Food was terrible. This is second time. Last month we thought just a bad day. Broccoli beef was 2 tiny pieces of beef with 2-3 pieces of almost rotten broccoli. (Half was yellow edges like old broccoli). It wasn't even cooked. Hard, like raw. And the mushroom chicken was all mushrooms with one tiny piece of chicken, less than a teaspoon. So... how do I justify giving Panda Express 3 stars being that: I'm half Asian, grew up in San Diego, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, currently live in Houston and have traveled to more than 7 Asian countries multiple times? Answer: What other choices do I have? Like Taco Bell, no one goes there for Mexican food. And no one goes to Panda for Chinese food. They come here for Panda food. Now I haven't been to a Panda Express in many, many years. I believe the first and last time I went to a Panda Express was in 2007. Ain't nothing has really changed in my mind. Orange chicken is whatever orange chicken is supposed to taste like? I guess this was okay? It was sweet, it was kinda citrusy and wasn't over-fried to where it was like eating rocks. That means it was good right? Sure, okay. I also had some kinda soy sauce sautéed steak which was extremely salty because way too much soy sauce however, I think non-Asians like salty fake Chinese food, so its okay. I would highly recommend anyone having this dish to order white steamed rice (hopefully they have Jasmine rice, not cheap rice) so that it can soak up some of the soy sauce gravy. Yeah, it wasn't thin. It was like thick soy sauce gravy; way too salty. I had the fried rice because for carbs, that's all they had was fried rice or noodle. I didn't ask for white rice. I would have if I knew the previous dish would have been hella salty. But hey; it's like I've never been to Panda before so I had to try both, right? LoL. The fried rice was normal soy sauce American style Chinese fried rice. Not a huge fan but it was okay. Asian secret: for fried rice, don't use soy sauce. Use a small amount of oyster sauce instead /wink. Finally the lo mein. I think I've had packaged lo mein better than this. The noodles must definitely be from dehydrated noodles or super heavily preserved noodles; and that's okay. We're at the border of Mexico and Texas. I would be astonished if I were to find fresh lo mein noodles anywhere near here. My buddy said he was impressed because usually they use a ton of cabbage vs noodles and was happy to see more noodles this time. Flavor was okay for the origin of the noodles so I would have to say this was my fav part of the meal. In summary, I would easily give this, Panda Express 3 start just because of its location. BTW, I'm so close to subtracting a star because of the pricing. I ordered the 2 choice plate lunch and it was $7.60 however, when I paid for my food, I was changed an additional $1.25 because I ordered beef. Like, what gives? Why the heck wasn't I notified by the server that this dish would be an additional $1.25 until after I had gone through the line, was about to pay and there was a gang of people behind me? As much as We love this restaurant, today I took off two stars because we came from out of town, we needed a bathroom and they just had one available for women and it didn't have ababy changing station, I went to my car and change my baby there. The bathroom is big enojgh if you come on a wheelchair, they also have a ramp outside for your convenience if that id what you need. Food is always the same menu, and is like the mall style where you will fill up a plat 1, 2 or 3 item combo. Rice or chow main, and you 1-3 items. Place is casual, perfect if you like fast food/Chinese. They also have drive-thru. Eat in or take it to go. read more

Food is way too garlicky, should've named it the garlic express instead of Panda Express. The portions they give you are ridiculous, as if the employees are paying for it out of their own pockets. My friend had a fat piece of garlic stuck to his mouth. The customer service is great. The food not so much. read more

I love some Panda, especially for lunch because the food is good and they are quick. But skip this Panda. I ordered in the drive thru and they asked me to park at the front for a 10 min wait. I started doing work on my phone and lost track of time and before I know it, I had been sitting there for 25 min. So I went inside to get my food since they obviously forgot about me and my food is sitting on the counter. The girls name was Arlene or something like that and she was super rude. I take my food and left and get a few blocks away before checking it and no utensils. So I turned around and went back to the drive thru. I complained a little to the girl at the drive thru and while I'm still talking, she says "well we do our best" and slams the window closed. I get to the hotel, and of course the food is ice cold by then. This place definitely needs new management because they are outta control there! read more

Very bad spot for a business. Dangerous entrance that is just begging to have an auto collision, limited parking that is half-taken by the employees already and the restrooms are a joke with no paper and the refuse cans are always filled to the brim with trash. The food is good but it's not worth the risk of getting into a wreck coming in and infection from the poorly attended facilities inside. read more

SLOW. You know what you're getting when you come to panda. Its Americanized Chinese, this one is the same as others I have been to. The food is good but I can not beleive how slow they are. I have been to this one twice and will not be back. The people behind the counter don't care how many people are standing in line they just keep doing whatever it is they are doing. I ordered food today and it was not the greatest the rice was so hard and hard to swallow and made me lose my appetite.

So I went there with my family to have a decent meal on a Saturday night. To have to wait 40-50 minutes for a meal is atrocious. Most of the the food we wanted to order were all out. I understand if it's a one time thing, but this has been happening for weeks. Where is your management? Everything there is disorganized. My meal was missing the sweet and spicy sauce, and I asked for it. But I was told there was none AFTER I ordered, not BEFORE I ordered. Oh, and no one said sorry. Have some manners as well. You could have gotten a 3 star review if the employees had better training on customer service, you actually had a manager who knows what they are doing, and if you informed your customers about the food BEFORE THEY ORDER. Whoever is running this restaurant, train your staff better, and actually have a manager who knows that they are doing. Getting served cold food, with missing items, and half the menu being out is poor management. The Panda Express in San Antonio and Austin are much better than the one here. Maybe take some notes and learn from them. read more

I walked in at 12:20 and ther were two people in front of me. My order was taken and I was told I would have to wait 5 minutes for them to be able to complete my order. 10 minutes later I asked fro my money back since I only have 30 minutes for lunch and they just too 10 of mine. They refused to give me back my money. The cashier walked away from her post and i was told th ere was no manager there to help either. I asked again if they were refusing to give me my money back and again the cashier left her post. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO ANOTHER PANDA EXPERSS EVER ANYWHERE!!!!!!
