Though court was diverted, I have this charge hanging over my head with a "stay of proceedings" which hangs for 12 months and affects my work. The law kept all of my money claiming it was a "fixed cost". My final invoice, which had no breakdown of costs, also stated they had discussions with witnesses. I ask both my witnesses if they were subpoenaed for court and/or contacted by my counsel? They both said no and no!
