Last week my Panda Rewards said on the receipt & on the app that I had 1115 points, I went to Panda today and it said I now have 815 in points. WTF?, I bought the 3 entree like I always do it comes to $12.48 after tax, the cashier Savana rang me up at $14.63. I told her that's wrong then she charged me $13.17 I didn't have 17 cents just the $13. Then when I tried to get my cream cheese for free with the Rewards points it didn't work and she tells me their internet is out and I had to pay for the cream cheese. I am going a solid 3 based on a couple of issues. I have eaten at Pandas all over the west- maybe 50 times. Gotten sick at one. I generally eat at the St George store and the Cedar City Store. Both of these outlets are fast and fresh. Entree items are replaced quickly. The Bullhead store was missing 4 entree items items that were allowed to run out. The rice was out as well. This was Tuesday around 7:45. I had to adjust my order based on what appeared somewhat fresh. Or sit and wait for the cook to fry up some rice and other entree items. The price has also gone up but not terribly. I don't mind paying a little more but they should be able to re-stock the entree bowls with a little planning and a cook that has his head in the game. Then she handed me a coupon card for the app. However, this card had her number on it. . I felt disrespected and gross Because I had my two daughters and wife with me. Overall, very uncomfortable . Panda is panda. Every time you come here they are nearly out of something or something is down and they can't make it. They just told me that the grill is down and they don't have and can't make grilled teriyaki chicken. And if you go within 1-2 hours of closing time then they really won't have anything so your options are limited. Then they will tell you there's a 7 to 8 minute wait for some thing they ran out of. Which is more like 15 minutes. So if they just kept up with things before they ran out maybe this wouldn't happen. Seriously people... it's a chain food restaurant, not that hard to get it together. We've been 3 times but last time was the final straw. The employees are unorganized (I can live with that) and when it comes to simply filling a box with food, they've managed to screw it up each time. Keep one person doing one thing not 3 people all staring at costumers with confusion and chaos. Each time our meals were mixed with others and checking out hasn't once been correct. I'm not sure about other establishments but once the food has been sitting under the lights for a long time, you should make a new batch. I know it's "fast food" but when the food becomes rubbery and old that's unacceptable. Last visit there was literally a small ball of black hair (we are all blonde in this family) in the fried rice and more in my daughters broccoli beef.
