I'm tired of going here because of its inconsistency. I come almost every other day for dinner on my way home, and each time it's a hit or miss with the proportions. Today I managed a measley 7 shrimp with an upcharge because the lady gave me half a scoop. When the guy gives a full scoop + a few extra to the person before, it infuriates me. I'm done. You've raised the prices, what used to be $12 for my meal now costs $15. And the proportions have gone down. I've noticed the proportions are only trash during dinner time 5-7pm. Why? If you guys are running out of food during dinner rush hour, maybe make more food instead of skipping us out on our food with terrible proportions. We are humans too. We are struggling too. The worst service I have ever experienced. After a long day of work I had been looking forward to a Panda Express dinner. But once I pulled up to the drive through I was hit with a "What do you want"? While ordering I was interrupted, corrected on my own order, and barked at multiple times. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, because I know it can be hard to hear the customer through the drive thru. But after I slipped and slid across the completely iced over drive thru, the worker then tried to intimidate and confront me? She questioned why I was "making faces" in the drive thru camera and was livid at my reaction to her awful service. I hadn't even complained!! I was just confused what I had done to receive such hostility while giving my extremely simple order. I will never be going to this Panda Express again. We ordered approximately 2:20pm online a large order of 3 Family Meals to be picked up at 3:45pm. We arrived a few minutes early for our pickup. The attendant checked our order and said it would be a few minutes. While we waited we offered cups for drinks of our choice. Very nice touch! Went through the drive thru and was told they were only taking cash except inside the lobby you could pay with card, the worker explained that the card reader for the lobby is working but not at the one for the drive thru, when I asked if they could just use the register in the lobby if I only had a card and the lady said and I quote "well that's just really inconvenient for us so we don't want to do that". I'm sorry but costumers having to come inside because your too lazy to walk to another register is inconvenient to costumers. The food at this panda is dry and flavorless :( we got the big plate that comes with 3 entrees for $11.60. They gave us the wrong chicken, it was flavorless and chewy. The vegetables were also pretty flavorless. The rice and noodles were very dry and lacked flavor as well. Busy Sunday and came in to eat around 6pm. The line was always 8-10 people deep and it moved very slow. There were about 4 cooks working the line and replenishing food, which was great! But only one worker getting in-store food orders PLUS doing the cash register. One staff was working the drive-thru and another one seemed to be floating but seemed to be helping the drive-thru person. Getting the food cooked and back out was efficient but taking orders is where this Panda location lost me. Lots of people in line were complaining about how one worker was getting the food together and then doing the cash register. The wait was about 10 mins in line and then our food sat there as the worker went to get more food orders together. So our food is getting cold and just sitting out. The worker was overwhelmed she forgot my sauce and forgot my husband's drink - had to remind her a couple times. I think if a second person was working this would have helped. The food was great! me and my husband went to the restaurant Auburn hills Our pops are both watered down We ordered Cherry Cokes and then they made us wait for the food but that was 20 more minutes and we just went inside and the food was awful I don't know what's going on with the one in Auburn hills but I've never had this problem before I have pictures that I'm going to put on Yelp discussing how we were treated and how we had to pay extra because the food my husband didn't want when they charged us more to replace it so we spent $50 at a place that we normally don't go to. I've been to this location several times. All is good for dine-in, at least with the food, but I'm sitting at home super disappointed that the Mushroom Chicken I order (repeated twice, was correct on the screen and on my receipt) wasn't put on my plate, but was instead Orange Chicken. I like the Orange Chicken too, but it's not what I ordered. For dine-in, cleanliness of the interior has been 50/50. I got kung pao chicken and it not only tasted completely rancid and burnt, it also tasted like what I'd imagine nail polish remover to taste like. I decided to try Panda Express for the first time (never tried it at the mall) and I had a good experience for my first time visiting the new location. The ordering process was very fast, despite the staff member behind the counter creating a little bit of an awkward experience (but they're just learning as it's still a new location). I ordered the Orange Chicken with steamed brown rice. The meal was fresh, hot, and delicious. However, I will probably stick to ordering Chinese food from a local takeout place in comparison as it is cheaper. The booth seats are not comfortable whatsoever. Very hard seats. read more

First, I love Panda Express. I get that it's a "fast food" or "American Chinese" but whatever. It's freaking yummy! To tell you, and this is embarrassing, I've probably spent at least $500 at the Missouri locations so far in 2019. So I was SO HAPPY to go to this one. It's close to our new home and super convenient when running errands nearby. Went in at 8:25p tonight. They barely anything left out. Basically anything we wanted was going to need to be made for us and we would have to wait. Frustrating to say the least. To top it off, the girl behind the counter seemed so annoyed we were even there. I waited the 6 minutes for my teriyaki chicken because what they had was dried out. Then I waited 2 more thinking she was bringing it out but eventually my husband went up to ask about it. Overall this was a miss. Total miss. Oh, and I see on here that they were apparently ordering free items for good reviews. So I am skeptical of those saying they had a good experience. At least other fast food chains have the decency to disable the pick up option when you order online if it's not available at that location. Even McDonald's bring your food to your car if the lobby is closed. Unlike somebody driving by and having the option to look for a less crowded restaurant, I ordered online, was charged for my order so I had no choice but wait 25 min in the drive thru line. I really didn't think that Panda Express or this location could get any worse. They changed their bowls by making them half the size they were before (thinking no one would notice yet charging the same) and then proceeding the fill only 25% of it with rice then another 25% with your actual entree. I opened mine and thought it was a joke because there was hardly anything in it. So you're paying almost $7 for a bowl with only 50% of what you paid for actually in it. On top of that, they give you the wrong chicken somehow, when there were only 2 chicken choices not out of stock. What? How? Food is a poor imitation of real mandarin fare. Mediocre quality at best. I know it is fast food but priced like most any local Chinese restaurant without the great prep and quality. The food tastes fine, however the employees are either really lazy or just incompetent. I made the poor choice of going into the drive thru rather than ordering inside. The drive thru line is so slow, for already having the food cooked one would think the line would move faster. I ordered the orange chicken with chow mein noodles, and requested a few packets of plum sauce and soy sauce. The person who filled my drink put in way too much liquid that it started coming out the top as soon as she handed me the cup, obviously spilling a some large drops on my pants and steering wheel. I get back to work with my food (2 miles, so maybe 5 minutes max). And when I open the box rather than the chow mein noodles (which are on my receipt) I have fried rice. And there are no packets of sauce in my bag either. And the food was not hot, it was barely warm and I had to microwave it before eating. I know the food temperature was not attributed to the time between receiving the order and when I ate it as it was within 5 minutes. The super unfortunate thing is that this was no the first time this exact situation has happened to me at this restaurant. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to speak to a manager but the phone was never answered. So although the food might taste fine the problem is the employees not using common sense or reading a receipt to scoop the correct food into a box. This place drops off my list as I will select other fast food options when I am in a pinch for lunch options. read more
