They advertise in the website that between week 18 to 22 you are able to see great pictures in the ultrasound. I went on 22 weeks and check the pictures that I got. (In red what they say they can get you from 18 weeks, in green what I got in 22 weeks). Then they say your baby is too small... I had done a ultrasound on the same day with perinatologist where I could see the blood flow inside the baby's kidneys, baby by the way that was with expected weight and size for 22 weeks... how come they say my baby is too small? Smaller than 18 weeks at 22 weeks?? That's a month away... Then they promise a refund that I never got. Called every day for a week and they keep promising to do it and never do it. Horrible scammers!!!! Not to mention the "technician" was super rude when I mentioned the pictures were different from the site. Save your money and go somewhere else!!! read more

My first appointment was on Saturday March 27th with Brenda at 10am at the Coral Springs location. My appointment went okay, besides the fact that our baby girl wasn't showing her face. I asked Brenda about the "guarantee" and was told that if we paid for the 25 minute session, we'd be able to come back up to 2 times, for no additional cost. But I don't believe our session ended up being 25 minutes. I was also told my that my baby was breached, almost X amount of pounds and my due date wasn't what my doctor told me. I was told by Brenda that my due date was now X opposed to X. I kind of left the appointment in a panic and called my doctors office. It was a Saturday so I didn't hear back from them right away. My doctor assured me that they have received all of my ultrasounds (ordered by them) and my blood work and that everything was still on schedule, for my due date to still be at X. My second appointment was yesterday, March 31st with Brenda at 6:30pm back at the Coral Springs location. But this appointment was disappointing. When I walked into the office to sign in, there was another customer there saying she had an appointment at 6pm (even though it was 6:30pm). The customer made it a big deal that she called and spoke to someone (not at this location, as I learned they don't take phone calls) and was told she would be able to still have her appointment. When I was able to check in, the woman behind the window was texting or typing on cell phone and didn't provide me any type of friendly greeting. I signed in and sat down. Surprisingly, the same woman called me back for my appointment. I thought my appointment was with Brenda, but that's besides the point. The woman (who did not introduce herself) kept referring to my baby as "it" and "he" when she's a girl. The woman also said' "don't worry, your baby is moving" when I had no concerns in the first place, whether my baby was moving or not. I saw my baby was moving and knew she was okay. That's not something that should have been said in the first place. During the ultrasound, she left unexpectedly with her cell phone in her hands and said she'd be back. She was probably gone between 5-10 minutes. She did manage to get about 50 plus photos, from what I saw on the tv. She told me I'd have a print out and she'd email me the photos and videos within 30 minutes. From the print out, I received 5 photos. But in the email, the photos are all from my last session, none of the photos are from the session I had last night. So I am missing all of the photos and videos from my session last night, in an email. I even had to ask her about the USB as I didn't receive any photos or videos on a USB from my last appointment. She did say she uploaded everything from lasts night session onto the USB. When she was done, we walked ourselves out and say there were a few groups of people waiting for their appointments. But it seemed as if, the woman who did my ultrasound also had the same responsibility of checking people in. After reading reviews about the services you offer, I'm very surprised I didn't receive good service. I'm pretty disappointed and expected something better. * I did email this review to them and received a call back. I was offered a free session, but honestly I rather have my money back. read more

I had a horrible experience and left in tears today. I was completely humiliated and laughed at by the staff at the Coral Springs location. I left my phone at home and upon arrival was supposed to scan a QR code to check in. They did the ultrasound and at the end made it seem like it was this huge problem that I didn't check in and I was led to believe that I wouldn't be able to get the digital pictures and video. At this point I was visibly upset and panicking and literally all they needed to say was don't worry we will still email you the pictures and video. Instead the ultrasound tech and another staff member laughed at me and said "THATS NOT WHAT WE SAID--YOU MISUNDERSTOOD" I haven't been treated this way since high school. I spoke with customer service and they felt that this was completely unacceptable and offered me a free ultrasound next time but I don't ever want to go back there again. I paid nearly 100$ to be completely humiliated and break down bawling in my car after walking out of there. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Do not go there!!! Also the bathroom is filthy and they bribe customers by giving 20% off to leave 5 star reviews. So all these wonderful reviews are completely false. read more

