based rice noodle dish that day. It was okay, the texture was more like regular noodles and not quite like the Southeast Asian-style thin rice noodles, I was familiar with. Then last Sunday, with the weather being so hot, I started thinking maybe their dry rice noodle would be a better choice. I looked through the menu, but some of the ingredient combinations were unfamiliar to me, so I decided to play it safe and ordered the crispy pork and beef dry rice noodle. It turned out to be a good choice. The portion was generous, a big bowl that even came with two small quail eggs. And a small bowl of chicken broth on the side. $12.99 When my order was ready, I picked it up and was guided to the sauce bar, where I could customize the flavor myself with hot sauce, soy sauce, chopped green onions, cilantro, and even dry peanuts ... etc. The DIY sauce bar was a fun touch, and the dry rice noodle gave me a completely different experience from my first visit. In the end, I enjoyed my lunch and took some leftovers home.

The noodle came out plain milky broth with spinach and it was so bland that I had to had tons of salt and pepper and soy sauce, oh wait the pork chop...it was a sad pork chop. I didn't even see pork. They tenderized it so much that I thought I was eating only the hard crunchy breading. And it was sooooo dry. Oh there's more. I also ordered the salt and pepper pork chop. It was horrendous, all I taste was msg galore. We also ordered thie drinks kumquat with honey and lemon and ice coke was the only thing that was good. The servers were asking us if we wanted the left overs to-go, we hardly touch anything. I said NO, absolutely not! The funny thing is the restaurant is not big approx 12 tables. They were super busy....how? Maybe we didn't order the right stuff. To me don't have so much food on your menu if u can't cook it. It was really disappointed. I was really WOW by it.
