At my follow-up, Heidi checked how everything settled on my face, did a few touch-ups, and even added a couple complimentary units, which I really appreciated. The results have been great so far. The office is very clean, organized, and professional. The receptionists are also very friendly, and honestly everyone there seems welcoming and kind. I also like that they offer affordable membership pricing and specials that make treatments more realistic to keep up with long term. Overall, I'm very happy with both providers and my experience here.

I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

When she came back, it was already 9:00 PM. I thought she was going to continue with another round of massaging, brushing, and etc but instead, she went straight to shampooing my hair and was literally scratching my scalp off the entire time. At no point was she actually massaging my head. The whole service felt extremely rushed, and the quality just wasn't there. Honestly, my hair felt cleaner when I came in than when I left. I booked the service for an hour, but in total, it only lasted about 30-40 minutes. I would have completely understood if they had told me they couldn't take me because it was so close to closing time. Instead, I paid for a rushed, incomplete experience. After paying, she gave me a coupon for $10 off my next service, but I'm honestly not sure I'd want to return and risk wasting another $80.

Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When we booked the spa package, we were not informed that the relaxation area was an open space located in the lobby with only room dividers for separation. We had expected a private relaxation room, so the open layout was surprising and did not provide the peaceful atmosphere we anticipated. Additionally, no one explained which amenities were included in our package upon arrival. There was a red light therapy room adjacent to the relaxation area, and we mistakenly assumed it was included. A front desk employee responded by raising her voice and informing us that it required an additional fee. A brief explanation of the available amenities and package inclusions at check-in would have prevented this misunderstanding and created a much more positive experience. The refreshments also felt underwhelming for a spa package, consisting of packaged Costco madeleines, Lindor chocolates, and lemon water that was described as infused water. Finally, the relaxation area itself was quite small, with only two spa chairs, a table, and two couches. It did not appear to comfortably accommodate a group of up to ten people. Overall, while the massage therapists and estheticians provided outstanding care, the lack of communication regarding the spa package, the limited and public relaxation space, and the unprofessional interaction with the front desk staff significantly impacted our experience. With clearer communication, improved customer service, and more accurate expectations of the group amenities, the experience could be greatly enhanced.

I was caught off guard when Dr. Boparai walked in. I assumed I was seeing Dr. Champlin, but that was MY FAULT for not checking. Dr. Boparai said Dr. Champlin retired earlier this year. However, I decided to get them because they were having a special for $399 (which is 50% off). Lesson learned. I get them done & immediately knew they were uneven. I was so sad, but I was like it's fine maybe it will get better let them settle... Then I get an infection. They were amazing about that- in making sure I got abx that same day. Dr. Boparai wanted to see what was going on, so I go in the next day. She stated, this has never happened before... I was trying to show her where my lips where uneven, but it was near the site of infection. She said finish the abx, wait the two weeks, & we will go from there. So, I wait & scheduled my appt thinking I was getting more filler that day. However, there was some miscommunication & that appt became a consultation. She was saying with the discount & how much product she was using she's basically covering the cost... which I thought was REALLY unprofessional. She's not wrong, but this is your business & that shouldn't be any of your patient's concern. She ran the promotion, NOT ME. At this point, Dr. Boparai said she will reach out to the rep & let me know. She was able to get a syringe. Cool. I just wanted to get it over with because it has caused so much anxiety. I come to the appt & show her where I want it. As she's preparing the needle etc, she's like you should write me a Yelp review since I'm getting in such a small area. I literally thought in my head... You mean for doing your job, which should have been done correctly the first time! So, here I am writing that Yelp review she asked for MULTIPLE TIMES Now she's injecting my bottom R lip & doesn't want to get too close to the borders (which is correct), but ends up putting it all in the corner of my mouth. AT THAT MOMENT I KNEW ohh SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE'S DOING! I told her to stop because it was going in the WRONG AREA. Now it was overfilled & more uneven then when we started. She's like "you're unhappy." I said yah "I used to have beautiful lips" (she said I still did). At that point I'm just done. Dr. Boparai (herself) offered a possible option to have a more experienced injector fix it. She's like I'd rather fix it now. So I'm showing her AGAIN... when it FINALLY CLICKED when she looked from my pov. In my head I'm like so you just were injecting without even fully knowing what I was talking about? LOL. We tried one more time... I'm like can you add some here & FINALLY it became more even Thank God. So as I'm leaving I still wasn't sure if I was going to have to pay because she never gave me a definitive answer. Luckily, she didn't charge me, which I very appreciative of. *Side note: stuff from reps are free* I never looked up Dr. Boparai's credentials because I was expecting Dr. Champlin & at that point it didn't matter the damage was already done. BUT Now, I'm curious. Once I see that she was a PCP everything made sense! THIS IS MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION, BUT I WOULD HAVE NEVER LET HER TOUCH MY FACE knowing she's a PCP. Yes, I know you can be trained & still do well, but that comes with time & practice & I felt like I was her first ever patient. Almost done, trust it's been annoying typing up, But I had to give the full story. I'm still unhappy & it was bothering me ALL DAY-everyday. I'm like no, just call. Mind you, Dr. Boparai HERSELF brought up the idea of having someone else come fix my lips, so I assumed that was still an option. I had already made up my mind I wouldn't let her touch me anymore, I just wanted someone who knew what they were doing TO MAKE MY LIPS EVEN. I called last Thursday & was advised to send pics & they will reach out to the reps & call me back. There was NO COMMUNICATION. At this point I felt like they were ghosting me. My friend was like do you want to call from my phone I started laughing because I'm like no I'm not in a toxic relationship. I shouldn't have to do that... This is supposed to be a professional business. They finally text me back on Wednesday (yesterday) almost a week later. She said she can remove them, but will not give me any additional filler. Okay that's fine I just want them back to normal. She tells me it will be $250 & went on to explain AGAIN how I got it for 50 % off plus the additional syringe. Again, not my fault they decided to do a promotion. Nope I'm done. I will pay to get them removed from a reputable lip injector. Like Dr. Boparai emphasized we both took financial losses. I would never recommend her, 0/10.

