Foods not bad for a fast food place. Better than some restaurants I've eaten it. The prices are a bit high for fast food read more

Gave me goddamn food poisoning. Service was ok. But still . FOOD POISONING. I never got food poisoning from here before.

I had an unpleasant experience here. I ordered a 3 entree plate with an extra side of orange chicken, drove home and found that the extra side of orange chicken was forgotten. They made it right by replacing the whole order, but was treated terribly, like I was a liar and trying to steal. I won't be back for a while. read more

I placed a pick-up order through the app but still had to wait another 30 minutes after I arrived. DONT bother ordering online or in the app. Just place your order when you get there. Walk-in and drive through are clearly their priority. read more

The orange Chicken is great and so is the chow main noodles and with it combined is so good

I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews. The drive through has always been super fast and they've never messed up my order. Can't ask for much more than that for fast food. read more

Inexpensive, Chinese, fast food! Always a good selection of entrees and sides! The dining area is noisy and sometimes with dirty tables. I was brought up to clear my dishes & trash in this type of establishment. Unfortunately, not everyone was brought up with these habits. read more

Very slow drive through and employees are not nice. Food was over sauced and veggies still hard uncooked. This used to be a good place to eat not anymore. read more

Extremely slow and unfriendly manager. We arrived at 9:30 for pick up order and they said it will not be available until 30mins later. After we arrived 30mins later they said they thought we left and cancelled the order. Can't be even worse. Terrible experience. read more

Ok nothing special got a big hunk of broccoli. Hardly cooked they seem fairly busy most of the time

Double charged my sons order and when noticed the receipt, brought to the attention of girl who checked us out. She in turn got a supervisor who told me they can't refund my money for the double charge. They called the manager and I was told the manager will call me with the number provided to them. The manager never called back that night or anytime afterwards. Called the number on the receipt and no one would answer the phone there. Had to call Corporate and explained what had happened and got my finds back a few weeks later. No such thing of customer service at this location and will rip you off. Check the charges before you pay or leave this facility. read more

Very good service and great food!! If you haven't been there go today it's worth, and it's not that expensive!!

Mobile ordered for three plates. Get the order home and one of the plate is missing an entree. So after trying to call 5 times and no answer. So I had to leave my meal to travel back to Panda Express. So I went to the register and waited for the two girls finished with the customer. One girl just turned around and left the other just plain walked past me as if I wasn't there to help the other person who was helping one person finally the girl who just turned and walked away came back and ask have you been helped and I said no and that I needed to speak to a manager. She went looking and couldn't find one. She then went to the other girl who ignored me and she said she help. She asked me what the problem is. I told her and showed her a picture of the plate. She said I needed to bring the whole plate back and I told her here's the picture and again was told you need to bring in the plate. I told her I want a chicken teriyaki and it was bad enough for my food to get cold. Why two plates. So she went to the food and started to dish out the plate again. I just want chicken teriyaki not the whole plate. Finally got the missing entree. This place MIA management is inexcusable. Pass it by not the first time for screw ups even when ordering in store. Lack of attention to the customer definitely reflects management read more

Terrible service. This location has got to be the absolute worst out of all the Panda's. Checked the line to make sure nobody was ahead of me. One car ahead of me in the drive thru. Been waiting 45 min. Insane. read more

It's disappointing that the food here in farmington is not up to par with other pandas. Since they opened their food has been disappointing in taste and portion. I rarely do eat here but this is probably the last time I care to come. I ordered Beef and broccoli and got 5 tiny crumbs of the meat and little broccoli My sister got the kung pao chicken and only got one piece of chicken with what looks like the crumb pieces of the rest. read more

Today, I went through the drive-thru to get myself something to eat. I ordered a plate of half and half with double orange chicken. Everything went well until we reached the window where we received bad service. The store manager, Sarina, was very rude towards me. Not only was she very rude, but my chow mein was still uncooked. The corporate office needs to do something about the management system there because it is unacceptable to be rude to a customer. Why doesn't the Area Coach Robert reprimand this Manager Sarina by firing or demoting her for her unprofessionalism in this industry. Bad Service all the way around. read more

Service was pretty good. However, once I got home and ate some of my food I noticed a weird dark spot on a piece of orange chicken. It turned out to be a cooked bug! I tried to call and notify the store and even did a survey and received no response and because of that I'm writing a public review. I understand that these types of things can occur but you should be able to reach out to a business with ease. read more

Great food. Very rude manager and employees. Don't eat it, you'll get treated very poorly.

