I made a new appointment anyway, only to receive a call ten minutes later saying he actually could not fit me in, and I should find a salon that could, and that he did not appreciate me asking about the price change. This was the most unprofessional, haphazard, & rude I have ever had!! While there, I found out the stylist was brand new to the salon. So, it was not the fact that the stylist she put me with was good with blonde hair color/highlights, it was simply sending business her way. Not cool.
