Gosh I was so pleased to see Pana Chocolate here in Sydney with what looks like a full selection !
Born in Melbourne, Pana chocolate makes raw vegan chocolate with organic ingredients and no added sugar. Basically all things friendly to your inside and the earth.
I love the chocolate bars ( about $7-8) for a 45g block. Pana is not cheap but neither is your health. Some crowd favourite include the goji berry and mint but I am a devout Rose girl and not all stores stock this variety, so grab them if you can. I remember being told once that they are considering discontinuing the rose line because it was too expensive, so I always stop and stock up when I see them just in case.
The 'cakes' looks colourful and appetising but I have never tried them so can't make comment . However if you are into raw dessert, vegan ingredients or have any intolerance of ingredients usually found in cakes, you should definitely give these guys a try. If they are anything like their choc blocks, then they would be delicious at the very least.
The store has seating areas too so you can indulge away in raw chocolate desserts goodness. Decadence minus the guilt. read more
