Double charged my sons order and when noticed the receipt, brought to the attention of girl who checked us out. She in turn got a supervisor who told me they can't refund my money for the double charge. They called the manager and I was told the manager will call me with the number provided to them. The manager never called back that night or anytime afterwards. Called the number on the receipt and no one would answer the phone there. Had to call Corporate and explained what had happened and got my finds back a few weeks later. No such thing of customer service at this location and will rip you off. Mobile ordered for three plates. Get the order home and one of the plate is missing an entree. So after trying to call 5 times and no answer. So I had to leave my meal to travel back to Panda Express. So I went to the register and waited for the two girls finished with the customer. One girl just turned around and left the other just plain walked past me as if I wasn't there to help the other person who was helping one person finally the girl who just turned and walked away came back and ask have you been helped and I said no and that I needed to speak to a manager. Today, I went through the drive-thru to get myself something to eat. I ordered a plate of half and half with double orange chicken. Everything went well until we reached the window where we received bad service. The store manager, Sarina, was very rude towards me. Not only was she very rude, but my chow mein was still uncooked. The corporate office needs to do something about the management system there because it is unacceptable to be rude to a customer. Why doesn't the Area Coach Robert reprimand this Manager Sarina by firing or demoting her for her unprofessionalism in this industry. Bad Service all the way around. read more

I've been here several times now and I must say that the service and food have always been great. It's your typical Panda Express, no thrills or frills. They are consistent with their food and I've had pleasant dealings with Panda Express. I enjoy the Orange chicken and the Beijing beef along with the fried rice. The dining room is cleaned and do are the restrooms, the soda station is fully stocked and it's a fun atmosphere. I can't complain and I will be back again and again. read more

Pretty much exactly what you expect when it comes to American Chinese Fast Food, Panda Express gives you a decent variety of starchy, meaty goodness. When it comes to Fast Food in Farmington, this is probably my third choice (behind Costa Vida and Chick-fil-a). Everything on the menu has its appeal and every other month brings a new seasonal entree or side dish courtesy of corporate. Yes, its a little more expensive than a basic meal at any other fast food place, but the quality of ingredients and semi-freshness of their tray rotations makes up for it... for the most part. During lunch and dinner rushes, the place can get a little crowded and untidy. There's also the occasional danger of being forced to wait for popular menu items that need to be cooked after their tray has been depleted, but the staff is always on the ball when it comes to getting you your missing orange chicken or egg roll as soon as the cooks are done. If you're in the mood for fast, mildly healthier fast food (very mildly), Panda is probably up your alley. read more
