Pancho's is a gem! Food is delicious, staff is welcoming and very kid friendly. My husband (from Guatemala) describes coming to Pancho's as feeling like coming home to eat at his mom's. This is the highest of compliments from a Latino man!! Over the last year, Pancho's has come under new management and is now woman-owned and Mexican-American owned (unlike other taquerias in the area). Nohely is an amazing person who is deeply committed to giving back to the community in Dedham. Please support this business!! read more

Pancho's Taqueria - My son picked Pancho's for his birthday dinner - Tex-Mex Near Me - Dedham, Massachusetts

Stopped by for lunch before a movie at the wonderful Dedham Community Theater. I had a small carnitas burrito. My partner had a pan seared fish and a pan seared shrimp taco. Everything was excellent. The staff were super nice, accommodating to special requests, and attentive even though they were slammed with a lunch rush. Did I mention the excellent house margarita? Everything was reasonably priced. Very good selection of fillings and extras for the tacos and burritos. It looks like a smallish store from the outside, but they have done a nice job making the inside attractive and inviting. We don't live close enough to make this a regular stop. Wish it were. read more

We hadn't had Panchos in quite a while and it was so good, we had it twice in a row this past weekend. The pork carnitas were amazing! We had burritos and rice plates - which are basically like rice bowls. I'm sure we will eat it again within the next week . read more

The food was delicious and nice size portions the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

I was hangry and craving some authentic Mexican food so I decided to come here. The food here is interesting to say the least. I ordered the steak burrito with everything on it. The steak was poorly seasoned, the rice was undercooked and still hard, and the refried beans were ORANGE. Why are their refried beans ORANGE? Need I need to say more? Although the staff there were welcoming and friendly, I was very disappointed with my experience and had to toss my meal away. It was inedible. My Star Rating: 5 stars: Blew my mind, had a wow factor, will return 4 stars: I liked it but didn't love it, no wow factor, will still return 3 stars: I didn't hate it, but didn't like it either. Will not voluntarily return 2 stars: I did not like it, I would not return 1 star: I absolutely hated it, I would not return read more

I went here last month and the food was so good!! Staff was nice and the place was so cute. Will definitely be back.

I was REALLY excited to try this place because A.) I just moved from LA and B.) I'm Mexican-American, so I was really happy to find a slice of home in my new area. It's definitely not the kind of Mexican food I grew up eating, but it still tasted pretty good. I would say the dishes here are more Americanized as opposed to authentic, but nonetheless they're tasty. The prices are decent, but what really won me over was the atmosphere The walls, furniture and decor reminded me of the dozens of restaurants I grew up near. Plus, they were playing bachata (music genre) and it was especially nice to hear since it's been a long time since I've heard it. Actually, it was my first time hearing it since I moved to West Roxbury last July. read more

Pancho's Taqueria - Nachos (no meat), two tostadas and an horchata - Tex-Mex Near Me - Dedham, Massachusetts

Service was fast and pretty courteous/attentive (maybe cuz I was the only person there, cuz COVID....) and value for the price is solid. I am taking off a star because the burrito was not wrapped tightly at all and disintegrated as I walked home eating it, I wish it had stayed together but no ;( my hands and jacket smelled like burrito juice the rest of the way home and no napkin in bag. I wouldn't not come back but I mean burrito wrapping...is a fundamental part of selling burritos no? :( it ended up being a big soft taco :( Restaurant was clean and ingredients were fine otherwise read more

good food. Tasty. Fresh. Reminds me of annas taqorea, pretty expensive though. I waited a while and asked where was y horchada, and she said she didnt ring it up, and I was surprised because my burrito was 11..... I would go back but order less expensive items. The ambiance was ok too but a real bad and ugly location. My super steak burrito came out good and the sauces were good. read more

