They never send the results to my doctor. I honestly thought everything was fine. After 6 months POM MRI send me a letter where they say there is an area of possible concern, 6 MONTHS LATER???. 5. After I called them today, I received a copy of my results; they said they don't have any history of previous exams; the day of the exam I provided a CD with all previous exams. What did they do with them? This is just unbelievable! I read other reviews and I am not the only one. A place like this should not be in business, it is illegal!.

Both the lady at the front desk who checked me in and the tech were friendly and nice. There are two changing rooms where you can change into clean gowns which are provided in sealed bags. Within the changing room, there's a locker where you can secure your belongings and take the key with you. There were several people waiting for their medical imaging when I walked back into the waiting room. I was out the door a little after 8:00 am. If you don't like waiting, I would recommend making an 8 am appt and get there 20 minutes early.

The shake I had to drink at midnight and at 6 Am was not terrible because I put it in the refrigerator the night before to drink, yuck .They have this office freezing cold .. I had to drink some more of vanilla shake and then was placed in that CT machine with my arms over my head which killed me because my arm and shoulder injury, they really pushed me beyond . This really hurt my arm and shoulder that was already in pain to more pain. Glad its all over and I will have my results soon. They are very nice at this center but plan on bringing a sweater so you don't freeze.

The missing three stars are for the new ownership and front desk staff. I have been coming to Hollywood Diagnostic Center for so many years that I honestly couldn't even begin to count them. Unfortunately, my recent visit left me disappointed in the changes I experienced. From the moment I arrived, the lack of acknowledgment from the front desk set the tone. I don't need special treatment, nor do I expect anyone to roll out a red carpet for me. However, basic courtesy, warmth, and hospitality should be a standard in any business, especially for the people who are the first point of contact for patients. I also witnessed another woman who had been waiting for quite some time, only to discover that her name and paperwork had apparently been overlooked. When she approached the front desk to politely ask whether her name would be called soon, the response and overall demeanor of the staff were anything but kind or welcoming. It was disappointing to witness, especially in a healthcare setting where patients deserve patience and compassion. Thankfully, I did not have to wait long for my mammogram because my technician was ready for me. The experience itself was what you would typically expect from a mammogram, but my technician was incredibly kind and professional. After a short wait, I had my ultrasound, and that technician was equally wonderful. She was pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Both ladies provided the kind of patient care and positive attitude that were noticeably missing at the front desk. Since my very first visit, I have had the same technicians perform my mammograms and ultrasounds. I mentioned this to them during my appointment, and they explained that there had been significant staffing changes and new ownership. They were professional enough not to get into the details, and I respect that. I understand that businesses change, and new ownership often brings new faces and new ways of doing things. But one thing that should never change is the importance of customer service, kindness, and making patients feel welcome. Unfortunately, there aren't endless options for these services, and I do plan to continue coming to Hollywood Diagnostic Center. However, I wanted to share my experience because I have been a loyal patient for years, and I genuinely hope this feedback reaches the people who need to hear it. Your technicians are wonderful, but customer service starts at the front desk. A little kindness, a simple acknowledgment, and treating patients with respect can make all the difference. A Baptist urgent care is a Baptist urgent care…read more It doesn't matter which one you go to. I've personally never had a negative experience with any of them. My latest venture to one was earlier this month when I returned from a road trip, feeling ill. Suspecting I needed antibiotics, I went to Baptist one day after work. Some paperwork, a few tests, and a couple of hours later, I was out. I did indeed need antibiotics. This location gives you the option to either have your prescription sent to the pharmacy, or for a fee, get them on site at the InstyMeds machine. I would up paying the fee and getting them there as I was just dead tired. My prescription was for five days, and a couple of days after this, I saw my doctor. Said doctor switched my antibiotic because I felt awful only to have Baptist call the next day that the original antibiotic was the correct one. After following up with my doctor, I went back to the original one, and I wanted to just pass out, but I somehow stomached it, even going so far as to get a second dose of antibiotics because I still felt like garbage. Well, weeks later, I'm finally well again, so aside from this back and forth, no harm done. Just happy it's all over and done with.

As someone who has consistently experienced major health issues throughout my life, trust that I know my body well enough to know when it's time to go to the ER. However, if he had told me something concrete that he was concerned about, I would have taken him seriously. Instead, he was argumentative as I tried to explain my situation to him. He ended by telling me that they were open only because he was there, so what he said goes. I've never had such an interaction with a doctor and I wish I'd asked for his name so that next time I need to visit urgent care, I can make sure he's not the doctor on duty.

It seems that appointments mean nothing to these folks and it makes me worry about the quality of their imaging. I have been to many imaging centres around South Florida and this is by far the worst. To make matters worse the help is rude. The worst part of this exercise was the technician who lied to me when I asked why the MRI was taking so long and she said,"You moved." I didn't move except to breath. I've had twenty plus MRIs and I've never had one take two hours. Please avoid this place; it's just awful.

If staff have personal issues, they should quit and get a job they like. I hate paying for terrible service. Generally when customer service is poor, the quality of the work is bad also. I can only hope that the expensive MRI quality is better than the staff quality. The source of this problem has to be the hiring manager. They would have to clear out the bad staff and hire better staff in order to have a chance of getting more of my business. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. There are other much better similar places that offer quality customer service with almost in a spa like environment.
