My go to is General Tso's Chicken, which came with fried rice and a spring roll. I was fortunate enough to come during their lunch special hours, so it was under $10. Most places that have a similar offer give you a ton of rice to create the illusion you're getting a good deal, but I was more than happy with the quantity here even though it wasn't filled to the brim as the rice was delicious. The chicken was also perfectly cooked with the right amount of crunch on the exterior. When I have to get my wife's car serviced again I'm definitely coming back

Upon arriving I noticed the building is outdated and need a bit update and the service was not the friendliest but it was ok , not rude or anything but just fine. I was worried that this place was going to be a typical Americanized restaurant that offers over seasoned and greasy dishes but I was wrong. The fried rice was cooked perfectly without rice being mushy with good amount of veggies and scrambled eggs. My pepper steak was quite tasty as the beef were tender and the vegetables are cooked well while it has crispness. We also ordered dim sum shu mai pork. It was also surprisingly good with ground pork and I think bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms inside which was flavorful and authentic. This place is not high end authentic Chinese restaurant but for they offer a very good Americanized Chinese food with decent price. And the portion size was large enough that we had a leftover for next day's lunch. I'd say I definitely come back here.

The new owners of this place have really kicked it up a notch ! We seem to be in a Chinese Carryout deadzone over here in Western Wayne County. Options (or at least good options) are few and far between. We had tried Pan Pan years ago and were unimpressed, but when our usual goto shut it's doors unexpectedly last year, we gave it another shot. So glad we did. We've gone back at least 5 times in the last 6 months, and every thing we've ordered has been great. This is "American" Chinese, so I'm grading with that in mind and it hits all the classics as well as anyone around here since the Wing Yee's days. If you're looking for egg rolls, General Tso's Chicken, Almond Boneless and the like, this place does them all just fine. I wavered between 4 and 5 stars, and ended up going with 5 because of the fact that (a) every time I've been there, the counter help has been super friendly and quick and (b) this place has the single best restaurant website ordering system I've ever seen. It's gloriously simple, and you don't even have to pay up front. Plus you it saves all your previous orders, so when you get a "standard" order, it's incredibly quick to just fire in the order on the way home from work. Good job, folks - always like seeing a local independent joint doing it right. read more