I had heard good things and wanted to help a local business during these troubling times. This place did not disappoint! Selection is good, prices are really good, the flavors were fantastic! I ordered some takeout and picked up an Enchilada with pork carnitas as the meat filling. (You can customize the enchiladas extensively too.) I don't think I am over stating it to say it may have been the most flavorful enchilada I have ever had. The tortilla soup is described as the best this side of Texas and will be tried next. The chicken quesadilla was not your run of the mill and was greatly enjoyed. I'd recommend the guacamole too - it was also great! I can't wait until you can dine in there again so I can try out their margaritas. read more

Yes Yelp, come through!! We were randomly craving for Mexican food and found this gem through yelp. Stopped by around noon on a Saturday morning and just managed to sit down and order ahead of the lunch crowd. We had a salad which was so yum with all the lovely toppings (black beans, guac, salsa, tortilla chips, and cilantro dressing) with added chicken for $10. And a super sized burrito with shredded beef, which came with soft/ thin tortilla and hot/ fresh toppings for around $9. We'll definitely come back and try more items from the menu. read more

Pancho's Taqueria - Pancho's Pancho's Salad with chicken - Tex-Mex Near Me - Dedham, Massachusetts

Very medium level food. Marg tasted like there was no liquor in it! But it was super cheap!

Mexican Subway. Eat here if you feel like waiting in line and eating cold enchiladas that are assembled in front of you and never warmed. Update: I wrote this while in the restaurant, and when I was leaving, the owner asked me how my meal was. I said fine and left. HE FOLLOWED ME ONTO THE STREET, and then when I said I did not have time to talk about it, he sent me a message suggesting I was not willing to have "an adult" conversation. read more

I ordered three tacos and got three burritos instead. That wouldn't have been much cause for complaint until I bit into a piece of plastic near the bottom of my second burrito:/ This wasn't my first time eating at Pancho's. I had gotten take out a couple other times and been pretty happy with my food. I'm not going to say I will never return, but a scrap of plastic in my food is quite a bit off-putting...mistakes do happen and that is ok. If anyone at Pancho's is reading these yelp reviews I hope you will take note and not allow this to happen again. read more

I'll never go here again. They left me on hold for 20min, giant onion in my side guacamole and they put my vegetarian tacos in the same container as a steak one and the juice ruined my tacos. read more

Best burrito in Dedham. Better than Cheap-otle.

I really wanted to like this place because it has such great reviews. I'm going to assume I went on an off day because my cousin had recommended my friend and I go here. I ordered fish on my salad and a chicken taco. For starters my salad was served with shredded lettuce. Perhaps they ran out of regular lettuce (I see they have it based on pictures) which is fine, but for those of you who have ordered fish and said it was good should be ashamed of yourself. There was absolutely no seasoning or color on my or my friend's fish (she ordered fish tacos), which automatically turned us off. I noticed they had steamed it? It came out of a skillet with just water (assuming it was frozen), but there is a way to make even frozen fish taste decent. Unsatisfied with my tasteless and also overcooked fish salad, I decided to order a chicken taco thinking maybe fish is just not their specialty. Sadly my chicken was so dry I could not finish my taco. On the bright side the margaritas were good and very affordable and one of the guys in the front who served us our food and drinks was very nice, which is why I gave it 2 stars. read more

This is without a doubt the worst Mexican food I have ever had and would not eat here again for free. I ordered an beef enchilada with rice and no beans as well as chips and queso cheese. It came LOADED with beans which I could forgive if the food had not been sooooooo bad. The queso was some sort of powdered cheese that wasn't mixed up very well and was grainy and disgusting! read more

I've been here several times since they have opened. In the beginning the pork carnitas burritos were amazing. So flavorful and delicious. Tonight I got flavorless pork carnitas with black beans and rice. I also asked for pinto beans and got black. I'd suggest that the pork carnitas be made with the same ingredients every time, it seems you need better control over whoever is making the pork carnitas and knows what they are doing. Consistency is not a strong point. read more

There was plastic in my nephews burrito and they denied it, tried to not take accountability against a child!