I had an appointment with Laura today and she was the nicest human being I have ever met. She was so encouraging and calm even when my baby was hiding. She gave me the time to try a bunch of ways to trick my girl into moving for some really sweet pictures. I'll definitely always be coming back here for future pregnancies. This was my second time coming, the first was for a gender reveal ultrasound at I think 15 weeks. This was for the 4D/5D facial pictures! Everyone is really nice and the office is super clean and inviting. It's the experience of a lifetime, but most definitely request Laura. She's a beautiful soul!!! Thank you so much! read more

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! My wife and I had an appointment at 7pm and arrived at 6:40pm. When we walked in, the lady told us that she didn't know we were coming so we had to wait for the lady that came in before us to finish. While waiting for 30 mins, another client came in. Her appointment was at 6:30pm. Keep in mind that it is 7:30pm already. The lady who works here said she needs to take the 6:30pm client because her appointment was before us. We argued with her and said it's not fair because we were here first. We live 2 hours from here and for her to do this to us isn't right. This would be my first and last time I come here. I highly advise NOT to come here if you don't want to face these type of issues. Overall, this place is VERY unorganized. They don't know what appointments they have. Shop around first. Don't let this be your first option and definitely not the last. Go to Hialeah for $50 as your LAST option before coming here. Update: (March 3/14/2019) I don't usually do this but I was contacted by a customer service rep and was asked about my experience from yesterday. The customer service was beyond amazing. Not only was I refunded the FULL amount, but I was also offered another session for free!!! Our experience going for a 3D ultrasound was ok. We were very thrilled to finally see our twins but tech was on her phone when we were brought into the room, prior to this at check in she was not aware we had already filled all our paperwork prior to arrival. She had to even ask us how long was our session booked for. Tech should know All the specifics of first time patient prior to arrival of Appointment. It does not look good not to be prepared. I made my 1st appointment online at the Coral Springs location. I put a family member (who was not yet told about my pregnancy) as the 'Emergency Contact'. My "Emergency Contact person" kept getting multiple phone calls from them daily to confirm my appointment. Why would they call my 'Emergency Contact' person and not myself? They also sounded to be calling from India or offshore somewhere. This was disappointing because I wanted to surprise my family not have them find out because they were getting calls to confirm my appointment. When I arrived (5 minutes early) the door was locked. I didn't see anyone inside so I knocked. A woman came to the door and said she didnt know how to buzz the door open and I needed to wait outside. She turned around and helped herself to some water from the water dispenser and disappeared into the back. It was nearly 100 degrees in Florida. She didn't even offer me or my husband water or allowed us to wait in the lobby in the AC. Finally, another couple finished and they opened the door for us on their way out! Why did a customer know how to open the door but the employee didn't? I feel like she purposely wanted us to wait outside instead of inviting us in to sit down and wait in the lobby. She didn't even say, we will be with you soon or anything welcoming upon arrival. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I eneded up leaving. If you call you will either get no answer or men who answer from the Miami location. read more