Yes I arrived at 11:39 (early for my 11:45 appt) when I asked the front desk guy if my tech, who I visibly saw with my own eyes working actively on a client in the very beginning phase of a nail job, would be finished soon as my appt was at 11:45, he responded with a defensive "we are down 4 techs today" when I asked this I looked at the time at it was 11:45 exactly. I was not able to sit there for an hour as stated previously I have one day off and had other things to do. I'm not asking for special treatment, this is usually standard for an appointment. The front guy didn't even try to find out how long I would have to wait or if he would be finishing up soon (probably not considering I could see him clearly) so everything the business owner replied is actually not at all true and I don't appreciate the gaslighting.

After the Groupon sessions, I did see noticeable differences especially with inches off on my waist and hips. I decided to purchase more sessions in house to maintain the results. If you are diligent and couple the lipo lite service with the proper diet and workout regimen, you will definitely see results! There are many small businesses and companies that offer similar services but there are multiple reasons why I am very loyal to Lipo Lite South Bay. First and foremost, the booking process is fairly simple. Their website and booking system is straightforward and easy to use. There are also times when I've called in to see if they have any last minute appointments and I've always received a call back. In comparison, other companies usually make you wait 2 weeks just for a consultation or do not respond to calls/emails in a timely manner. Stephanie is the employee who's been with me since the beginning of my lipo lite journey. She is very professional but is also very considerate with how she cares for each client. Weight and physical appearance are sensitive topics to discuss but she address personal concerns and suggests the best options suitable for each body type. Moreover, I've noticed that she really took the time to get to know me and my physical goals. I really looked forward to my appointments because of this! Mandy, the owner, is also very kind. I'm a big supporter of small businesses and this is one I definitely recommend for your "self care" needs!

Unfortunately I can not recommend Deena to anyone for body piercing. My piercing experience with…read moreher was extremely traumatic. She made three attempts with the same needle to pierce my navel, and with too shallow placement at that. After it went through it was gushing blood and she then proceeded to pull the needle back out and then stick the jewelry in. She then tried to pierce my nose and again couldn't make it through, and left the needle half way through my nose to to grab the jewelry. I cried and told her to stop because it was excruciatingly painful, she then offered to give me the jewelry, and try to stick it in by myself at home. To top it off she charged me about $70, and said she was sorry I was in pain. I later went to a professional piercer and she pierced my nose in less than a second with no pain at all. Deena is in no way qualified to pierce.

I especially enjoy the essential oils that she uses and how amazing I smell the rest of the day. Its always my favorite day when I get a massage by Deena. Easy to schedule with and always punctual, which I really appreciate. Nice easy location and since I get my massage during the day, parking is seldom an issue.