First time trying it yesterday. Order was made for 615 pickup. My friend goes to pick up the order. I unwrap the burrito and cut a piece off of it cause I wasn't really hungry. The rice was TERRIBLE! Cold, dried out, no texture what so ever. The worst rice ever. The chicken was bland with no flavor. I dumped out all the rice, which made up the majority of the burrito, and ate the piece I cut. Got home and threw the rest out. I'll stay w LA Taqueria read more

Been here many times...great food, service, and affordable prices. This trip I ordered 2 tacos, one pork carnitas and the other steak carne asada. Both portions were large and the meat was flavorful. I preferred the steak. For toppings I got cilantro, onion, and hot sauce. Beware the hot sauce is muy caliente! Thanks Pancho... read more

The atmosphere is very authentic. There is no table service though . I tried a burrito in a bowl with Barbacoa that was tasteful and tender. My only complaint is the food is served in the temperature danger zone. Everything tasted good, but it was served nearly cold. I will be back again but I will ask them to heat it up more and update my review to five stars. read more

Great local place for burritos- my kids adore it. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Awesome menu and food! Great drink options and a crazy margarita menu! The house margarita was delicious. I could have used some hot sauce but will add it to my order next time. Not really enough seating for a huge group but they have tables, a bar and a window bar. read more

YUM. I had a burrito from Pancho's yesterday for lunch (via Fooda). I went with a basic bean, rice and cheese burrito with lettuce, salsa verde, corn, jalapenos, guac and sour cream. It was SUPER yummy. The staff working the counter were very pleasant and efficient. I thought the ingredients all tasted fresh and the flavors worked well together. I'm reserving one star in the hopes that I am able to visit their brick and mortar location in Dedham for the full experience sometime soon! read more

Pancho's Taqueria - Rice, bean and cheese burrito. Just the way I like it. - Tex-Mex Near Me - Dedham, Massachusetts

I ordered online. I got the customary 'food will be ready in X mins'. I go there, there's a woman eating and a guy behind the counter. I gave him my info and told him the food I ordered. He looked at me puzzled. I said I put the order online. He said I did not. The woman then huffed and said I did not put the order in. The guy then walked over to one of the tablets and turned it on. About 30 secs later he started to make my order. I waited outside because of COVID restrictions. About 15 mins later I went back in and asked if my stuff was ready. Then the situation repeated itself. Incompetence and attitude. read more

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I shouldn't have. Walked in place was empty should've taken that as the first sign. I got the tacos. I don't know why the tortilla was wet even after being toasted, but I still try to give it the benefit of the doubt. It was not good at all didn't even finish my food. Sorry to say,it was greasy, expensive and not alot of food for the money I paid. I do love Mexican food,so I'm disappointed.

Food was decent. Chips and quac did the job. I prefer the guac at Los Amigos. We got the Barbacoa plate. Meat was super tasty and the salsa was very fresh. Rice needed more flavor. The hot sauce packed a lot of punch which was nice. Beans were good. The chorizo taco we got to try was very surprising. The meat was tasty but a tad dry. Glad I tried it. I ordered the burrito with chicken and rice, and also a $2 soft shell taco. The burrito was good and the taco was pretty alright, very plain. The total was $11.50 which isn't terrible, but the portions were way to small. The burrito was very small and not worth $8. read more

This is a great place, a little hard to find but i can't wait to go back. Went with a friend cause we wanted some Mexican food and boy this did not disappoint. I got the Mexican plate, which was rice, beans and meat (i went for the el pastor). It also included 3 heated corn tortillas. I added salsa, lettuce and jalapeños to give it some kick. For so much food, the price was really cheap. The meat was tender and tasted great, and the ingredients tasted fresh. I've been looking for a taco joint (outside of my guilty pleasure Taco Bell) and it looks like this is it!! I will definitely make a return to try their other stuff. read more

The BEST burrito outside of Anna's. In fact I would rate them equal. Pancho's just happens to reliably have parking and a super friendly staff. And booze! They have booze but I haven't partaken.