We've tried a Panda Express in another state, and I wasn't good, so I was hesitant to try it here. But WOW!!! It's delicious!! I'm having the Chicken & mushroom, Teriyaki Chicken, fried rice & veggies. Both chicken dishes are very tender, the rice is great, and the veggies are yummy! Everything is very fresh, great for a Sunday afternoon meal. #nocooking !! My husband went through the the drive-through. So I don't know anything about the INSIDE...yet. read more

Panda Express - Soooo much food!!! And very tasty! Fast too! - Chinese Near Me - Farmington, New Mexico

The worst Panda Exp in the state. I ordered the panda feast thru the drive thru, I live two hours away. We got home, sat down to eat, the orange chicken had no orange chicken sauce on it. Tasted awful! Second time, we ate in the restaurant, they screwed up the whole order. Overcharged us with someone's order, they would not give us a refund. I complained with an email, they gave us vouchers but we couldn't use it all at once. It was one at a time on different days. We do not go to Farmington daily. Third time, yes we went back a third time. We ordered two plates, while in line to order, I noticed the fried rice looked strange. It looked clumpy and dry. We sat down to eat, the fried rice was sticky. We complained to the manager. She gave us new plates and we did not order the fried rice. At this time, there were other customers with the same complaints. Farmington Panda Express DO BETTER! Go through training again. Give refunds to customers when your food is terrible. read more

Store says it's open in lobby but doors are locked and drive-through is moving slow !

Came here for dinner after a long trip from Utah. Ended up having a Spanish speaking female staff named Yesica making fun of customers. Stating she's feeding them cat meat in the beef food. Not knowing my spouse speaks Spanish and confronted them. She was stumped and didn't say more. Then informed the other female staff we know Spanish. read more

that ariel J was very rude and she didn't offer any help, most of the time i would come here the servers are nice and ask if there is anything else i would like to add to my order but this girl wanted to give attitude, she messed with the wrong teenager, my mother had to raise her voice in order to get us some egg rolls. I say fire her because if you want this sort of job then act nice to your costumers. read more

We usually have a good experience, but our experience lately has not been on par. They were closed for a period of time and it would be nice to know why. We had lunch there today. They did not have the walnut chicken, my order was wrong, and the orange chicken tasted like plastic. It's obvious they have something going on internally and I hope they figure it out because we won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Went to this restaurant tonight to get dinner. Was the only one at drive thru. The order taker does not speak English very well and is trying to do 8 different things at once instead of making sure she does everything correctly. Had to pull off to a side parking spot to wait for my order to be fulfilled. Only to get home and find out that my order was wrong. I'm severely disappointed in this restaurants performance. It was a Tuesday night, not that busy at all. read more

Ordered here twice in the last 48 hours thinking it may have been a fluke bad delivery the first time. Nope. They are super slow to begin with. Don't even attempt the drive through unless you have a great book ready to go. Everything is VERY over cooked. For a chain restaurant, their ingredients aren't quite in line with other Panda Expresses. Things just aren't quite right. There's surely better and faster Chinese in town. Roll the dice. You couldn't do worse. read more

This Panda Express is TERRIBLE. Don't get me wrong - the food is awesome, just like any other Panda. But the service is absolutely horrible. They were completely rude to us. They were short, and unfriendly. Last week, we went during what should have been their open hours and everyone was leaving at 2pm. No notice or reason, they just decided to close up. They were running out of everything we wanted today, and we're short and grumpy with us. Not cool, Panda. All we wanted was some of our favorite quick Chinese, and we got an unhappy, hostile restaurant experience. read more

Great place for a quick lunch. I thought it was interesting that they posted the calories for all the dishes; I guess this helps people make informed decisions, or ignore the calories and order the Orange Chicken anyway ;) Tables and restrooms were clean but it was FREEZING in the restroom for some reason. Food was tasty but be careful of the spicy items, the Kung Pao was much spicier than usual! read more

I've been here several times now and I must say that the service and food have always been great. It's your typical Panda Express, no thrills or frills. They are consistent with their food and I've had pleasant dealings with Panda Express. I enjoy the Orange chicken and the Beijing beef along with the fried rice. The dining room is cleaned and do are the restrooms, the soda station is fully stocked and it's a fun atmosphere. I can't complain and I will be back again and again. read more

Panda Express - Proper chopstick etiquette - Chinese Near Me - Farmington, New Mexico

Pretty much exactly what you expect when it comes to American Chinese Fast Food, Panda Express gives you a decent variety of starchy, meaty goodness. When it comes to Fast Food in Farmington, this is probably my third choice (behind Costa Vida and Chick-fil-a). Everything on the menu has its appeal and every other month brings a new seasonal entree or side dish courtesy of corporate. Yes, its a little more expensive than a basic meal at any other fast food place, but the quality of ingredients and semi-freshness of their tray rotations makes up for it... for the most part. During lunch and dinner rushes, the place can get a little crowded and untidy. There's also the occasional danger of being forced to wait for popular menu items that need to be cooked after their tray has been depleted, but the staff is always on the ball when it comes to getting you your missing orange chicken or egg roll as soon as the cooks are done. If you're in the mood for fast, mildly healthier fast food (very mildly), Panda is probably up your alley. read more
