The food is okay because it's fresh and they do put a lot in the plate with a bowl. The manager is very nice. The other day I went in and I wanted to have steak without the mushrooms and so they had to do a special order. I have no idea why I just said just give you what was in front there without the mushrooms and it was over 15 minutes that I waited for that and when I got it it had mushrooms in it. So the manager gave me a small box of beef so I took that home. The noodles had an interesting texture. They just really weren't good. The place is very clean. Parking is okay. It's fast food. Made a large order yesterday and was very disappointed, drove 45 minutes home and found out part of my order was missing and the part that I did get was completely unacceptable... the whole point of ordering à la carte in the large container was because I wanted a "large" quantity and not a medium or a small quantity of honey walnut shrimp... so why is it when I open the package? It's only half full? If I wanted a medium quantity, I would've ordered a medium quantity. I ordered a large quantity. I expected the container to be full not half full and then pay the price for the large quantity this is ridiculous. I've been here once on one of my annual Laughlin, Nevada trips. It's just like any other Panda Express: good, affordable food. My favorite is the orange chicken bowl. Sometimes I feel like having it with rice and sometimes with noodles. Customer service has always been great. The restaurant was busy when I went, but that's usually the case with any Panda Express I've been to. I would definitely come back here again. :) read more

I treat myself to Panda Express every time I go out and it is always excellent. They open at 930, which for me is a good time and they are always very friendly. The food is fresh or if they don't have what you want or it looks a little "end of the batch" they will cook another if you ask. I've never had a problem with them. The service is excellent. I love their noodles. I would like it if they added a bit more sesame oil but they are really, really good usually. A little too much zucchini for me but veggies are good for you. Don't get me wrong. The food is always great. I don't know what was going on with the front staff tonight, but they were not welcoming and they were not professional whatsoever. The one behind the counter I felt wanted to just rush me out and had a very salty attitude. And the other one who was cleaning up in the lobby didn't say thank you or you're welcome when I asked for a simple sauce packet on my way out, so I'm not as to sure why these two girls working tonight had the poorest attitude, but that needs to change, especially if you want customers to feel welcomed and to come back to this location when it's the only location in town read more

Got food Poisoning last night from them putting old food on top of new food. it was chicken.

Love Chinese food, but don't like getting short changed. Ordered 4 egg rolls, got only 2. Beef broccoli bowl had little beef. Didn't need four packs of sweet n sour sauce either , but could have used some soy sauce for the rice. Ordered half rice, half noodles, got mostly dry rice that needed more soy. That's a total of four strikes! She even repeated 4 egg rolls, but I got 2. I'm diabetic and require more protein than carbs! Still hungry and very disappointed. Maybe In n Out next time I want fast food. Hope my blood sugar doesn't spike. read more

They only serve one dish that doesn't contain meat and ran out had to wait for them to re make it. Servers had the music so loud they had to yell at you from behind the counter in order for you to hear what they were saying behind their masks. I ordered a family meal for $43.20 from Panda Express via Door Dash. I was supposed to have gotten two large entrees and 3 large sides. These should have come in five large 3 cup capacity to-go boxes. What I got was a styrofoam container crammed with three sides and 1 entree. There was less than a 1 cup portion per dish. The remaining entree came in a 1 cup to-go box. I got online with Door Dash and got a full refund. It will be a long time before I ever order a meal from this restaurant again. read more

Probably the best meal we had in the area and that is too bad, but the tri-cities are a culinary wasteland. The signs in the Panda parking lot were advertising the new treasure chicken breast meal, but this food also contains sausage, so that really makes no sense and sausage is gross. The items that I did have were pretty decent for this type of food. The walnut shrimp and the sweetfire chicken breast did the trick for lunch, along with some white rice. The beef and broccoli got poor reviews though. Timing and what's fresh seem to make a difference at this chain. read more