This place is amazing! My husband and I had an ultrasound appointment yesterday and both of us had such a great experience!! Brenda was so calming and genuinely excited to see baby. She explained everything to us, and the pictures came out beautifully! We also added some heartbeat buddies, which we gave to our parents as Valentine's Day gifts. We found out at 15 weeks that we were having a baby Girl!! Started out with a 60 min massage, it was relaxing and therapist was good. Not the best massage ever, certainly not the worst. Still a great deal for the money. My husband met me when it was time for our ultrasound and the tech was super friendly and informed us we were having a girl. Took photos and videos. (For some reason i thought the video would be one long video that tells you what baby is so you could share with family. Lol this is not the case. Its 3 or 4 short clips, 10 seconds, of baby moving. Still cool and glad we got! Just putting this out there for all those who thought it might be a gender reveal video.) I had an ultrasound at my doctors office at 18 weeks and they too were confident it was a girl. Will know for sure next week at my 20 week exam. :) the front desk girl was super nice too. All in all, great experience for our gender reveal!! May return as I get closer for more detailed pictures of our peanut. One suggestion for Pancitas might be to look into installing a Webcam so family can log in. (Pretty sure this option most people pay an additional fee to log in and view. What a great place! I went here at 29 weeks pregnant to meet my little girl. My technician was named Laura, and she was so kind, bubbly, and excited to work with me to get the best pictures we could of baby girl. Unfortunately, she was not cooperating with us. I had opted to go for the package that included an additional visit if you are unable to get good photos the first try. I *highly* recommend for people to pay for this! Laura made it super easy to schedule a re-try visit. When I came back, we got some great shots! Both times I got printouts and digital copies of everything from the session. The place was bright and clean, and there was plenty of room on a large couch for a few supporters to come and enjoy the experience with me with a great view of a large screen. This place is amazing! After having a bad day (the day of my baby shower), I was sore, exhausted and definitely in need of releasing tension and relaxing. Since my baby shower was in Coral Springs, I quickly did a Google and Yelp search for the best local prenatal massage. After calling Pancita's and hoping they would be able to fit me in, they did more than just that! They went above and beyond to extend the only 30 minute massage they had available, to 50 minutes (but it ended up being 60 minutes) and had an appointment for me 30 minutes from the time I called. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was kind and inviting and understanding of my sudden and stress-induced appointment. A military/veteran discount was even available which helped as well. I cannot recall my masseuse's name, but I believe it started with a "J". She was exceptional! She made sure I was comfortable of course, applied the perfect amount of pressure and helped me remain comfortable when it was time to lay face up (they have a large wedge pillow available). The prices are very reasonable and the location was quiet, clean, and very relaxing! I wasn't pushed to purchase anything additional and my experience was overall top quality! read more

One of the worst experiences ever! Very unorganized establishment; no sign in sheet or receptionist to greet you upon entering. The technician was unsure of who arrived first therefore assisted someone that arrived after our family did. When attempting to inform her that we were first, she still assisted them first because their appointment was at 6:30 even though they arrived past 7pm. Mind you our appointment was at 7 and we arrived around 6:50. The technician did a poor job mediating the situation and therefore things escalated. We ended up having to wait another hour before being seen. Once taken to the room the technician didn't know what package was purchased and her phone continuously went off. I would highly recommend you shop around instead of coming here. Definitely not worth it and it ruined the highly anticipated experience of seeing the baby. read more

Horrible recent experience, and it's terribly unfortunate because the first time we had a nice experience. My wife and I set an appointment last Saturday @2pm for the 3D ultrasound. She's 33 weeks. We had come before around 21 weeks and wanted to try again now that she's in the 3rd trimester. The appointment was set and confirmed via their text confirmation for 2pm. We came in and was vaguely told to sign in. There's never anyone at the front desk long enough to appropriately greet you. Also there's usually a bit of a wait from what I gathered on our first visit, so we didn't find it unusual to not be seen on time. Fast forward, it's now 2:35 and we haven't been seen and there's still no one at the front desk to take care of us. Now we're concerned and understandably a bit frustrated. I finally waive someone down and ask about our 2pm appointment. She tells us it's impossible that we have a 2pm appointment because that's when they have lunch. When my wife and I showed her the confirmation text showing 2pm, she literally LAUGHED and tells us to "call the main number to take it up with them." Mistakes happen and we're not above working with a company to find a reasonable solution, but it was her complete disregard for our inconvenience and disrespectful tone that made us decide to just leave and take our business elsewhere. I have never felt so disrespected in a customer service driven healthcare setting and my wife was crushed as we had both been planning to see our son for weeks. We ultimately found another place in Weston that treated us with dignity, professionalism and respect for our time. The Lady that do the ultrasound have a lot of patient and she actually explain everything... totally different from the Doctor's ultrasound that they do not explain you anything... They print some pictures for you, they also give you a CD with tall the pictures they got and small video and they sent the best pictures to your phone or email right away!! What a great experience!!! The ultrasound tech was so sweet. She did what ever she needed to in order to figure out the sex of this baby at 15w 2d. Baby had legs crossed the whole time... Got about 20 seconds of a view and that was enough. It's a BOY!!!! The massage was great. She was so good. Also, the table has cut outs for baby! I came here back in December when I was about 10 weeks for an ultrasound to confirm if I was pregnant. I was greeted by the receptionist who gave my sister and I chocolates and water. The office is more like a boutique shop with stuffed animals and super cute baby clothes, and oils and lotions for mom. There are a few rooms in the back. One of the rooms is for ultrasounds and mother is for massages. You lay on the bed and the ultrasound is displayed on a flat screen tv. There's a couch right next to bed as well if you want to bring family with you. They took several photos and a few video clips that were emailed to me before I even got home. It was a great experience and the staff is super friendly. Fast forward to about 5 months later. I'm now 30 weeks and in desperate need of a massage because my lower back and legs are killing me! I see a groupon for a prenatal massage at Pancitas and didn't think twice about purchasing it. The massage table has a cut out for your belly so you can lay on your stomach comfortably, which is a godsend. I don't recall the last time I layed comfortably! I got here about 10 minutes early, like they requested and they set up the room quickly. The massage was 50 minutes and the time flew by. My leg started cramping and she was able to work the cramp out. I give this 4/5 stars only because I've had regular massages in other places, and they use aromatherapy, whether it's oils, candles, or whatever and they didn't have that here. Also despite being covered by a blanket, the room was pretty chilly. Lastly, the walls are pretty thin... I could here the couple in the next room ooh-ing and ahh-ing over their ultrasound and laughing and talking. Not a big deal, if you concentrate on relaxing but I know some people are easily distracted. The lights were on which is again not a big deal if you just close your eyes and try to relax but I do think the ambiance could use a little improvement. Overall this is a fantastic place, reasonably priced, and the staff is great. I would recommend this place for both an ultrasound experience as well as a prenatal massage. read more

