We found this hidden gem online. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's cute, clean, staff is so friendly and the food taste authentic and delicious![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Been here twice in one week! We're coming back again! :)

I called to order a catering tray of chicken. They said they have a tray that feeds 40 people for $150. THIS is the tiny tray for $150. I'd estimate it at maybe five pounds of chicken, so $30/pound? And when I arrived at the pre-scheduled time they needed another 20 minutes. Adding a star because they were nice. But disappointed in the food overall.

New spacious space... nice bar as well.

Pancho! Where you been? Heading to Morongo.. pancho... hunger pangs... Pancho... super friendly, spacious restaurant with amazing eats. Had the machaca with eggs. It was Pancho-Riffic, salsa was legit. The chips and salsa both fresh and crunchy! Boom boom Pancho! A knockout combination.

As a life long resident of San Bernardino, it's hard to rave about a Mexican joint because they're all usually pretty good overall. However my brother showed me this gem today and I'm nothing short on impressed. Just like grandmas.

What can I say about Panchos that I haven't said already [[HIGHLIGHT]]great customer service love the atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They got a bigger location now in the same plaza they make you feel at home[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and the food is amazing. We had the Machaca with eggs and chicken fajitas and I got a side of garlic shrimp and let me tell you if you're not disappointed. This is a must try here in the city of Highland.

It took an hour for the food to come. Everything was tasty though. If you dont mind waiting, it worth a try.

    Do you sell alcohol there?

Yes. They have a standard bar in there with barstools. Very attractive display for the bar and newly decorated inside.

We also got a regular quesadilla de birria (different from quesa birria) and it was too good. We got a single fish taco to share and know if it would be good to order next time. Let me just say that was probably our most favorite thing we tried! I also rate placed based off of their salsa. My mouth is actually watering thinking about their red salsa and the smoky kick it has to it. Loved it here. I'll be back for more tacos soon.

The birria ramen was super salty and didn't have any cheese, I think it was the birria because the consomé that come with the tacos was super salty as well. The bill was adjusted by like $3 for the egg shell Didn't take the leftovers because it was so bad tbh. Only thing that was good was the fresh mashed beans and tortilla chips they serve before your food. The worker was super nice and apologetic so that's the only reason I'm rating two stars. It does look nice and trendy inside so that's a plus. They charge a service fee which I wasn't aware of, maybe it says it on their menu somewhere but not sure.

After a long week and zero desire to cook on a Friday night, I finally decided to give it a try. When I pulled up, the line was surprisingly short, which felt like a good sign. The order window is right out front, and the menu is simple and familiar: tacos, burritos, sopes, tortas, quesabirria. I ordered a little bit of almost everything: asada street tacos, a bean and cheese burrito, beans and rice, an asada mulita, an al pastor sope, and a quesabirria. Prices were reasonable, and I spent under $50 for the whole spread. Food came out in about 15 minutes and was packed neatly. The disappointment started once I got home. There was no salsa in the bags, which already put us at a disadvantage. Only then did I realize there's apparently a salsa bar inside along with a small seating area, something you don't see from the front order window. Had I known that, I would've grabbed what we needed before leaving. Then we opened the tacos and realized they came completely plain... no onion, no cilantro, nothing. Just tortillas and meat. Not exactly what I expected. Visually, everything else looked fine, so I was hoping the flavor would make up for it... but it didn't. Everything tasted bland, like the seasoning took the night off. The only thing I halfway enjoyed was the beans and rice, and my family felt the same way. Maybe my expectations were too high based on the crowds I always see, but everything tasted like tortillas, meat, and cheese... and not much else. I'll give them credit for fair pricing and quick service, but that's about it. I really wish the cashier had mentioned that the tacos come plain or pointed me toward the salsa setup. Overall, not the experience I expected, and not one I'd rush back for.