We have been coming to this panda for years. It's almost a tradition to grab some panda after a day at the river every time we're down in Arizona. However, last 2 times have been awful. The food has gone down in quality but what's even worse is the HORRIBLE service. The people here hate life and that's the nice way of saying it. The last time we came down we walked in said hello to the worker her name was Alma. We didn't get acknowledged at all. We saw she was busy putting plates together, said no problem waited on the side until she was finished. She then looked up asked what we wanted, we ordered, walked to the register to pay. I asked for a side of teriyaki she told me flat out no. Then proceeded to tell me they were out, AGAIN. Mind you this is the THIRD time they have been out. I said next time pls let the person ordering know you guys don't have teriyaki sauce before they order teriyaki chicken. Isn't that the point of TERIYAKI CHICKEN?! She gave me the biggest fuck you without saying fuck you. As she was handing us our food I asked for hot sauce she walked away and continued plating. I said excuse me can I have hot sauce? Her back still turned she said I'll be there in a second. Gave us a huge bag of sauce, sighed and went on. Not sure what everyone's problem is here. I like Panda Express and have missed it during the pandemic. Since they have started allowing dine-in, we went for dinner, it was a major let down. The orange chicken and Beijing beef were fine, the chow mein was okay, the fried rice was was terrible. The fried rice didn't even look like fried rice, it looked like and tasted like Minute Rice, bright white and no flavor at all. Kind of like they took the white rice and put a few peas and carrot pieces in it. Due to declining health, I've had to order my food in. There's a plethora of fast food establishments in Bullhead City but sometimes I want to notch up my order. Panda Express allows me to do that. There's a wide variety of foods I may choose from; all tasting so fresh and the vegetables are cooked yet very crunchy! Portions are generous and the app is so easy to read. The pricing is reasonable and the fees charged allows you to keep your firstborn from being sold. As a side point, Door Dash are happy and quick to deliver your order. My boyfriend and I just moved here and Panda has been a frequent stop in the past week, a particular blonde has taken our order a few times, each times she's super friendly, goes the extra step for customers, even coming by my table to offer extra sauce or napkins. This was a Doordash order to #0737 Panda Express. Ordered Big Plate, Teriyaki Chicken, Orange Chicken, Veggies. Got no Orange Chicken, no Teriyaki sauce on the Teriyaki Chicken. Also, ordered a regular plate of Orange Chicken, Angus Steak with Chow Mein. Got no Angus Steak, instead some fire hot Chicken, and found a creature in my Chow Mein, that neither the cook or server noticed. One more thing, not fully fried egg rolls...yuck. Me and my husband ordered lunch from here. Worst ever both got food poisoning. Tasted different then normal will never order from here again

The food is good. The biggest problem is servers Are so rude! I ordered my food and paid for it. She had boxed it up, but did not put it on bag. She told me to sit down and she would bring it to me. I did. My food boxes were just sitting there. I waited while she served 6 more orders and hugged and kissed another employee ( male). Every customer is gone but me. I asked. I was told she was waiting on more food to finish my order. She did not tell me. Then the cook put more Angus stk out and she gets my medium side order and filled the box. Too bad she did not filled the bowl. I got one tablespoon of veggies and a tablespoon of angus stk. in my second bowl order of angus stk. she said she neede me to wait for more veggies when I ordered. I told her to give me what she had left( sitting in the serving wok) I like when cooked more, they serve them cold in the middle and raw. But she never gave me the proper amount of veggies after I waited fir the stk, and she never filled my bowl with the proper amount of angus stk. my first order of angus stk and veggies was perfect. The second one was less than half. They always do that. If you want two orders the second one if half or less than the first. I am not coming again. I can get better from red dragon. read more

You guys are just jerks! Let me start by saying I am in a cast and on crutches. Right now I use Door Dash a lot, but $15 extra for Panda Express is just not worth it. So I ordered and paid on the app. I got to the restaurant and tried calling to see if there was any way someone could be really nice and bring the order to my car. No answer. So I crutched it to the door and they all ignored me while I opened the very heavy door and made my way in. I get to the counter and tell her I have an online order and she says go ahead and grab it. She can hopefully see I am on crutches? Some label on my soda fell off and she says, "don't worry about it, I'll pick it up." Gee, thanks. I go get my soda, pack it in my cross body bag, grab my food and head to the door. The manager must have been interviewing someone and they stood up at that moment. I thought great!
