I love panda a lot and everytime I go I tip them and they always so nice and make conversation with the other employees but guess the manager only saw my side with his acting skills around her she needs to read this and know he needs to get his attitude check. We ordered from here on DoorDash a few times. Our order included orange chicken, veggie lomein and steamed dumplings (potstickers). All arrived pipping hot and correct. Including a delicious, slightly sweet soy-based dipping save. This place doesn't make your order until it's ready for pick up to keep it fresh. Definitely worth a few moments wait while they fire it out. We didn't get the feeling that anything had sat premade then heated up. This is your classic, quick (and pretty cheap) American-Chinese type fair. They have tofu options and veggie options for my non-meat eaters. I would hands down come here compared to the other quick Chinese take out joint up the road. Don't let the strip-mall shady exterior keep you from checking this place out! read more

I've eaten here for years and the food is decent enough. However, tonight, I ordered for delivery. I waited an hour -- no food. I call back and the delivery driver had just handed my food to a group of people standing outside rather than coming to MY door and knocking. The guy was literally maybe 5-6 feet from my door. He brought me a cash refund since this had already hit my bank. He actually defended his actions, saying he "didn't want to get jumped." Mind you, this was at around 6:15 or so in the evening, in August, still hours of daylight left. I'm like, dude, no, no one's going to jump you if you just walk over and knock on my door. It's not like it was 11 PM or something. So before he brought the refund, I asked, "Can't you just make my food again and deliver it?" Nope. They're OUT OF SHRIMP. That's the second time in one week they've been out of shrimp at 5-6 PM. They've lost a customer for sure. read more

Panda cafe wasn't bad. Wasn't great tho. (What can you super expect in Nac tho). The girl at the front desk was fine and was able to tell me about their dishes. The restaurant is pretty small, a few booths, and a large television. I ordered to-go and waited a little less than 10 minutes for my food. It was hot and fresh. It had plenty of sauce, but didn't seem drenched in it. I would say the flavor was alright, but wasn't the greatest. Prices were decent, nothing crazy. I got the bean curd with vegetables. Tofu was kinda big, but pretty tasty, and this one had all the vegetables they carry in their restaurant. The only thing was I had two water chestnuts in my whole meal, and only a few pieces of bell pepper (which are my favorite bits) while it seemed like carrots and some mushroom mostly overtook the meal. Broccoli amounts were not bad tho. The rice was typical rice, sticky and I liked it, but nothing top quality or fantastic. Portion size was pretty good too, definitely filled me up. I might come back here again, pretty typical Chinese take out. I usually go to Peking, just because friends prefer that place, but overall this place was good and worth visiting. read more

Tonight, my entire experience with this place was terrible. I had to call twice just to get an answer. Had to repeat everything at least three times before she understood my order (I spend half the day on the phone helping customers, and am quite certain I was speaking clearly). Only diet drink choices were tea and diet orange Crush - nothing regular like Diet Coke or Pepsi. Food took over an hour when we live 5 mins away, arrived barely luke warm, and tasted like steamed, flavorless mush (ordered happy family). Steamed rice was also barely warm and tough. Husband found rope-like piece of plastic in his food (pork lo mein). Came with 1 fork, 1 spoon (we didn't order soup or anything that would require a spoon) and zero soy sauce. Will not be ordering from here again. What a waste of $20! read more

Don't eat here if you have an allergy ----I have never had a worse experience than what I had tonight ordering and dealing with this restraunt. I placed my order by phone and was very clear that my order was to have no mushrooms (I have a good allergy). The waitress repeated the order exactly and I went there at the time the food was supposed to be done, and even tipped the waitress (cause food service people doing covid deserve more). I get the food home and open it and there is a large mushroom stem and piece of mushroom head. I had my boyfriend try them to verify they were infact mushrooms before I called back. when I did call back it took 15 minutes for the staff to figure out what to do constantly putting me on hold or repeating my statement in English / Spanish. the staff insists that the chef did not put mushrooms in it and I told them that I have an allergy and can't eat it, and maybe it ended up in my food from another orser. they continue to ensist I must be wrong, and to return to the food to them with the mushrooms. I tell them I will return the food and that they should have another plate fixed when I get back to the restaurant. This exchange took over 15 minutes. Which considering the issue was dealing with an allergy and their mistake is absolutely ludicrous. I returned to the restaurant with the food which they promptly open and root around in food looking for mushrooms with the older women and cook shaking Thier heads saying no no no speaking Spanish back and forth. I tell there are no more mushrooms, my boyfriend made sure they were actually mushrooms before starting all this ( cause why on Earth would I want more food or to return to the restaurant at 9 pm. I just want SAFE food). They say they needed the mushrooms, never offered me a replacement meal, and kept saying I was lying about mushrooms being in the meal. I told them what if I had ate it and ended up in the hospital, where they going to pay for that? After basically being called a lair about the mushrooms the refunded me for my meal (not all our food just mine) and the tip. Its a FOOD ALLERGY, you dont mess with that as a food service establishment,. You fix the problem not call your costumer a liar! Completely unacceptable and irresponsible of them and totally unprofessional, just fix another 6 plate of food not debate with me, did through the food, call me a lair, and then tell me to calm down! read more

I'm happy to have found a place that offers some good tofu options! I was incredibly happy with the lunch portions and all that came with it. Two huge scoops of rice, a nice helping of the main entree, a soup or egg roll and a drink. I had ordered the Garlic Tofu and it was excellent! It had a slight 'kick' to it and I was pleasantly surprised by this. I was given a choice between steamed or fried tofu and went with the fried and it was great. The egg drop soup was also really good! I'm pretty picky when it comes to egg drop soup and I was happy to be able to enjoy it. The pricing is also spot-on. Definitely going to become one of my favorite regular take-out places. I love that it is close to campus so I can easily grab something to eat when I have a longer wait in between classes. Fairly good Chinese food. They appear to do most of their business as take-out or delivery. I had the Szechuan pork and shrimp. It was pretty good, lots of meat, had a little spiciness to it, and was a generous portion. The hot and sour soup was average. They look like they do a steady business, and I can see why. I'm a very picky Chinese eater, for years I have only eaten panda express. I have not ventured out to eat any other Chinese, panda café was the first. I was very pleased with my experience, the food was great. No fountain drinks, only cheap canned soda. I would even choose it over panda express, I was not pleased with it. Panda express is kind of my safety zone for Chinese food. I've only been here once, I always order chow mein, or noodle, orange chicken, and fried rice. Orange chicken was juicy. The noodles weren't too big, and text should just write, and the rice was good as well. I was pleased with the service, it is a small place, and could be cleaner, seem kind of dirty and some measure. I like the feel of the place though, I love good hole in the walls. Four out of five times I probably choose to eat at pecking which is right down the street. But if you were looking for a new place this is your place. read more

Food was good. I had the beef with hot garlic sauce and it could have been hotter for my taste but the mix of vegetables with it was delicious. My wife had the cashew shrimp and she enjoyed it. Previous reviews had said it's not the place to eat in but we ate lunch there for a late lunch and if you enjoy watching TV while you eat it isn't bad. Food here is pretty good, not overly cooked in oil and seasoned well. I like the bourbon chicken or sweet and sour chicken. You have to call for delivery at least 2 times because they are always busy with deliveries. It's faster to just call ahead and pick up yourself. read more

Which would be fine but I always wait 10+ minutes and they never come back to the phone. Then if you hang up to ring them again, it's "busy" because the phone is still on hold from when you called.
