I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my recent takeout from Panda Express was disappointing. The fried rice was undercooked, the chow mein was dry and lacked flavor, and the fried items had an off taste and unpleasant aftertaste--likely from old or poorly maintained oil. As someone in the food industry, I understand things happen, but this visit fell below standard. I hope management addresses these issues moving forward. read more

I went through the drive-thru to pick up an online order, and everything went smoothly. My food was still warm when I got it, portions were solid, and everything tasted pretty good. Can't say much about the ambience since I didn't go inside, but the location itself is easy to get to and convenient. Overall, a quick, simple, and reliable stop when you're craving Panda. read more

Literally the worst. Came to the drive thru 35 min before closing and was the only vehicle in line. Waited at the speaker 5 minutes. Not a peep. Pulled up to the window, not a person in sight except workers sitting at the tables eating- waited another 5 minutes. Pull around to go inside, park, as we get out a man comes up to us and tells us the dining room is closed but the drive thru is open. Pull back around, wait another 5 minutes. Finally someone comes on. We start ordering and get told they only have white rice, we say that's fine then we are told they actually have no rice and will not be making more. This week, one had only one entree, but not double & none of the second that was ordered. Finally talked to manager & was told I would receive a refund. Four hours later, no notice of a refund having been made. One time incorrect is a mistake; two times in a week is carelessness and poor training. read more

Customer service is terrible,walked in and walked out just like they wanted us to do.The manager and the staff weren't busy and only one employe was working the drive thru. I like the food at Panda but when I stand in front of the counter waiting to order and NO ONE even says they'll be with us soon, that's not right. 3 women were standing around the drive through area and NO ONE offered help to us. They looked at us and went back to talking. After 10 minutes or so my husband and I left. We went to the Wok Express and had a very good dinner. We typically only dine in here after multiple negative experiences via drive through. Due to Corona, we placed a pick up order. I received an email saying it would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. We get there 30 minutes later and wait an additional 30 minutes in the drive through. When we get home, my order of veggie spring rolls only has one roll, we were missing teriyaki sauce for our teriyaki chicken, and we didn't get fortune cookies. This Location is the worst.. I placed online order, finished up my Wal Mart run drove across the street and on 6/6/21 at 330 in the afternoon the dining room was closed with a little note on door saying sorry. There was a family of 4 people walking out and left in vehicle as we pulled up. So tried to call the store and see about curbside pickup and after 3 attempts there was no answer. Drive through had cars around the building. I then got in drive through line and waited another 20 minutes to get to speaker, when got to the speaker I advised that I was there to pickup my online order and the voice on other end stated he had to check and see if had the items. He then asked that I pull up to window. There was a young woman at the window and after I sat there watching here for several minutes, [ she never opened window, greeted us, did not even acknowledged us in any way] she started very slowly placing items into a bag. Once she was done with that she walked away from window with orders bag in hand grabbed the receipts and opened the window without a word she handed me a half wadded up receipt And a bag of food. At that time I could feel the bag was not really warm but I have a microwave so not big deal. I asked why the dinning room was closed and the phone not answered as it was a waste of time to order online then sit in line waiting for order. The response was that they are short handed and unable to accommodate the store dining room. I then asked why they could not have made it known that they were having problems, I explained that it is not my problem that they are unable to serve customers to a normal capacity and asked for a manager. The young lady explains there is no manager, my response is to get who is in charge I have nothing more to say to her. The employee turns her back with the window open and says Just leave. At that point my temper flared I responded don't be a bitch and get who is in charge. After couple minutes of me honking horn and waiting a young man comes to window. I asked if he was manager or in charge he states no he is not and there is no one to speak with. I told him that was not a good story being there is always someone that is responsible for the store. He then responds ok sir there is a shif leader here but he speaks absolutely no English. I responded that made no sense but said ok well you and the girl are not wearing name tags just write down the managers name your name and her name and a number I can call and he said he will not provide that information to me. I said well I will sit here and wait until you give me the information. We went back and forth over him saying no. At hat point I was parked and felt that the information I asked for was not hard so sat waiting. After some time passed the young man said hey if you pull around the building I will bring the information to you. I said no I can wait here. He said he has no pen. I said I can write and have a pen. He refuses. At that time the girl appears again and says she is calling the cops. I responded that the cops are not a problem please do call them. The young man keeps saying he cannot give me the managers name and contact number and to move from drive through. The police arrive and we communicate what the issue is and the officer goes inside speaks to the employee then comes back to me and says that the General Manager Sierra O'Neal has requested that they place a criminal trespass warning to me to never return and leave the premises.. At that point It was obvious that the employee could have contacted this person at any time and provided the name and a contact number to speak with manager at a later time rather than for 20 minutes refuse to give the information. The police finally provided name and store number to contact not the employee. Following that I left went home. After arriving home the order was not filled missing side item and there was no soy sauce or sweet sour sauce in the bags anyway. So being I cannot go back and get rest of order I spoke with a repressive at the Panda Express corporation phone number provided on google. Who really knows who it was. The result after explaining the situation is she refunded 3.90 for the missing side and explained to me that she had to call the location and get that side of story. Oddly enough never apologized for the situation and had no real solution. Stated that I would receive a call within 24 hours. If dot receive call Imshould call back after that time. Will update the review following the follow up call. The issue was not all the employees fault it was the leadership that left them in a bind and myself for not accepting crappy service with a smile. The entire customer service industry has declined because of short staffing, over worked, under appreciated employees. Went through the drive through yesterday for lunch and out of two orders they only got one order right. I clearly asked for fried rice, got white rice and as the main entree I got some kind of coconut flavored shrimp, I asked for the Wok shrimp. Which I have had before and what I got was not that. It's a good fast food choice when craving something different. The drive through is efficient. I always get the orange chicken and cream cheese rangoons. I used to get the black pepper chicken. It's still really good as well. I just switched to the orange. The portions are huge and have always been hot even when I do take out. Glad they are in Denison! read more

The most consistently good panda I know of around here, Sherman's is sometimes kinda whack yanno what I mean? Noodles are too wet sometimes they're too dry, chicken's sometimes kinda shitty. This panda is much better, I eat there pretty frequently. read more

This Panda Express is exceptionally terrible. The food is not cooked correctly, for example the eggs in the fried rice are not cooked all the way and taste like raw egg. The Beijing Beef contained foreign objects that have never been included in Beijing Beef from any other Panda Express nor from this Panda Express up until now. The objects (there were multiple pieces) appeared to be some type of sweetened, coated, nuts. I'm scared to eat the food.
