Prone to the same elements that make baking in Quintana Roo a challenge, but faring better with humidity than the likes of Das Brot, Breakfast began with Pan Suisse, the item's popularity in Mexico admittedly quite surprising and at La Brioche better than others while an Almond Croissant is unfortunately doughy without much evidence of lamination.
