Stopped by Sunday for dinner and was greeted by a team member. The counter was busy and she was great. The team member had a smile and was friendly. The food was fresh and trays were full of fresh food. The lo mein noodles were hot and tasted great with some orange chicken that was flavorful. The shrimp was tasty and fresh that was very good with the fresh vegetable's. There are also some high protein choices now for a great deal. I'll try next time. Didn't like this location ! You're better off going to a different location or eating something else. The food didn't taste the greatest. The chow main looked dry and tasted dry. The food was also cold. Jazmin the worker was a bit rude. She needs to work on her customer service skills. I asked for broccoli only and she seemed very confused and asked what I meant by only broccoli. She looks at me and doesn't say anything. After a few seconds she says okay and is filling my side with broccoli. Proceeds to say it's still going to be the same price with a bit of a tone. After this she was just very dry and seemed bothered for asking for only broccoli. I've never had an issue anywhere else for asking only broccoli. read more

While staying at the hotel, we decided to try the Apple pie roll ups. I placed an order for two. They said it would be about three minutes. We went ahead and waited. It turned out to be more like seven minutes. Unfortunately they burned the first batch the girls were very friendly and very sweet and offered us two extra ones for the wait. Very pleased went on a Saturday Avi casino Nevada. Food was fresh and the noodles were not dry . Very good job. And price for the plates.

The Panda Express at the Avi Casino is terrible. The whole staff treats my Asian wife very bad. Don't want to get races here, but all the Hispanics get double and triple servings while my wife gets a spoon full. We've mentioned this on many occasions. The manager (District or store manager, I don't who or what she is) has been told. Nothing is done about it. This happens all the Time. I say if employees are willing and going to give more food to someone do it for All. You probably need to fire everyone who works at the Panda Express. I've Complained about this before. I will try and take pictures and videos if possible. And Stop asking to Donate Money. I Donate to who I want. I don't need people begging me. Who Ever Reads this Needs to Do Something About It. Honestly the best Panda Express experience I've had which isn't saying much, but I thought they deserved some recognition. Large portions of food and the nicest employee I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I was there on the evening of December 23rd 2021 so whoever that employee was should get recognized. Panda has always been a good Chinese food chain for the most part. But I gotta say this one is by far one of the worst ones I have ever been to. Service was ok, employees were in the back talking and having a good time while customers were waiting to get they're order. And the food had to be the old because it was very dry and bland. I love Chinese food and that's why I gave it 2 stars but this restaurant don't even deserve that. read more

I was looking for a quick meal I could take up to my room but I wish I had looked farther afield. I had never eaten at a Panda Express before today. Some of the entrees I would have preferred were empty , the vegetable side looked anemic but the rest looked reasonable. I chose the orange chicken and Peking pork with fried rice. The entrees tasted the same and were very chewy. My husband ordered the Beijing beef and it was cold shoe leather and not spicy at all. Panda Express we will never eat at one again. read more

Was so excited to see there was a Panda inside the Aquarius~~I love the one we have in my hometown~~so no five stars because, the food was pre-cooked because they were too busy not to pre-cook and the food was close to being expired~~they did have to make one of our entrees fresh and that did taste good~~the cashier was very nice and friendly~~forgot to order a cup of water and he went and got it for us and brought it to our table w/no complaints~~would return there for sure. read more

Gross food. My daughter ordered a kids meal with teriyaki chicken and chow mein. She started eating and found a short curly hair in her chicken. Probably the worst place to get Panda Express. I live in the area and I always go here because I love Panda Express in general. I understand that it's a busy business and I normally don't complain. But the rice is ALWAYS undercooked so it's hard. And then chicken teriyaki always burnt. I wouldn't go here. read more

One star because zero isn't an option! Hadn't been to Panda in a while so husband asked about an item and if it was spicy. Girl behind the counter pointed to the label like he couldn't read. Label didn't indicate if it was spicy! Then stopped helping us to bag and ring up a hotel worker who approached after us. I ordered mine and she wanted to know if my husband wanted steamed rice too. He explained he was still considering his choices. She was annoyed that she had to go in the back kitchen for just mine. I ordered the Walnut Shrimp which is at a premium price and my husband had to ask her to scoop some walnuts (all she threw in my box was a few pieces of shrimp). Then my husband was confused about the sweet and sour sauce because the label (she was so insistent about us reading) said "fire". He asked if they had just sweet - she walked away!! She heard me explain that the sauce was under a different menu item tag and reassured him it was what he wanted for his egg role. She explained that in the mornings they condense the items in the serving pans - SO WHY DO YOU HAVE PEOPLE READ when nothing is aligned with said labels?!! The last straw was when I asked for extra Soy Sauce she pointed to yet another sign that says 2 sauces and she boldly stated .10¢ for additional packets. What a rip-off of a .02 oz pkt. Really!! Additional on a $20 order. Oh and don't ask for extra napkins....you get one thin one with your fork. Not sure what upset me more the gouging of prices or her rude behavior...WON'T be back! read more

Panda Express is hit or miss. This location is good with excellent staff. Right next to the house theater in an awesome casino.
