Patisserie Jacqui - Kouign-amann! One of my favorite "plain" pastries (definitely not simple to bake). 10/2026

The Matcha, lemon, pistachio tart ($5) gets elevated with that mild nutty addition, my new favorite tart. Today they also had a few Kouign-amann's ($7), another fav. Don't hesitate to ask for it to be warmed slightly - makes the flaky buttery/caramelized flavors explode. General menu prices are on a separate list to the side.

There were 2 items we would give a 5 out of 5 rating. The panna cotta and Triple Threat Chocolate Rice Krispie. You walk up to a window to order. Reminds you of a French bakery in France. Service was fast (don't forget to press the doorbell for service). The panna cotta was delicious. The top will melt if you leave it out but it refreezes well. The panna cotta was full of vanilla flavor and one of my 2 favorite treats we tried. The triple threat peanut butter Rice Krispie treat had chucks of peanuts in it which we loved. The molasses cookie was also very good and soft. Some of the cookies were a little too crumbly for our liking but we did get there a little late in the day. This bakery is worth the visit.
