I got strawberry matcha cake, which was moist, decadent and delicious! The matcha flavor was strong (in a good way), which gave the cake a nice balance. It was a bit on the sweeter side but again, the slight bitterness from my he matcha was a nice compliment. I also bought carrot cake cupcake and a pumpkin muffin to give to my vegan friend. I didn't try those so I can't say anything about them but I'm sure my friend will love them!

We ended up with a delicious three layer red velvet cake with iridescent icing perfectly piped, the tightest rose cross I have ever seen in my life and a gorgeous color scheme. The cake was moist and delicious, the perfect amount of sweetness. Instead of a traditional cream cheese frosting, the cake had buttercream. It was good, but I prefer the cream cheese frosting in red velvet. Anyway, it doesn't matter because we ate it all! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the cake was reasonably priced and delicious. What more could you ask for?

No donuts, which I had assumed would be the draw. Loads of cakes, cookies, scones, cinnamon rolls, and other pastries. I was overwhelmed with choices. I got two cookies and two scones. I've had issues before with cake artists and bakers whose work wasn't very good when they delivered it and whose cake and icing/fondant tasted horrible. Very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Picking vendors during COVID-19 can be very challenging. We were unable to do a tasting in-person, so Sam got creative with a cake tasting to-go box for us to pick-up and taste on our own. She packaged it up really cute and helped us not feel like we were missing out on a step of fun wedding planning. As a Bride, when you're balancing a million vendors to have someone who is kind and super on top of it to alleviate some stress, it's huge! She dropped off the cake on time and even worked with our florist to bring all the elements all together for us so I could mentally check it off my list. I can't thank her enough.