I had a prenatal massage at this cure little clean boutique-looking stop. It felt way more personal than I expected. It's located in a great area, has tons of cute baby attire, and offers ultrasounds and stellar massages. I had my prenatal massage with Bethany, who was awesome. She knew what she was doing, and checked in a few times making sure the level of applied pressure was good for me. The atmosphere was relaxed, and it was the first time I ever had a prenatal massage with a table where I can lay face-down! There's a hole for the stomach and breast area, so at 39 weeks I appreciated that feeling of laying "on my stomach". The staff are nice and relaxed here, and I was able to schedule a massage in the same day that I called. I would recommend this place for massages and more. Out of three prenatal massages this was the best one I've had and with someone I consider the most experienced. read more

Worst experience ever. The prices were different than what they had online, or even what they had on their wall. No one bothered to inform us about it when we made the appointment, they only told us after we drove 45 mins to get there and checked in. The lady who used the machine didn't seem to know what she was doing. Apparently you can't see the baby after a certain point but -again- no one had informed us about that either. After we left, and gave them a bad review they called me frantically saying they want everyone to have a good experience and asking me to give them another a chance. When I said I would not drive all the way to go to a place I wasn't satisfied with in the first place they offered me a 50% refund. After accepting that I never heard back from them. We had such a sweet and nice technician. She did such a great job. We did not want to know the gender and she was very respectful of that. I enjoyed our session greatly. Our baby didn't want to cooperate and had his/her hands in front of his face the entire time! The tech was so nice and set us up for another visit to see our Baby!! :) Can't recommend this place more. This is my third time here. Every time I have been well received. The place is small and cozy . The ultrasound rooms are clean and inviting and the ultrasound techs are so personable. This review is only for Claudia, the massage therapist, at Coral Springs. She is phenomenal and has hands of gold. She worked on my kinks tirelessly and always made sure she was getting the right spots with the right amount of pressure. In my profession, I am constantly leaning and hunching and with frequent backaches even when I was not pregnant. I saw her every two weeks and she kept me going and able to work until my due date! I know I could not have done it without her. I sent two of my pregnant friends there and they also raved about her. I scheduled my first prenatal massage a few weeks ago using a deal on Groupon. Massage was very good, staff very friendly. I only gave 4 stars because it was a bit off putting walking in and not having anyone around to greet me for 10 minutes. There was a sign stating there was a session in progress, leaving me to take it upon myself to fill out registration paperwork left on a clipboard up front. It ended up being the wrong paperwork and I had to refill out another sheet once I was greeted. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes earlier, but without anyone there to greet, it lacks a bit of ambiance for a spa. read more
